Hurley Pediatric Specialists: what do users think?
Hannah Schmidt: Staff is nice but the doctors themselves are horrible. My son has been having debilitating chronic health issues and the doctors were extremely rude and treated us terribly Dr.Jabbar was in our room for probably 3 minutes and was cold and condescending. From other reviews people feel the same. Hurley, maybe take some responsibility and fire these terrible doctors. They shouldn’t be working with children. Sincerely one angry mother of a one year old.
Amber Bailey: The staff is decently nice, building is clean. However I would not recommend Dr. Tabbah. My child’s issues were persistent and painful for years, we kept returning here based off of recommendation. I felt that he did not listen to me or my husband’s observations, kept telling us basically that we were wrong and he saw this particular issue often in children. We were refused further diagnostics after asking for them.We took her somewhere else for a second opinion after treatment under Dr. Tabbah was not working. The second specialist was really concerned after one physical exam and ordered radiographs right away. After those came back for review, my daughter ended up needing a surgical consultation and further barium studies to confirm a malformation. She’s now doing very well on her new treatment plan and we’re so relieved to finally have answers.I do not blame the doctor for my child’s suffering, I know that he would not be doing this job if he didn’t care. I do blame myself for continuously bringing her here and trusting their word however. I know that if we were taken more seriously and our concerns were heard, we would’ve been able to eliminate years of back to back medical appointments containing no real answer for this poor toddler.
Sheila Sisson: They are all so nice and really great with children I highly recommend this place if you have a child with diabetes!! My child loves it here!!

Hurley Children's Clinic: what do users think?
Bree G: I wish I could rate this negative stars. If you want doctors that actually care and listen, this is not the place. They’re HORRIBLE. They brushed my concerns off for MONTHS and my child ended up having CANCER. There’s one medical assistant in particular that would always make negative comments directly to me because my child had a tablet, when in reality, it’s only used for appointments, in restaurants, and long car rides. (To her, maybe you should keep your rude comments and unwanted “parenting advice” to yourself since you don’t have all the facts. You’re paid to take temperatures and weights, let’s keep it that way and stop judging parents). The same medical assistant came into the room at a different visit, a visit where I said NO FLU SHOT, gave my child injections without telling me what they were, when I asked I got ignored and she proceeded to give my child said injections..AFTER injections she then told me that I needed to schedule a nurse visit for the second dose of the flu shot. A shot CLEARLY said no to more than once during that visit. I told her I didn’t want it more than once, I told the resident I didn’t want it more than once, and I told the doctor I didn't want it more than once..with the resident standing in the room. (I’m sure that’s illegal?) Another medical assistant didn’t even give my child a chance to stand on the scale properly before telling us to go back to the room and now abnormal weight loss is plastered on the chart. My child was weighed only a few days later with a correct and accurate weight. Turns out there was no weight loss, only proper weight GAIN but that hasn’t, and I’m sure won’t be, removed from the chart. Also, don’t bother bringing up ANY behavioral concerns. They will literally accuse you/your family/babysitters of child abuse and say they’re going to get CPS involved with little to no questions about said behaviors. Behaviors that aren’t even alarming. Speaking to a Hurley social worker, they said that was way out of line and said behavior could have been a number of things. Oh and if you call to express a concern to the office manager. She couldn’t care less, she just brushes you off and is extremely rude and condescending.Do better. You’re giving Hurley a bad name. And I’ve already spoke to the patient advocate. Brushed off as usual.
briana Phelps: The lack of communication from this office is astounding. I wouldn’t recommend anyone coming to this office.
Loretta Spencer: Took my grandson to the doctors
Amanda Plonta: My husband and I have been with the clinic for years with all 7 of our kids, I have nothing but positive things to say about them, every single person from the front desk to the phone operators to every single dr or student in that place have been anything less than awesome to myself, husband, or my kids, I've never had a drs office listen to us so well about our kids before them, I appreciate everyone on staff here so much!!
Elle Musall: Thank you for saving our sweet peanut, you were all absolutely amazing throughout our entire experience.
Ashley Jackson: I left a bad review & they deleted it to save their reputation. I’m not going to explain it all again. But let’s just say, the doctor I saw with my 5 month old son pretty much scolded me and got loud with me because I caught her student lying to me. I left feeling like I wasn’t a good mom and they told me everything I’m doing isn’t good enough.
Cara Jones: I take 3 of my kids here, just gave birth to my fourth and would like to set her up an appointment but can't find a working phone number......
Endya Jourdan: I would NOT recommend anyone to this place. I thought my daughter would be in good hands here but I was wrong. Every time I'd come, there were a different doctor at every appointment. I need 1 simple doctor who can treat my baby. On top of that they have pushy, annoying medical assistants and no one could ever help my daughter when she was in so much pain and bleeding in areas she wasn't supposed to be. NOT ANYMORE. You would think you'd be able to count on doctors and medical assistants. The people here proved that wrong.
catina claytor: Dr. O'Connell is a great child development pediatrician for children with special needs
Edina Chambers: Loved the supportive and informative care we recieved. ❤
jenneline bloing: Being on hold on the phone for a long time, i didn't like. Being not able to get ahold of them asap is not good for my baby. However, sandra bronni is a good doctor, and my baby's nurse is kind, so that's why I'm staying. But, i hope they would really answer the phone calls fast especially if it concerns the baby to be seen by doctor asap. Coz it's never a pleasant experience to be put on hold by phone operators for such a long time that you ended up getting disconnected, quite frankly, it's irritating!
