Corey Wilborn: From Ashley at the front desk to the help I received from at 1st fitting from Britt everything was awesome. Also if you need an adjustment Britt was able to get me all set.

dyanna landgrebe: Derek far exceeded my expectations taking the time to educate me on what he saw regarding my 18 mo old. He suggested a game changer therapy that my sons physical therapist wasn't using at the but when they started he immediately started walking. It's almost unbelievable the night and day switch in my son because of his suggestion. Derek was so great in not being to quick to subscribe him the "boot" or extra things that werent needed. He took the time to really see what was going on and went out of his way to do so. I am SO GREATFUL I found Derek and his office. His office staff is amazing as well.

Hannah Govan: Went here to receive a cranial helmet for my son. Darrick is very knowledgeable, and continues to stay educated on new research in the field. Within three months of treatment, my son’s plagiocephaly asymmetry went from 21mm to 7.5 mm. Darrick was available at all hours for any potential issues, and I consider our treatment a success!
Melissa Wareham: We were referred to Next Step due to our sons severe plagiocephaly. It was initially estimated that our son would need his helmet for 5 months. Shortly after receiving the helmet, our son had a big growth spurt and we were done with the helmet after our 2 month appointment. Darrick gave us his personal cell phone number and the only time we had a question, he responded quickly. Darrick and staff were great to work with from beginning to end. I highly recommend Next Step Orthotics and Prosthetics.

Jeane Gierschke: Brit at Next step is by far one of the most talented orthotists I’ve even been to! His skills are amazing and he is a pleasure to work with! I have been to many orthotists and have many pairs of orthotics for a posterior tibial tendon dysfunction problem. Many of them were to painful to wear even after spending a lot of money on them. Orthotics and AFO braces have saved me from having to undergo some pretty serious surgeries. And I always felt it must be normal to endure some pain from the devices while wearing them, but what Brit has made me has been a game changer! He will make you a quality orthotic and work with you till your comfortable in them! I have found my forever Orthotists! Thank you Brit and the friendly staff at Next Step!
Kaili Morgan: We worked with Dr. Darrick, he was great. He gave us his personal cell phone if we had questions at anytime about our daughter's helmet for plagiocephaly. He was very reasonable and gave us time to decide if we even wanted to do it. Once we did he told us it would be 3-4 months for treatment. We went back for our 2 month appointment and we surprisingly got it off. He said we could keep it on for another month but we wouldn't see enough change for him to want to do that. We have heard other places they keep them on for 6 months no matter what. We are lucky and thankful to work with this company.

Blueturk: Orthotech Prosthetics and OrthoticsSince 5 stars is the highest rating I can apply, that is what is listed, however the service that my wife and I received from Michael and Kirsten last May deserves a much higher rating. I would give a ten plus star rating if google would allow.My wife had tried many options over the last 20 some years to assist her with her pain and walking due to her Cerebral Palsy that mostly affects her legs and her gait when walking. Standing is a major issue and after trying leg, foot and knee stabilizers that did not work, my wife optioned for a set of orthopedic inserts for her shoes. We tried the Dr. Scholl's inserts and they were a little help so my wife decided to try medical orthotics. We live in the Port Huron area now and went to one of two businesses that offer to make medical orthotics in the Port Huron area about five years back. Both businesses in Port Huron would not work with Medicaid insurance to help pay for the orthotics. The entire cost had to be paid out of pocket. We decided to go with Able in Port Huron and paid out of pocket for inserts that were built to correct or attempt to correct a gait problem that has existed since birth. Although castings and time were given, including some rework to the orthotics, the inserts were hard to wear, extremely uncomfortable and therefore they went in the closet while my wife went back to Dr. Scholl's. The inserts from Able were made to correct at this time a non-correctable problem, and because of the pain and stress put on the knees and other parts of the legs and hips these orthotics were discarded.On the advice of Joanna’s physician’s medical assistant, we were referred to try Orthotech Prosthetics and Orthotics in Flint, and we were very glad that we went there. From our first meeting with Kirsten and Mike, we were assisted with the paper work by Kirsten for Medicaid and Mike listened to Joanna’s concerns and the problems with her feet that include a bone spur on one foot. Mike took castings and made the inserts effective to use especially at the gym and comfortable enough to wear all day without being in constant pain. Listening to Joanna, Mike also made a pair of inserts that were shortened to be worn in sandal shoes for Joanna for the summer. Medicaid only pays for one set of inserts every five years however the financial help from Kirsten doing the paper work and applying for Joanna saved us financially and made it possible for us to even consider a second pair of orthotics. We have recently returned to Orthotech this past month to have one of the sandal inserts remade, not because it wore out, however because we lost or misplaced it. Once again, we were treated with the utmost respect and consideration. It has been a pleasure to work with Mike and Kirsten at Orthotech in Flint and I highly recommend that if you are interested in orthotics that you consider Orthotech in Flint. We will continue to make the drive to Flint Twp, because the service and the product that we leave with are extremely beneficial to Joanna. If you want people that listen and work to assist you with your situation, I can think of no better place than Orthotech in Flint.Mark J. Taylor
james shipley: Initially I went to orthotech and the owner Mike was very professional Kathy was also as time went on I seem to no longer get the attention service or even a phone call back I'm very disappointed I like Mike dearly but as far as running the business I'm very disappointed
B. Dudek: Met with a gentleman by the name of Dennis I was seriously considering skipping a major foot ankle reconstruction. He was very good at explaining the procedure of what I was going to end up with, we did a casting but I did opt for surgery. I highly recommend him, very knowledgeable, and didn’t give me grief when I changed my mind even after we did the casting. Great guy always answers texts/phone calls.

