Taylor Hamilton: This place is a joke. If I could leave a 0 rating I would. I had an appointment for my son and because I declined an earlier appointment with them they cancelled his extraction appointment. They stated that if he was sent to a specialist then that's the specialist he needs to see. And the "office manager" is a piece of work herself. She is very rude and nasty. She tried telling me that because I declined the sooner appointment that was not the reason for them canceling his future appointment. DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILDREN HERE. I did not even make it into the appointment and I fear for anyone else they scam over.

Paul Cranston: Charged us almost $600 bucks to remove 4 baby teeth. The entire appointment lasted about 15 minutes…..pretty sad. We will not be returning.Also, the rude lady helping the dentist was not pleasant to my son who was very nervous.

Nicole Fravel: Dr. John & staff have always treated my kids well and my kids love going there. We’ve been going for a few years and have only done routine visits (cleanings, x-rays, etc.). The staff are all friendly and knowledgeable and we recommend them to our friends.

Mckayla Kellichner: Was not happy with my daughter experience. We found out she had an open cavity on her two front teeth and had a cavity between her back teeth. They wanted to pull her front teeth and when I told them no they refused to fix her cavity on her back teeth.

(She didn’t have cavities) They told me over voicemail that She wasn’t allowed back because I said no to putting her under for a cleaning.They are rude! I wouldn’t waste my time here! He thinks he’s all that and a bag of chips. (Putting it the nice way) But look at the reviews!He’s horrible and the staff has gone to the pits also!We found a WONDERFUL dentist now!Don’t waste your time here

Lori frank: I have taken my kids since they first saw dentist. With 2 special needs they have worked and compassionate with my boys. I now travel from Lake Orion because there is no one I would trust more with my boys.
Sarah Carson: Here are several reasons we decided not to go here: A) my daughter broke her tooth and we called and they said they weren't taking new patients. B) We found someone else to look at the tooth, and they referred us back to Mid-Michigan Pediatric Dentistry--who was suddenly willing to take a new patient several hours later. That was annoying. C) I was informed I could not go back with my 3 year-old daughter while she got her tooth fixed.Bottom line: I Googled "Ann Arbor pediatric dentist," found someone amazing, got the tooth fixed relatively drama-free several days later--while I held my toddler in my lap.Genesee County deserves better than we get is what I'm saying.
Samantha Yeager: My 3 boys have been patients of Dr. John for years. They all started at the age of 2. He is so patient and fun with the kids! He’s a joy to the parents. The dental hygienists are great! The whole office is very caring and go above and beyond to make your experience a good one! I also love how they go out of their way to make sure we get cleanings scheduled all 3 kids at the same time which is such a time saver!!
Nermine Bassily: Dr. John and has team treated both my boys. My 5 year old needed extensive dental treatment and was very anxious but Dr. John took great care of him. I would highly recommend this office to anyone in need of a pediatric dentist.

Remnant Farms and Sons: My boys have been going to this dentist for many of years! We love it. They have fixed things with my boys teeth that I didn’t think were possible!! Wish I could have them fix mine! 😂

My son was scared and the dentist told him that he's worked on 2 year olds that did better than him. My son told him he was going to get a different dentist and that's exactly what we did. My son went from hating dentists to being excited for his appointments with his new dentist.

Jason Koski: Doctor Chan and his staff have gone above and beyond to make our children comfortable and to help our family as patients. When it was time to schedule their last follow-up my wife was due with our high risk baby, they put our kids on a list and told us to call after baby came and they'd get the kids right in for their follow-up cleanings so we didn't have to worry about calling to cancel or reschedule when baby came and they did just that. Our oldest son was sent to doctor Chan 3 years ago by another dentist because of his "anxiety". We have had no issues with anxiety with doctor Chan. Can't thank or recommend them enough. We drive over an hour each way to come to this office.