Amanda Montgomery: They know just how to interact with kids! I was able to ask questions without feeling rushed. They did everything in one visit to make sure my little man was healthy. I didn't have long wait times in between seeing doctors and nurses either.
Jamila Marshall: This doctors office is a joke the nurses dont do they're jobs and they apparently have a problem with the incriminating and defamation of character of parents further more my children will never be back there againand i hope this office rots to the ground
Nicole Stevens: Staff is nice but I’m still sitting in a room waiting for the dr over an hour after my appt time!
Kaylee Vasbinder: love them
priscilla gonzales: Awesome nurses and doctors I've been taking all 3 of my boys since they were born!
Mariah Lee: Definitely did not like this clinic. Doctor was okay but did not care for the PA. She didnt seem to understand what she was doing and definitely did not work fast enough. And scheduling appointments? Do they go by their availability or the patients? I did not appreciate the attitude from that receptionist when I asked to schedule a different date and time. I had no choice but to confirm the next already scheduled appointment as if I had nothing going on. I had to cancel 2 appointments that I had that same day because "The doctor does not have any openings and will only see you at the same time you were first seen." I would not recommend this place at all. Disgusted.
Kelly Kaiser: I feel they need to improve somethings. Still great staff. Im glad theyre here to help.
Ahmad Soliman: Wonderful.
London Hu: Would not fill a prescription for upwards of 3 weeks. When they were told that going without the medication in question would cause serious issues to the patient's body, they did nothing. Have some sort of prescription notes taken on the weekend, so things can be filled promptly when the week starts. It is absolutely unprofessional and ridiculous to not provide for your patients for this long, and to forward them on weekdays and weekends to a doctor that never picks up, and an answering machine that apparently never gets answered, because nothing gets done. Also, asking the age of the person calling when not medically relevant is extremely invasive. Absolutely inhospitable. Would not recommend.
Jeremy Briseno: Rude. Never has insurance right. Makes appointments at the wrong time.

Flint Children's Center: what do users think?
Joseph Williams: I am disappointed I am having to write this review. I received a letter stating my daughter will no longer be seen by Dr. Holloway. My daughter and I went in to have her regular physical to be completed. At check in, I was given 2 thin surgical masks and was told we were required to put them on. I questioned why this was, they rudely pointed to the “Mask required” sign and said because they are. I said I saw the sign but why the requirement. They responded “because covid”. As I sit down contemplating putting the mask on just to appease them, I realized doing so ERODES my constitutional rights.President Biden says the pandemic is over, CDC says these specific masks do not protect again Covid, so what gives? I asked if they follow CDC guidelines, they responded “yes”. When I made sure they were aware CDC says these masks do nothing, they said “you still have to put it on”.Where does it end? Here is a clown nose, if you do not wear it ,we will refuse medical services. Here are clown shoes etc.
Christina Martin: I am unbelievably disappointed in this office. My 17 year old was a patient from his birth to adolescent years along with my 13 year old daughter. My newborn also became a patient here up until recently. I had discussions multiple times with Dr. Holloway regarding the fact that I am not antivax but I only will do one vaccination at a time. They always say if there is a bad reaction to a vaccination report it. How are you supposed to report a problem when you are giving a dose of vaccine for 7 different things at a time. My last visit was for a shot. The supposed vaccine specialist as she referred to herself started out telling me how my son is way behind on his shots. Which is false. I was there to get his pentacel. The following month was his pneumococcal. I had done one Rotavirus and decided to not do the second considering the possible side effects are the same as the prevention. Not to mention at this appointment my son was 35 weeks old.. the maximum age is 32 weeks and not a day over. Thank God i didn't let this so called specialist give it to him. Hell she didn't even realize how old he was. After being lectured on my right to decide on my child's health. He received his shot we scheduled are following appointment and left. Received a letter two days later. They have canceled his appointment and will no longer be seeing him until I am ready to follow there schedule. Sad to see that doctors actually believe they should be making our decisions for us. Especially on something like this.
Jodi Henderson: I'm getting a lawyer and will be exploring my options against this office. Particularly Dr. Vina Patel...keep looking for more drs.
