Quintin Lee: I've been getting money orders from Kroger's on Richfield road for the past 7 years and never had a problem until now Hannah Desbrough has to be the most neglectful person working courtesy clerk I have ever seen in my life my money order was wrong and she knew it was but never own up to her mistake her co worker said it was my fault shift manager was rude she could careless about Krogers employees making mistakes

Gail Crump: WOW! Is all I have for some of the Kroger reviews. I'm not an employee but I am a long time kroger/Kessel (lol) shopper. At this location I had one incident with the kiosk and the person I spoke to at the desk. However; I take names and I DO call corporate. Trust! Other than that I find everything I need. I don't like that kroger doesn't have a non dairy section of choices available, as does meijer. Other than that this location is cool. Some of the experiences I'm reading....deserves a Call to the headquarters. I appreciate that this location is next to the apartment building that does have a lot of disabled persons (drunks too) but I digress it's good spot for the apartment dwellers. I love the savings card...I don't like the gas but if you do , unlike meijer your points can be used for gas. So I'm done I've went on, and on. Store cool some employees not so much. 4☆ for me...good day

Jennie Harris: Easy in and out store. Have just about anything grocery wise you need, it's a GROCERY STORE after all. Staff is nice. Self checkout is fast and easy. The one hotel that works the self checkout has been there awhile and recognizes me when I go in, so that's nice. They have hot food almost every day too.

Dot Dotty: Previously worked there. They have roaches, the c-19 plastic protection shields at the cash registers constantly break and create safety hazards for customers and employees alike, constant stealing, poor management- they fired all minors for small things so that they could switch to “hiring 18+” only, they mistreat their staff. They don’t have enough workers for most if not all of those reasons above, so they have staff do things that they don’t get paid for. People in deli working the register, cashiers being impromptu courtesy clerks. One cashier they had being a makeshift courtesy clerk, had constant asthma attacks from getting carts and had to be hospitalized almost every time and they still made them go out. Took management about 3-4 times of the employee having an attack before they finally decided they can’t get carts.