Joslynn Humphrey: Great experience except for the secretary, the lady who take appointments gave me racist vibes staring at my kids when they were picking out a toy, made me feel very uncomfortable, no smile just very rude & as if she didn’t want to schedule a next appointment. Really want to report her they shouldn’t have people like that working for them. I hate when people don’t like their job, i just became a nurse & would never look or treat people that way. Sharniece Adams: This place is horrible… they schedule my kids five separate appt. And never notified me of the follow up appts and when we did not show up counted them as missed appts and when I called two years later because I didn’t do the dentist office with my kids during covid. They say they can’t see them because of missed appts. Then said it was my responsibility to call and see when they scheduled them even though the secretary is suppose to call to let you know what they have available and she never called me. They have the worse customer service.
Florence Hoats: I was happy with the overall experience at the office, but I had read other parents are allowed to stay out in the waiting room when their children go back for treatment. Dr Chan made me come back and "assist" him, while holding my kids hands for the procedure. I wanted to leave the room, but he had me stay, to assist!
Doug: These people did a fantastic job with a terrified child that was treated poorly elsewhere. Still take my son there to this day

Lyzz Petrie: Dr. Chan said my (then) 4/5 year old daughter needed therapy for her dental anxiety.We took her to another Pediatric Dentist out in Waterford and haven't had any issues.It took several appointments at the new dentist for her to not still be terrified to go. It was Dr. Chan who gave her the dental anxiety, and now she absolutely loves going to the dentist!It just really sucks for the exact dentist who caused the problem to say she needed therapy to fix it instead of taking accountability.

Renee Snover: Had an unfortunate accident leading to our visit. The staff were wonderful at getting us in for an urgent appointment. The wait was minimal considering the add on. Back office staff were caring and compassionate and tried to be as gentle as possible. Dr Chen was kind and thoroughly explained the injury to me and got me referred in the quickest manner for care. They were everything I could ask for.

nessa !: coming straight from the patient, i love this place :) i’ve been going here since i was young and i’ve loved every second of it. i never understood why kids hated the dentist, and it’s probably because my dentist was so great that i loved it there! just a while back i had to get a cavity filled, but was having some anxiety. so, they had someone in there to hold my hand for a minute, even though i’m 15! but it was so sweet and much appreciated :’) dr. chan and the hygienist were so understanding about my anxiety and cared for me until the cavity was all filled. but even when i’m just coming for a cleaning, i love seeing dr. chan because he just puts a smile on my face! anyway totally recommend 10/10 !!

Ta Dah: I absolutely love Dr. Chan. He was so good with my 3 year old son and he let me come back to the room with him. Dr. Chan explained everything to me on what will take place with the procedure and showed me his xrays and explained those. He let me know about the shot and what we would do if my son couldn't handle it. He was very informative and my son loved him. He also explained everything to me while he was taking care of my son's teeth. He would keep talking to my son while doing the shot and saying how good he is doing. He was amazing and the staff was extremely nice too. We really enjoyed our visit and my son wasn't scared to go back at all for his second procedure. Dr. Chan and his staff were so good with him. Just the 2 times we went there we felt comfortable, welcome, and felt like family. I would give this place a 10 star if I could. Thank you Dr. Chan and staff for being so amazing!

He took us to Hurley, had my son go back alone which is okay I guess but then he pulled three of his teeth and capped four of his teeth with metal caps and all of them are ill fitting and, according to my dentist, very poorly done and my grandma's neighbor's granddaughter had her teeth ground into stumps.

Shelby Carpenter: Dr. Eboda is fantastic. Her staff is amazing!!! Yes the wait times can be long, BUT WORTH IT. She specializes in kids with complex medical profiles so while you're waiting to be seen, she is utilizing her patience and skills to assess another patient and give them the attention they need.If you want quick and rude service, this is NOT the place for you.
Sherry Harness: My grandsons were recently treated by this person. My eldest, age 6, became upset while waiting for his turn. The "doctor" and staff bullied my daughter into not rescheduling as she wanted by telling her she wasn't being a good parent, he would start ruling over her, etc. The team proceeded to hold my grandson down to clean his teeth! Now he is traumatized as is his mother and brother. Needless to say, my family will not return. Please beware of this person. My grandsons are good and well behaved children and their mom is the best I've ever known. They did not deserve to be treated this way. I will be contacting the State to file a complaint!

Denise M: Me and Dr Eboda discussed my son having one tooth removed. My mom took him to his appointment while I worked. Appointment was for 2pm. When i finally left work at 5pm my son was still being worked on by the doctor. When i arrived to the office the doctor hadn't even started the tooth removal procedure that we discussed but she took it upon herself without me or my mom's permission to do multiple other procedures that we were unaware of. When i asked her why she did these procedures without my permission she proceeded to say that she told my mom which my mom denied. After him being there for hours and her hopping back and forth between him and other patients she finally removed his tooth. He was there for a total of 4.5 hours.