Kathryn Phillips: I am a below the knee amputee. I went three years without a prosthetic. I had a hard time finding anyone who was able to help me walk. I actually went there as a mistake, the best mistake I've ever made. The staff was friendly and helpful they worked with me even though I didn't have an appointment with them. I was casted and was walking within a couple weeks. After being on crutches for 3 years, I was so happy that this prosthetic fit (my previous one from a different company caused infections). The staff is always helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend Orthotech to everyone! Thanks for changing my life for the best!!
Laurie Garant: My daughter is a below-knee amputee and has been seeing the professionals at OrthoTech for 2 years now. Her first appointment was actually a mistake. She had all of her referrals sent to a different company and went to the wrong office. The office staff didn't receive her paperwork but still set her up with the owner to do measurements, etc. This was the best "mistake" that she has made!! The owner, Mike, has gone out of his way to make sure her prosthetic is comfortable so that she was able to walk right away and pain-free! The staff is professional and kind!I have, and will continue to recommend OrthoTech Prosthetics and Orthotics to everyone who needs specialized care and equipment.
Patricia Rose: Company is very unprofessional when it comes to customer service! My son has very very bad feet and is suffering daily! He has been waiting for his shoes now for 5 weeks and counting after being told 2-3 weeks tops, and everytime we call they never have any info for us or get back to us when they say they will!! Ridiculous!

They are always there to answers the questions I may have at that anytime. Parking is wonderful for ♿️ people. I wish I could get my meds from them as well but they are not a pharmacy. The building is well kept up and clean all ways around. Wish all the places I have to go to would follow in thier footsteps. Everybody works together as a team very well.They definitely deserve a Team lunch payed for by the company. If I was rich I would of provided that for them. Someday maybe. joanna jackson: Zac was so helpful and really listened to my needs. He explained everything in great detail. Since I have had the Good Feet inserts, my pain has lessened in my knee and I feel my posture has improved. I can now go up and down stairs with more ease than before. I would recommend this to everyone!!! My body is still adjusting, but each day I notice improvement on things I could not do before that, with these inserts, I can do now! I am so excited and grateful for the help!

Sharilynn Peake: I’m a hairstylist of 29yrs and have flat feet. Which means I suffer from lower back pain, sciatica, shoulder pain, knee pain and of course sore feet. As soon as I put the Good Feet system in my shoes I immediately felt the difference. My posture is straighter, sciatica pain, lower back , knee pain is going away. My shoulders are even feeling better all because my foundation in much more firm. I’m so excited to not be in so much pain throughout my body all because I chose to do finally do something about it!! Thank You for the Good Feet system it’s life changing for me!!
Peggy Marshall: A very positive experience with Chelsea guiding me thru it. I'm still adjusting to the arches but feel I'm headed in the right direction. It took some time to get where I was with my feet and legs and I think it will take awhile to get where I hopefully will be.

Edward Henley: Really not sure how to rate this place. I walked in, in pain and crying,And I walked out the same way. If you're low income or on disability you cannot go here you cannot afford it. $1500 really, $400 for each of the, Inserts. So it's a choice have sore feet and a place to live and food. Or nice feet with no place to live I think I'd rather be in pain.
kimberly goodwin: For the most part, it was a good experience, but would have been nice to be told how long it would take to be fitted and there was difficulty with CareCredit application going through due to software or application problems which was frustrating for all involved. Just getting used to the supports, but so far all is good.
