I'm in and out in 15 minutes, they're super organized and best of all, I'm treated like family. ❤️ Thank you all so much for being amazing, MMPMC!!! 💯***********************************I've only been seeing Brian for a few months but so far, I have to say the care has been far superior to anything else I've experienced over the last few years. I've been a chronic pain patient for nearly a decade and have dealt with some VERY horrible, demeaning and just plain RUDE doctors throughout my journey. NO ONE at Mid-Michigan made me feel like a drug seeker. They ordered imaging immediately, went over the results with me very precisely, they were very careful with prescribing until they knew what they were really dealing with.EVERYONE in the office has been very pleasant every time I've been there or called. Sometimes, the wait is a bit long but, it's worth it to me because before I started seeing Brian, I was living my life out on my heating pad on my couch. Now, I'm at least able to function and he doesn't hesitate to offer anything that may help (physical therapy, injections, etc.).If you're truly in pain and looking for help and relief, I would highly suggest checking out Mid-Michigan Pain Management. If you're drug seeking, you should probably keep looking because you won't find what you're looking for here within this group of professionals.

Susan Haynes: Hadn't even made it in there yet, my neurosurgeons office tried to get me in on a STAT order and was told the earliest appointment was 20 days away, also my INSURANCE company also did the same a week ago and said they would call within 24 hours to schedule, yet STILL NO CALL. NO thank you, I will take my business elsewhere, where there is better management. If you can't manage your own office how can you manage my pain?? Especially when I can't even get a CALL for a STAT order

He is working with me to get my pain under control and is concerned about the cause and not just throwing drugs at me. He is also the best at administering injections! Very happy here!- It has been another year and at 44 I have finally found staff that cares for the patient and their needs. Both the Nurse Practitioner and the Doc have gone to great lengths to see to my care and have been ever so patient figuring out what will work for me. I love that they have fought my insurance company every step for me to get me the right, less addictive medication! Everything has been quickly put through because they have stayed on top of the prior-auth process! This practice rocks and I will suggest I to all of my friends!

Tamara Nelson: It is nearly impossible to get prior authorization done. I have had to do all the leg work myself. I have been waiting 2 months for a PA to be done by the Staff for knee braces. It’s important as a patient to haveQuality care. This staff does not show competence.Dr is ok. Tries to Multi task when stalking to you. But with Insurance dictating where to go. I guess the patient suffers

Lindsay Henning: I visted this pain clinc for severe sciatica pain. I'm unsure of the doctor I saw, it was a different doctor I was reffered to due to some scheduling issues. When I filled out the papers as a new patient, I noticed numerous spelling errors. They had me urinate in a cup, and I asked then why. They refused to tell me. When the doctor came in he seemed comfused as to why I have sciatica pain. He aske dme many questions regarding the pain levels and symptoms trying to quiz me as if to see if I were lying. He then moved on to lecture me on how he will not give me pain med (which I refuse to take and didn't ask for) because 80% of the patients go just to get pain killers for theit addictions or to sell. I was honestly insulted by this. I understand it is his job to enlighten me by this information but I did not see why it was necessary. He then tries to tell me to take 1400 mg of ibeprofren for 10 days to see if it helps. What about after the 10 days?? I don't want to kill my liver. He told me to go againt ny neurologists wishes and take the ibeprofren anyway. I have chronic tension headaches and I'm not supposed to take that for pain. I told him this and he said,"forget that. It will help. Believe me I k ow what I'm talking about". I told him i was uncomfortable with that, he didn't work with me to try other things and he prescribed it anyway. Before I left he told me to forget about the pain and to put my mind somewhere else. Then the brain will play a trick on you and you will no longer feel pain. WHAT? Ive done physical therapy twice for this pain, called into work, and can no longer exercise due to the severe pain. He also told me if the MRI I was prescribed did not show severe results, he wouldn't help me. I've never had a doctor tell me that. Never going back.

