Wellness HIV Services Inc.: what do users think?
Faith Groesbeck: I have used their services for myself and as an advocate. They are very welcoming and treat everyone with the utmost care. Completely nonjudgmental. I’ve never had to wait. Discrete and confidential.
Stephanie Stott: An amazing resource for the LGBTQ+ community. A friendly hangout. A place to get tested and know your status. Free testing and condoms for all.
Jerod Gordon: I've come here for both the safe space for LGBTQ and for the wellness center. I've never had a problem with any of the staff. In fact they've been kind, caring, and helpful. I find that it's good to have a place like this and wish the were more places for LGBTQ people to hang out and have fun other than the bars.
Mark Meyer: It's a safe space for LGBTQ+ people
Sheila “MzKitty420” Baker: These MY peeps😁💞!!!

Catholic Charities of Shiawassee and Genesee Counties: what do users think?
Scott Jaynes: Free parking across the street.
Brenda Freeman: I had given up hope that my life would ever get any better. Somehow Misty and Mr. Griffin has made me have a little bit of hope after I gave up. They have a way of talking to you that makes you believe that everything will be okay. They do everything they can to keep you off the streets. I am so thankful to them. And Tina at the front desk if wonderful also. With everything I have going on right now I can't remember nothing. Like today for instance, not only did he make sure he took the time to wait on me himself when the front desk could've taken care of what I needed, I asked him the same question I did last week and he had no problem repeating the answer to me. When I apologized for it he came back with, don't worry about it that's what I'm here for. Then he said, if you have to call me every day to ask a question then you do that. Whatever makes you feel good. It was that simple statement and the way he said it that reassured me that everything is going to be okay. Misty is always on top of things. If I send her a email or call her and leave a message I never have to wait long for her to get back with me. Even when she is home sick she's always taking care of business.
Greg Stevens: Great place to get a lot of resources.
Warloxide: The owner of the warehouse John likes to yell at women. Next time he yells at my wife and cusses I'm gonna have to see him in person
Brandie Lynn: Really nice place and resourceful. Just super hard to get a hold of people that run any type of groups and or meetings. And if you need any counseling and or anything in that area dont even try it right now it's a 4 month wait !! Just a heads up
kristine dunn: Grief and Loss group is on Wednesday's from 4 to 5 pm, not on Tuesdays from 4-5 pm as the website indicates. I get good feedback from individuals that I support in regard to the value of this open group.
Santrayale Powers: Hands down a blessing from the Gods‼️ Misty is such a beautiful person and a great help. She has so many roles and she can do them all. If you need help with family needs, or assistance this is your place😊😊☺️❤️
Amie Kreh: I was able to get some things that I needed in addition I was able to donate and a very friendly young man was extremely helpful and helping me get my stuff out of the car into the drop off.
James: Said I qualify for help but they have no funding currently, Cindy very helpful, is sad Gov't won't fund them so they can do good work.
chris frost: She loves it there nice people
Traci Thompson: In desperate need of help.....my sub floor in bathroom is ready to fall through we are disabled an need help
Thomas Mack: I participated in one of their programs and the program did not work out and because of this I no longer participate in the program where they help you get your social security.
Douglas Coone: I may be biased as I do volunteer work for an affiliated organization. But truly, the staff here have the heart of Christ and the services offered are many. If you are in a situation and need som help, check here.
Seaun Campbell: The workers are putting aside the things they want before we can get it. I am not allowed to come until September because I got a purse I saw. I was told it was on the workers desk which it wasn't and that I plotted to get it. I've never been so humiliated before, I talked to Mary which is the boss and explained I just saw it and walked over and got it. Told her how her workers ALL gave me looks while I was being checked out and said nothing about it. BUT I came in today and was accused for it. She sided with the female worker. I told her it's her workers the one stealing not I AND should be reprimanded.. . So to ALL DONATERS KNOW YOUR ITEMS ARE NOT GOING TO US FIRST UNTIL THEY CHOOSE WHAT THEY WANT. AND THEY'RE BEING ALLOWED TO SO... Their job is to place donations out on the floor for us to choose what we need and want, not for them to take FIRST. It's a shame we get treated like this from a charity organization.
Eric Robinson: Very kind and giving to the needy. Thank God. May they continue in the good works.
