My son is 10 and was able to understand the in office procedure and became more knowledgeable on how to take care of this issue in the future. Clean office. Friendly staff. Given the okay to call if needed. Definitely would recommend him to my friends and family.

Janet Walker: I have nothing against the doctor, he was fine. It's the office staff that treated me in a poor manner. On August 16th, I went to an ear doctor,to have my ears checked. I really didn't have a problem, but I thought maybe it's time. After all,I could have wax buildup, which I didn't have.When I First got into the office, they wanted my insurance cards and driver's license. I handed all three over. The receptionist who was setting down, handed back my insurance cards and said,"I don't know what this card is."I stood there looking at it wondering if I handed her the wrong card. Then two other staffembers informed me that they accept that insurance, but I needed a referral.To make a long story short, as we were leaving the parking lot I noticed I did not have my driver's license. I called the drs office, and asked if it was there. The girl that answered the phone said, without hesitation,"Nope, the room has been cleaned and there is nothing on the copy machine."My daughter and I went out to eat and we both searched through my wallet and purse again, without luck.So after our meal, we went back to the Dr's office. My daughter went to the door, to no avail. No they did not have the license.My daughter called later, the answer was still the same.When I got home, my daughter, who lives next door searched my car and looked through my purse. She finally said ,"t has to be in that Dr's office."The next day, I called the office asking if they foundy driver's license yet. "No we did no," was my answer,"It is not here."I said, "tTat is the only place that I had it out. It has to be there. Where else could it be? The insurance cards are in my wallet."She said, We put all3 cards on the counter and you grabbed them up. What you did with them we do not know." They were actually rude about the whole thing. I knew there was no use arguing. There was three of them insisting I picked up my driver's license.I was panicking, because I had reservations on Aug18 to take my grandchildren too the water park, before school started.I can't begin to tell you all that I went through getting into Secretary of State, getting a temporary license, and still not having a picture ID when I got to the water park not to mention the money it cost me.So on August 24th there was a message left on my phone," This is Dr Ab---------s office. We have your driver's license. We close at five. You can pick it up, or have your daughter pick it up before five." No apology.I feel they treated me so rudely because they think I am old & confused. The three of them were young so that made them right. I never wanted to use the internet in a negative way but i made a exemption because I feel others need to be aware of the staff behavior.

Betty Moss: I was very pleased with the care and immediate attention I received from Dr Agabigum and his staff... It was an emergency situation and w one quick call to their office from my Dr's ofc I was seen on the same day. I would definitely recommend Dr Agabigum for his expertise and gentleness.

Cher Britten: Was not happy with the way he questioned me as if I was lying. Didn't do anything for me. Just stood beside the Anistegioloist who damaged my vocal cords. Fired him. Went to another ENT and found damage to my vocal cord. Surgery is needed. Report he wrote about me had false accusations on it. A doctor is suppose to help the patient not cover up for another Dr.

Max Pluto: Dr dismissed my symptoms. Now having to see a doctor outside of flint that will actually listen to me. This doctor has no bed side manner. He will treat you like you’re an idiot and dismiss your concerns more than likely because you have Medicaid/Medicare. It’s pretty obvious they don’t want patients with that insurance even if what your problem is, is life threatening. I dont recommend going here. Find a dr outside of Flint to see. This doctor is the fraud of frauds. Seems like most specialists in Flint will dismiss you after your first appointment if you have Medicaid. No matter your problem. They’ll say you’re fine but really they just don’t want to take your insurance for the long haul and bank off of first appointments. They all need to be exposed. They’ll get theirs. Karma.

Andrew McDonnell: First time I saw this physician he was 30 minutes late, that was 6 months ago. I went today at 9am, I waited until 1030am along with a room full of patients. No one went through. I complained to the staff they said they'd get back in touch. No one did, routine lateness and couldn't care less attitude about it from the Dr all the way down thru his staff. No follow up, they don't care, beware.

jennifer hill: Great Doctor! Went to several other doctors who dismissed my sinus symptoms... Dr. Agabigum however knew right away I had a severe deviated septum. So we planned for surgery and his wonderful staff pushed my case with my medical insurance so they would cover it. I am so blessed for this. I recommend this doctor to anyone and everyone. Got my surgery 1 month after diagnosis and I am recovering great and I can finally breath through my nose!!!

Mary Dugas: Very poor office. Not helpful at getting biopsy results. The doctor said results should take 24-48 hours. Actually took over a week! Results were returned as inconclusive. All evidence points to biopsy not being sent to lab in a timely manner. If you have a concern as serious as cancer DO NOT go to this doctor.

