Tactical Bacon: This is like the story, "The little Engine that could"...sort of. This store is too big with too little employees. The 4 employees that actually do come in and work hard are doing all they can, but need to cover shifts and responsibilities of 10 other employees who are not there. Not because they didn't show up, or had the day off, just because this store only has 4 employees. Customers get upset, saying, " you need to tell more people to come in and work!" When all the while, I'm sure the employees just want to say, " We'll, this is all we have! We can bring people in to work who aren't employed to work. And no one wants employment anywhere, but they want money and they want to complain when you aren't working. Or doing all you can with what you have (left).

Nathan Ellis: Well where do I begin dropped my set of skis off last week and was told I would have them taken care of in a few days for my trip. Couple days go by so I called to get an update and they let me know they are ready but it was end of the day. After clarifying they close at 7pm and that I won’t be able to pick them up and I have a family member who will be there 100% to grab them which they agreed they would be open. Well My family member arrived at 6pm and these guys decided to close early. Now I’m out of my skis and missed our family annual ski trip due to terrible client service.

Shumaker's has Winter Jackets & Snow Pants, Ski Gloves & Scarves, Boots, Socks, Shoes, Skis, Ski Poles, Snow Shoes, Sunglasses & Brand Sweaters & Shirts, etcetera to name a few things. I loved the time that I went with my Relative when my Niece got her Special Olympics Winter Gear at Shumaker's & through the Clio School District that She Participated in & Won. Shumaker's Staff was great. And Worked great with our Relatives & Students, Teachers & Parents. They Shumaker's Employees have alot of Patience & are Kind & have & give Great Customer Service. I highly Recommend them to Anyone & Everyone.
Karen V: I called to see if they had the ski I was looking for, they said that they had it and it was $299. I asked if the bindings were included and they said they were. I arrive the next day the skiis are $339 plus bindings.
Danielle Powers: Best place to come for ski accessories. The workers are knowledgeable and very helpful. I purchased boots from another retailer and they didn’t properly fit me which was causing numbness which was making learning how to ski miserable. The gentleman who helped me instantly seen my boots were cutting my circulation off and was an easy adjustment. Also got me into a nice set of insoles and made such an improvement. Happy I came up to shumakers

McMx5: Love the store but they either need to train their cashier on customer service or hire new people. I couldn't find a worker to open to open the fitting rooms so asked the cashier. She huffed & puffed as she called someone over. When checking out the same cashier complained that we didn't have the clothes on hangers. Then said "are you really going to keep piling clothes up here?" to my 12 year old son. Then when the phone rang, she said "go away". Maybe she was just old & cranky but if you hate your job that much, maybe find a different one

Richard C: Yeah I was in Burlington coat factory walking around looking at everything because I like to take my time and look at things before I purchase them I'm a white male who has a lot of tattoos and the cops were called on me saying I'm a shoplifter a known shoplifter and I haven't even lived in Michigan but a couple months and have been in their store one other time and spent $180 on clothes and jackets so if I was you I wouldn't go to Burlington coat factory on Miller road if you have tattoos or if you take too long to look at stuff because they will call the cops on you
Sarah Carr: They have a really nice selection of shoes at this store. I recently went here shopping for boots and found more than I expected. I ended up with a pair of boots and two pair of shoes at checkout and I spent probably less than I would for one pair at some other stores. My favorite thing to shop for here though is the bath/body products and the accessories. They have some really high end beauty products flor way cheap! Shampoos, serums, lotions, bubble baths, and soaps. You name it! They also have some cool things in the accessory aisles. Just unique looking clutch purses, jewelry, stockings, and hair pretties. The candles are where it’s at though. They have candles here that are top notch, normally expensive, and sold in high end stores. That’s because they last the longest, they are made with all natural ingredients, they smell the best, and now they are only available at Burlington Coat Factory and sold there for nearly nothing. It’s so worth it! See you over there!