I have showed up to appointment just to be told the Dr left I have waited 4 hrs to been seen they have called me numerous time to reschedule or cancel my appointment with notice. Just yesterday they called and woke me up because i work 3rd shirft asked me to come in 2 hrs early because Dr wouldn't be there at my appointment just to discharge me because i got upset for them telling we will have to reschedule if I don't get them a urine sample in 5 mins

Dave Dockery: I saw Dr King in sept for about 2 minutes if that. He said he couldn't do anything without an MRI but that he would do injections. He didn't ask me if i had any questions and i really cant stand it when doctors don't introduce themselves. But he didnt seem to overly concerned with making my pain go away. I was told to come back in a month for an MRI i thought was in their office. Someone was supposed to schedule one and didnt. That was in october. I never got rhe call even though i called twice in november. They tried to blame the MRI place. I would not trust people like this with my health. They are clearly disorganized and unprofessional.

Rebekah Grayson: Awful! Doctor needs to come back! Melissa the front desk lady called my father by his last name, no mr. just by last name. She was very rude the entire time! Also said he couldn't be seen by a nurse not even by a doctor if he didn't pay 14$ and then gave me 6$ in dimes! If you didn't have change for a 20 then we could of paid it next time we were in the office. If you don't like your job sweetie you need to find something else! You can't treat people this way. We used to love the doctor here, but after being told we won't ever see the new doctor unless my father needs an injection, is completely bs! What happened to talking to your doctor about the pain! After all this is a pain management facility!

Nancy Williams: First of all I had somebody call me and told me that my appointment had been moved which it did not. I tried calling there was absolutely no answer you can't get ahold of anybody there trying to call to make sure when my appointment was so I didn't miss. Needless to say I was late I just went there by chance was 15 mins late and the doctor wouldn't see me I had to see his physician's assistant when I explain the issue he came back with a well I can give you a patch but it's not covered by so.... I'm like so basically can't help me he's like nope.. and sent me on my way in pain barely able to walk. It must be nice to be so high-and-mighty that you control whether people hurt and act like you're God because of it.

isarose rose: I was in a car accident, I came to this practice for a kyphoplasty. After providing the CT scan from the hospital Dr Khan decided I needed an MRI before I could get the surgery or something for the pain. Mind you it has been a week and a half since my original visit. He first wrote a script for butrans but then decided to write lamictal which is for seizures. I don't have those and when I said I wouldn't take them he said he needed an MRI to make sure the compression fractures weren't old. I'm so disgusted right now. I have to find a new surgeon just so I can stand up straight. Thanks for nothing Dr Khan.

Destiny Hilliker: As a person who works in the medical field I understand how overwhelming things can be but I have never been treated so poorly by a facility. I fractured my elbow 5 weeks ago and it took 3 weeks to find out. This facility received my results and refused to tell me, they were going to have me wait until 6 weeks in to it healing incorrectly. After finding out my results, I went to their urgent care to get it casted and my cast started falling apart that day. Then I went and for my follow up and he pulled in his PA and explained everything that was wrong with the way the cast was put on, but did not fix it, didn’t even retake pictures of my elbow to see if it was healing correctly and to add on I’ve been waiting 5 days for a note with my restrictions, and I still have not received it.

Michigan Properties: I've known Dr Atty for over 20 years - first by his treating my parents & now as my own pain management doctor. He has always been kind, courteous, knowledgeable, caring and capable. I would recommend him to anyone in the area.I've seen other physicians in his office as well and have no complaints. Any procedures done have been done professionally and safely, with everything explained clearly.I will say that up until this last year, many of the front desk staff were distant, indifferent, incapable and often just plain rude. However, I'm happy to say that when I went for my July & August visit, there were several new people at the front desk who interacted, smiled & managed to do their jobs well with no nastiness.Hopefully, the quality of staff will remain high, as I often dreaded even just calling for an appointment with the previous employees, let alone dealing with them face to face.

Richard Masters: The worst doctor in the area. All they do is push people threw for money and never really care about your pain. If you have pain don't waste your time with this doctor.