Kristen Kraft: I waited shy of 3 weeks for my appointment. I have had a messed up ear due to a ruptured eardrum since mid Thanksgiving. It's to the point I cry daily out of frustration because of it so I was very excited to see a doctor and get an explanation as to why it sounds like my left ear has water in it.I'd say the doctor spent 5 minutes in the room with me? Maybe 10 being generous. He pulled some dry skin out of my ear which didn't really bring any relief to the water in my ear sensation. He said to just keep putting baby oil in it but it's an otherwise healthy looking ear. I will admit the dry skin was not something I could have removed alone so he did do something for me but I have no relief.I went Monday and it's Thursday and I'm still crying because of my ear so I do not feel like I recieved quality care and I feel there wasn't a lot of want to care put forth. Even if my ear has healed I'd love to know why my ear still sounds clogged and I can internally hear myself. Have I just permanently lost some hearing in my left ear? I don't know.I am still on the painful hunt for a good ear doctor.Edit to add: the defensiveness of the doctor in his responses is even more unprofessional.

Everlasting Strength: Jump through hoops to see another Dr. This one diagnoses you before seeing you, via his receptionist (where did her doctorate come from?) Too difficult to even get an appointment even with tests taken specifically for his office, acts like other Dr's scopes, scans, and other tests didn't happen. Doesn't have time for your health, more important to boost his ego online. Cares about Flint but doesn't care about the residents that live here enough to see them himself.

Melissa Murray: This supposed Dr makes diagnoses without even seeing the patient. Keep looking for a Dr. This one's a joke, don't believe his hype.

I had no idea this was even an issue until we attempted the test, makes me wonder if this is why he had a lot of ear infections prior to this. Dr. Mukkamela is the best, no issues since and would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Megan Garrison: We just visited for an evaluation for our 1YO, and were so pleasantly surprised at how well the appointment went! We were nervous they'd push for unnecessary surgery or try to hurry us along quickly, but it was just the opposite - Dr. Mukkamala was very kind, very thorough, listened to all our questions, and gave us options on how to proceed along with his opinion. It was exactly the kind of appointment you hope for as a parent of a toddler!

After having them chemically cauterized by Dr. Mukkamala, they have reduced in frequency and severity by 95%. The entire procedure was painless and I was able to see him within 10 minutes.

Christine Stamos: Impressed and thankful are the words that come to mind. Dr Mukkamala was referred to me by many of our mutual Facebook friends. Within 10 minutes of my post asking for ENT referrals, Dr Mukkamala messaged me concerning my current ear problems. He asked if I could come into the office (on a Sunday morning) to check things out. I was shocked that a doctor would make time out of his personal time to see me. Prior to seeing him I could barely hear out of one ear due to fluids behind my ear drum, pressure and constant ringing. He did a small procedure and released some fluids, WOW did that help! He was professional, took his time, was gentle and very polite! This gesture will go a long way and I would highly recommend him to anyone I can.

Sarah Jackson: Last week was a horrible week for me, I woke up on Monday and broke my nose, the bone was completely smashed over to the side. I seriously couldn’t look at myself, i’m only 18 so I was really scared about everything. I went to see Dr Shukairy the following Wednesday, we went over everything and set up my deviated septum surgery for Saturday. After my surgery (which was quick and easy) I got my splint taken off the following weekend and had my old nose back in less than 2 weeks. Seriously, it looks exactly how it used to. It’s straight, you cant tell it was even broken. All my anxiety is gone. Thank you so much Dr Shukairy, you did an amazing job

alison guiling: Not happy that I brought my son in about 5 months ago, was told he needed tonsils removed and that I would be contacted within a couple weeks, and then never got a call. I’ve called twice after the appointment to ask what’s going on and was told the person who schedules surgeries was very behind. So I called that person myself, left a message, never got a call back. Extremely unprofessional. My son is 3 and gets extreme sick every month for an entire week from tonsillitis. Visiting a different ENT and will never refer this office.

But the pharmacy didn't take ins. I decided to try. an ENT. Made an appt with Dr. Hayes, she was so great she did a biopsy and was very comforting she knew that there was something moregoing on and. decided to do a bunch of different types of bloodwork. From that, I found out I have a few different Autoimmune disorders. She help me fix the original reason I went to her. Then recommended a specialist to help me find out further information and what to do with the rest. She and her staff are very kind just amazing. I would recommend her to everyone. She is awesome, kind, and goes beyond the scope of what other Drs would do for a patient. She needs a 10-star review

They worked great with my daughter and were very kind, professional and compassionate!However the office staff leaves something to be desired. We arrived for our appointment early as requested. When we arrived the receptionist was on the phone and blatantly ignored us for 15 min while we stood there. Couldn’t even acknowledge us or let us know she would be a minute on the phone. Once she finally acknowledged us she was very rude and short with us. She seemed very irritated that we were there. It was very rude and unprofessional!I recently received a call about a balance we owed for our appointment. The person on the phone was very short with me. I asked if they had sent me a bill because I had not received anything, she replied with of course we have. Like how dare I ask that. I told her I was driving and that I would call them back when I got home to make the payment. I was then threatened with collections if I didn’t pay the bill.These providers need to find new office staff, then this practice would be amazing!My son now needs some testing and we found a new place just because we don’t feel like being treated this way by the office staff here.

