Yahaira Waters: This company takes all of their fees out first and it takes a while for them to settle your debt. We were in their program for 3 years and after paying all of the fees up front when we graduated they charged us more processing fees to close out the program. People get into these programs because they are financially struggling and they do not help by charging so many fees. Now I wish that we would have called the creditors ourselves and settled our own debt. We learned the hard way but want to warn others to stay away from this company because in the end they take a lot of your money to do something that yo can do on your own.

Lisa Bon: DO NOT DO THIS! They take their fees out first, so they don't even start paying off your debt until you start accumulating money, which for us took over a year. After 2.5 years, they negotiated everything down to about 67% of what we owed, so we saved about 33%. But after their fees, we really only saved *maybe* 10%.FYI, when my my Mom got into financial trouble, she called all of her creditors after missing 3 payments and negotiated settlements for almost 40% of what she owed. Do it yourself, and cut out the middleman.

L Gilliard: They take their fees out 1st before you start to really accumulate any funds in you account. That being said, trying to get someone to explain that to me was like pulling teeth. Some of the representatives seem to care where as others don't. They've settled 2 of 6 accounts for me in 2 years & I'm scheduled to pay for 4.

Four stars for Attorney Creech Bauer for responding right away but referred me to Attorney Sarah Ellis. I talked to and gave Attorney Ellis half down on a Thursday or Friday for a divorce and she said she would file the next Tuesday after Labor Day. The bad - Court closed due to fire, so she said she would file the next day. I got an email on Friday that she wasn't able to get it filed, but she will on Monday. I asked for my money back and she did refund it right away. Three stars for Attorney Ellis.

Jill Sapiano: I contacted Jill about legal assistance in a debt collection case to which she reffered me to one of her attorneys Sarah Ellis. I wasn’t sure how it all worked, but had wanted Jill as my attorney because she was who I has heard about. Taking Jill’s advice I met with Sarah and paid her a fee to retain her as my representation. Sarah failed to respond to the court in a timely manner resulting in a default judgment in my name. I would have never let that happen had I taken matters into my own hands, I thought it would be much better in my interest to have a lawyer appear to the court in my behalf. But I was clearly wrong. Sarga has done nothing but fail to respond about this matter. I contacted Jill to let her know that I am very upset in this result of her referral and would appreciate her advice on what next steps to take now. Jill has also failed to respond. Do NOT hire either of these lawyers! They are frauds! Jill will only pass you off to some back street attorney and will do nothing but take your money.