Coll Lorenz: I went to this doctor for 5 yrs, Dr Atty was a very caring doctor, until the billing took over then all that they cared about was money. After 5 yrs of going there I was dumped like a sack of potatoes because my insurance got screwed up a couple of times (not my fault) I still paid for my appointment and paid more then what they even got from the insurance company. They basically said sorry but we can't see you any more and weren't even going to give me meds for the month to find another doctor which in the contract is stated that they have to give at least 30 days to transition to someone else. They did end up giving them to me. They were going to have no problem with the fact that I would have gone through withdrawals or anything. After 5 yrs of service you would have thought they would have given me time to fix the insurance issue since it wasn't my fault and not treated me like they did. I do believe if Dr. Atty was aware of the billing issue and they let me speak to him he would have given me the chance to fix it. But they wouldn't even let me speak to him cause for Med refills you only see the nurse practitioners. If given the chance I would go back to him cause after 13 yrs of looking for a good Dr. Who would listen to me he saved my life. He made it so I could function again. And now I'm screwed looking for a doctor who isn't afraid to give out pain meds and give me the treatment I've been getting.

Cori Moore: Nice guy. That's where it ends. Had a good experience 13 years ago, but not this time. No IV sedation for any of his shot treatments. When the shots fail, your out of luck. This doctor does NOT prescribe any meds, not even gabapentin!! Not even a narcotic, but he refused to write any. He sends a "referral" to your primary doctor who has the option of not prescribing it for you. And most won't because Dr Culver office MAKES you sign that form on narcotics, which means you can't have any other doctor prescribed meds for you. Load of BS. Just in it to bill your insurance

I am now 38 years old soon to be 39 and I’ve met many doctors safe been seen by many doctors. It’s hard to have a chronic pain condition and it’s even harder to have been misdiagnosed. Dr. Katob really listened to me. He honestly took the time to hear my crazy Payne story. I am forever grateful I will be forever grateful for Dr. Katob. Waking up in the morning after a procedure that I’ve never even heard of but was so simple and done in his office on our first encounter pain-free for the first time in probably 13 years was just amazing. I still can’t believe it. I have hope for the first time in a very long time. Our journey is only beginning but he established my trust. His office staff is phenomenal and I am just so grateful so thankful that I found this team of people.

This statement was prepared already and he asked me to submit it. So I did. I’m sure this guy helps people. But the way he runs his business, is pathetic. But I’m sure he makes a lot of money. They did'nt issue any bills to me. ( after several inquiries ) . I paid my co-pay. I went to the office when covid just started. He presented me a bill for $600. And said he would'nt presribe my meds. Unless it was paid. I had no idea I owed that. He bills months after your visits. And he knows he has you under his thumb. Especielly when you have to have your meds. ( withdraw can be horrible ). I think he uses that against his patients. I've been off opiates for months. He charged me quite abit, for a 5 min. you need to quit spiel on smoking. Ask for current bills. So you don't get surprised.

Needs to spend more time attending to their patients and less time responding with PERSONAL IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION about people when they have a problem with their service. A simple- “Thank you for the feedback- we will work on that.” Will get you a long way in this field. More time listening and less time using sarcasm in office and on Google review.

Jenni Z: I was definitely angry and stunned after a shockingly bad experience with Dr. Kotob and didn't want to leave details at the time. Admittedly, I'm now leaving text months after my one-star review - I was leaving another review, saw this in my history, and was irked again thinking about the situation I experienced.I considered laying out the details of the extremely inappropriate behavior that I experienced, but looking at responses to other negative reviews I see that the manager of the Google account responds with personal attacks and sharing protected information about their patients. Frankly, I think that says enough about my dissatisfaction with this office.

ALice RIley: I would not recommend seeing Dr. Kotob to My worst enemy. He is rude and arrogant and very disrespectful. I was seeing Dr. Kotob for My pain issues and it was a nightmare until the very end. I used to have Someone go with Me because I didn’t feel comfortable being alone with Him. But that was a nightmare because I always brought the same Person with Me and He spent more time talking to Her and flirting rather than talk to Me His Patient. I had been to other pain doctors with no real improvement. But this clinic was different, Doctor Kotob encouraged me to keep attending my appointments. He said, recovery was a process and failing to provide me relief was not an option. And with his friendly staff by my side, I made it through the 1st injections.Today, however, something was different. The injection did not hurt as much as the one before it. I came home and cleaned my house by myself, for the 1st time in years. No children to vacuum, sweep, or mop my floors for me. Today, I did it, all by my self. Kimberly Dombrowski: This doctor cancelled appointments when his office staff didn’t show, and didn’t bother to call and inform the patients. The door was just left locked, and multiple people showed up and just ended up leaving. It was very unprofessional.
