Cherrybomb: I bought a hello Kitty balloon for my 21st birthday and loved it. Sadly during my party it flew away so I decided to get another one. While I was at the store a female employee with blonde hair who blows up the balloons gave me a replacement. She made my day and I was on the verge of crying. thank you so much to that employee ❤️

Kit Happy: They are out of so many things. When I had a question I was told to wait in the checkout line, mind you they had 2 women blowing up balloons and only 1 cashier, I waited in line for over 10mins when finally one of the balloon women came over to ask what I needed.

Jessica Smith: Purchased a costume and face paint using 15% off order coupon. Couple hours later returned to exchange costume for a different size. Was charged 15% more during exchange. I asked why it wasn't an even exchange for the same item, just different size. Was told it's not possible. Looked at receipt and it was returned and then rang up as new. I said I want an even exchange not a return, they said that's what they did (but charged me 15% difference). Finally just paid it and left. Will not be back.
Cyberpunk Eddiegordozen: A dreadful place went in looking for party supplies for a specific party couldn't get anyone to help me or even look at me until I was walking out of the store would not recommend to someone who needs help finding stuff I didn't see a single worker out on the floor

1suvgirl: It’s the new store where colonial lanes used to be. Nice store and huge. I thought it was stocked well. Some of the things are little overpriced but it depends on what you are getting. There is a huge variety of things. Staff was polite.
Nate T: had to edit my review. they moved into the old blowing alley next door on Miller road next to a cigar loungeand as soon as you walk in you get hit with cigar and cigarette smoke so bad it makes you ill.I'm actually allergic to cigarette and cigar smoke and I ended up having to hit my albuterol inhaler because it took my breath so bad and made me ill.My wife and my daughter both were complaining about headaches for about an hour after we leftnot to mention all the prices are astronomical nowthere's hardly anything for a dollar mostly everything is 3 to $5, even the junk that was a dollarwhat is a dollar is kind of a joke. they moved to a new location and prices just skyrocketednot worth even walking in there anymore
Denise Kenel: I know his favorite place to go for party stuff everything you can imagine is in the store they're not in their old building they're in their new building right behind it the old bowling alley across from Italian gardens on Miller road please go in to visit it's a wonderful place to buy everything you need for a birthday party or any party the balloons are great

Monica Kannai: I was relieved to see that they were open and still in business. When I ran in for a few items, I was just as in awe as I was before. They have a large variety of things for parties, gifts, household needs, it's an amazement of items and they don't fool you. If it doesn't have a price on it, it's literally A DOLLAR!!!

Nichole Wysocki: Called to see if they had a certain color of plastic table cover. Since I have been everywhere including party city and no one had it. The moment she picked up the phone it seemed like I inconveniencing her. And when she told me she had them I was excited. So I said thank goodness cause I have looked everywhere. And I hear her mumbling “I don’t care”. So I respond “yeah I know you don’t care, but thanks anyway”. Sorry that I made you do your job. If you don’t like it they are help wanted signs everywhere.

Deniese Borg: Great store and awesome employee's the employees are friendly , helpful , they get you in and out the store , and they like to joke and smile . The owner is a good guy if you need something he will order it and he will start carrying it just because you wanted it. Zerkas is the cheapest on liquor so far that I seen. If you haven't been to this store stop in and see how the employees treat you they treat everyone like friends and family. Very clean store also.