Stacy Boone: Great people
Erica Higgins: Love to go to the clothing closet. Open from1-3pm. They only give you 20 minutes to shop, which is not enough time especially when you have a child with you.
Tina Miller: I am getting the help I need. Anyone can as long as you accept the process.
karl ball: Lots of good clothes, and friendly staff that are willing to help those in need
Rochelle Anderson: This would be a zero if I could. I spoke with two separate people, a month apart, and they were extremely rude and would not let me finish what I would be saying. The one gentleman was arguing aggressively as he answered the phone and began being rude with me. I told him he didn't have to be so rough talking to me because I have certain issues he was triggering in my medical history and he didn't care and was even ruder. The lady today would not listen fully either and I couldn't say anything. I called the program supervisor because customer service seems to be a thing of the past at Catholic Charities. I've seen amazing service here in the past but the last few years, awful people are handling some of the most sensitive clients. The two specific people I speak of need some empathy training seriously. You could seriously cause harm for those who may be one bad conversation away from the unspeakable. You two should be ashamed of yourselves!

The Disability Network: what do users think?
Jessica Russell: I became disabled as a result of a failed surgery in 2016. They were very kind in taking the time to listen to me and my journey. They gave me helpful suggestions on completing the paperwork for social security disability. They have a variety of resources and services for people with disabilities that I never realized before.
D. L. Savage: No one at this organization would help me , advocate for me, in my journey to get disability services or disability! I had all the medical paperwork. They refused to help me, because I was not “officially” disabled- no disability check. They treated me like the rest of society , no advocacy, no advice- total refusal to help me to get disability.“ if you’re not disabled, we can’t help you” my reply: help me to get disability. Their response- we can’t do that.I finally found someone who helped me through that process- & was approved.I will not recommend this organization to anyone walking this path. The state level of independent living centers need to “clean house”.If I could give a sub star I would.I’m on a board of an independent center in another state.By treating me as you did- your loss.
Vanilla Bean: Sarah C was no help.
Christine Gaines: They give out a lot of information to help peoples.i think that is very good
derryn merrycab: This place is just a student loan forgiveness scheme for the Perani family and the friends of Zelley. NEPOTISM RULES
Arturo Reyes: The Disability Network is a wonderful agency where people truly care and help so many!
Tamara Hemingway: I called they helped with everything after my amputation. Bless their hearts! Call them see if they can HELP! you too.
Anjelicka Miles: I wanted a currency reader as I am blind, and Carrie D completed the paperwork through BEP, got it delivered to her office, and then came out to my apartment to give it to me. Thank you so much!
Nicole Runnels: I don't hate this place. They put together an updated resume. And gave me a mock interview.
Jacqueline Din: Really help me when I needed it . very good with the disabled m
Lori DeFrain: Been both a donor and a receiver to this organization. Great people. Great resources
Renee Valenti: Did shir.
Valleria Rich: This place have staff who are very patient with you and are "ALWAYS" WILLING TO HELP IN EVERY WAY!!!! VERY HELPFUL!!!
Todd Babcock: An absolute joy! They serve the disabled community with dignity, compassion, and transparency. I don't have words to express how magnificent a company this is. Just know by partnership and our sheer organization there is only 100 percent satisfaction with this Non-Profit company.
Shi Mitch: Is pretty bold when people are supposed to be there to help the disabled and I was trying to get help today using a computer trying to make copies or some papers and I couldn't get help because the gentleman and the back was helping out this other person and he came over to me one time and couldn't recover my papers and the rest of the time he was with this one individual and I felt that was sad for a person like me would have disability to be treated the way that I was treated today 😟😟
vladmir Brown (crash fox gameing): Good
James Box: Loved it
James G.: Polite and quick moving
Ajwad Abbas: Great Place
Julie Van Norman: I attempted getting a normal hardworking way of life back after becoming disabled withThe Disability Network. I left feeling like an ignorant human being who has nothing to offer society. I am a former art teacher and community activist. I left The Disability Network feeling hopeless and worthless. I expressed my feelings to my councilor and the director. Here I still am 2 years later feeling worthless and hopeless. Thank you for absolutely nothing👎👎😦I hope others receive better service than I did. Good luck fiends.
Cathy Bixby: Love going there when I can very nice people
