Heidi Veach: I started calling at 8:25 and after the 4th time calling finally someone answered to say that I would be put on a brief hold. After being on hold for 18 and half minutes I came to the restaurant while still on hold showed the manager my phone, which you could see how long I was on hold. Also told I called 4 times before someone answered.And all she did was walk me back to the take out and tell him to this lady's order. Oh and apologies with an attitude!!So I make my order and then he tells oh sorry we're out of romaine.I will never be back to this location again.By yhe way a frequent after work spot for myself and coworkers.