Madison Robinson: We have seen Dr. Sankaran for 16 years and have ALWAYS loved her as a provider. Like everyone else, we’ve had our run ins with her staff. However, our most recent issue is just upsetting. We went in for a simple checkup and when the MA said my 16 year old daughter is due for Meningitis, Hep A and HPV vaccine. I responded that i wanted to go speak with my husband before making this decision. Mind you, my daughter has received majority of vaccines in her childhood. Dr. Sankaran came in and proceeded to tell us that if she didn’t receive these vaccines we’d have to find a new doctor. I received a letter this afternoon that they are firing us as patients “because she is not comfortable with continuing a parent/physician relationship with anyone who does not want to follow the recommendations of American Academy of Pediatrics Guidelines.... it is my job as a physician to protect my patients from these serious diseases”Absolutely heartbroken that we aren’t allowed a say in our own medical treatment.
Lisa Morningstar: We have seen dr.Holloway for over five years now. Since moving out of state getting any type of help from their office staff about shot records or balance payment has been very disappointing. I tried to call to pay our remaining balance and was told the person who did that was not in the office. The fact that only one office staff member can process a payment is a bit concerning. Then when I try to call back to make the payment they have shut the phones off at least 20 minutes before they close for lunch. When our current doctor asked for our child's last well visit info they sent me a letter with a bill for $25 before they would fax over anything... I understand most places charge a fee but $25 seems steep. Hoping I can finally get my balance paid off and move on with our lives.
Cassie Spicer: Tried to schedule an appointment, the lady that answered the phone was extremely rude and not helpful at all. Acted like I was nuisance when I didnt know what doctor I wanted my son to be seen by and I said which ever has the first open availability. Not a good first impression and I will be taking my son else where!
Toni Renerck: Very rude office manager! Beside the rude office manager front desk does not answer phone so difficult to communicate with anyone. Seems disorganized!
Samantha Waite: I hate having to give this review because Dr. Holloway is a phenomenal doctor. My boys have been seen by him and his office since they were babies and my oldest is 15. I am extremely disappointed with how hard it is to get a hold of anybody to make an appointment. They say office opens at 9am, but yet they do not have the phones turned on at that time. There needs to be a better system in place for the phones. How many times should I have to try to call and get through? I called 18times yesterday before the phones were on.
Matt Hopkins: Kids have been coming here for 10 years. Love the staff and doctors!
ItzUrParents: Been our kids doctor's office for over16 years, we love them.
MS: I want to respond to the parents who mentioned that we don't answer our phones. We have six incoming lines that do get answered. Depending on the time of day (first in morning or after school) these lines get quite busy. Depending on what is going on such as flu we also get many phone calls. We do have two phone lines 733-0400 and 733-0610 so if one isn't being answered please try the other one. It is frustrating when this happens but know we do care about your providing good service. Thanks.
Shannon Buchalski: Have always been helpful when I call.
Carmen Ostrander: They don't EVER answer their phones. I have just driven there and shown up. Last time at 9:45 I called when I was almost there they finally answered. They told me they were booked until 3 in the afternoon, standing room only. I said I had driven 20 minutes already and was 5 minutes away I wasn't going home I would sit and wait. We got there and there wand no one at all around except employees! I don't know if it is the doctors or just the office staff. But I am looking for a new pediatrician.

Bright Future Pediatrics: what do users think?
Kaitlin Shell: I used to highly recommend this office(for 10 years we've seen Fadl)!! Since 2020 though I can't get my kids appointments scheduled, I can't get a call back, and I feel like no one is checking the voicemails or they just don't care!! In no way is this about Theresa or Fadl but I still have not gotten a call back or a follow up scheduled from 3 months ago a receptionists called and cancelled my children's appointments months ago and has yet to call and Everytime I call I go straight to voicemail!! Now I have 3 children late on immunizations, and we're just out here winging flu season with no one to call except the hospital smh!!
Sammi S.: Does not return calls or after hours calls!! Had multiple issues when needing to take my baby to get blood work done, not putting in the order and setting the order after the lab closed..they told us we HAD to use this specific lab. Called yesterday with covid related questions as baby and I had both been exposed, my baby has a slight cough and had an elevated temp..the lady I talked to said if my baby starts to show symptoms then to just have him take whatever to treat his symptoms. I told her my child is just over one month old and he can't take regular over the counter meds. She said she would leave a message for the doctor and he would get back to me. It has just now been over 24 hours and I'm still waiting to hear from the doctor. Luckily my baby's temp has gone back to normal and I do not believe he has covid. Shame on these people for not returning after hours calls. I have a new doctor for my child and I do NOT recommend taking your child here at all!!
frank linseman: This place is amazing. I see doctor fudal and Teresa they are both absolutely amazing. I 100% recommend Bright Future pediatrics. Both my children go here.
Mallory walker: Wonderful helpful staff !! Every one is so sweet and helpful and you can tell they truly enjoy their jobs. The female dr there is absolutely amazing my kids adore her. Short wait times and staff makes it fun and great experience for the kids
Rebekah Willis: Dr. Fadl is a very kind and caring doctor. He listens to his patients. He takes time to evaluate and assess. He is always available after hours in case of emergency. My children really like Dr. Fadl
Jessica Roberts: Love Dr. Fadl highly recommend him, my son loves him
DELOIS SMITH: He is a very wonferful Doctor