There was no opening for a month. On the cancelation list. Called several times. There was no way I could be squeezed in somewhere. I found another doctor who saw me in 3 days. Shame on you.

Briana Opalewski: I’ve never been here, although I really wanted to bring my 2 month old in to be seen for some problems he’s had since birth and his pediatrician is convinced is allergies.But this review is because their receptionist is the rudest person I think I’ve ever dealt with...I called and asked if they accepted Medicaid because that is the insurance my children have. She said they didn’t without a referral so I asked how much it would be to be seen without insurance (I’d heard good things about this place and wanted to go here) and she said “I don’t think we can do that. No we can’t do that. That’s the reason you have that kind of insurance because you can’t afford it”At this point I was speechless and didn’t know what else to say. So I said that we actually could but never-mind and hung up.A. That was rude.B. You don’t know what someone can or can’t afford. And you’re making assumptions about someone’s lifestyle based off of an insurance plan their kid has...C. If I couldn’t afford it I wouldn’t be asking to pay cash to be seen.There’s not many pediatric ENTs in the area and I just wanted someone’s opinion on something.But I will drive a little further to go somewhere where their receptionist doesn’t tell someone they don’t know that they can’t afford their services.Because they CAN do that and they are.

Repeatedly, I was left to wait 45 minutes or more with no updates... I think the doctor just left for lunch and let me wait. They are incredibly expensive and don't seem to care about my dissatisfaction. I am tired of Medical establishments not having to perform and still getting top dollar. I would stay far away.

Leann Bommarito: They clearly care more about money than patient care. Dr Ulrich cut the inside of my daughters nose at the last visit causing him to have to repack her nose a month after surgery. I paid them $200 a week ago and let the billing know I will pay $200 a month until the $1300 is paid off. They refused to see my daughter today unless I paid them another $200 today. They could have called me before I drove 40 miles to their office and made us wait in the waiting room until all other patients left to tell us they were rescheduling her appointment until I can make payments. Why call and make arrangements? I have always paid my bills with them, I just do not have 1300 at one time to give them. Maybe if the doctor would not have screwed up we would not have had to return so quickly and I could have made another payment by then.

Ashley RN, Sue MA and Dawn MA were very kind and caring and helpful during my balloon sinuplasty, Dr Ulrich explained each step of the procedure as it went along and made sure I was ok at each step during the entire process. I would recommend Dr Ulrich and his staff for this procedure to anyone needing it.

No Brakes: The Staff seems to not care about you at all if you are calling on the phone. To be more specific they tell you " I don't have time for you" and hang up the phone. They will also imply you have never been to there office and can't find you in the system... then when you call billing the have no problem finding that You was there. So in other words if you wanna call and make an appointment to bad, bye.

Leigh E: I had enlarged tonsils for a long time. My primary care doctor determined it was best to get rid of them. A year later, I decided to actually go through with it! I am thrilled that I did. I feel amazing and it's only weeks later. Dr. Ulrich is professional and does good work. Between his surgical team, the office staff, and nurses in his employ, I felt like I was receiving the best treatment every step of the way. My recovery time was pretty short and relatively painless due to the recommendations and treatment plan they provided. Yes, it was uncomfortable, but I was instantly relieved not to deal with my tonsils anymore. In the event of future ENT services I need, I will be going to Dr. Ulrich. I am absolutely thrilled with his services, staff, and the care I receive.

Jessica Donise: I am extremely pleased with Dr. Ulrich and his staff. My daughter has had recurrent tonsillitis and strep throat for 2 years and desperately needed her tonsils taken out. Dr. Ulrich was not only very knowledgeable, but made sure all our questions were answered well before surgery. My daughter's surgery was unfortunately scheduled for the week we went into covid lockdown so it had to be postponed. Dr. Ulrich made sure my daughter had adequate antibiotics in the meantime and did a telehealth appointment. As soon as it was clear to resume elective surgeries, his RN (I believe Jennifer) called to set it up, she was very informative and friendly. Post-OP care has been phenomenal. My daughter has had a tough time with the recovery and every time I have called, I either get an immediate answer or a call back in less than a half hour. His receptionist Sue was very pleasant and helpful. 5 stars hands down. I'm very thankful I brought my daughter to a caring and respectful physician and staff.
