Jackie Jenkins: I loved my visit at this location. I needed help color matching and Allison was so kind and helpful. She asked her manager Kalonna for her opinion on my color match and she was so professional and kind to me, her staff and other customers. She complimented my cheekbones and showed me where to apply products on my face and the right product for my needs. This was a great experience and very helpful to me. Yee Yee: The things they sell are nice and cheaper priced however every time I have gone there I have had a negative experience. The workers rush you, will stop helping you to help new customers, give you nasty looks and make snarky comments. My friend had adjusted a bracelet to get a better look at it and when she picked the one she wanted the lady said “I’ll go get you one that hasn’t been touched” and walked off from us then was rushing us after she stopped helping us to help a customer who just walked over for 8 minuets straight. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, they seriously need to hire some more decent less rude staff as it seems like many people have been complaining about the low level of customer service for months.

Katelyn Allen: Called the store to see if they were open on Labor Day as some places are and others aren’t. Sage answered the phone so I asked the hours for today. With an extremely rude response I was informed they weren’t open today. It’s Labor Day. My husband and I had a couple questionable bad experiences with her. The first time we were up there she was super rude to us as we also had our pup with us. We will definitely be coming somewhere else from now on. If a place isn’t open typically the phone doesn’t get answered. Will definitely be informing others of this as well.

Michelle Czysz: I spent an hour in here and it was so fun. The man there knew what he was talking about, as I’m a beginner in wanting to make my own fragrances. Never pressured me to buy anything, listened to what I was looking for, never rushed me, explained the differences between fragrance oils, CO2 extractions, essential oils, and Absolutes. Even his fragrance oils are strong and last hours. A small rollerball will last you many months, and they’re easy to carry around. They also carry yummy incense, designer imitations that are spot on or even better, and prices are affordable. Highly recommend.

Received two emails during the finance process and said it could not be granted. The first situation, the phone numbers were incorrect because the sales person put in the delivery person’s phone number which messed up my accounts. Then two days later I got another email stating that they can’t process that order. Another half hour of my time spent solving what the salesclerk posted incorrectly. the billing address was incorrect changed to the delivery address. My account was very messed up. Been a Devote JCPENNEY for over 30 years👠👢👠👢SO 2weeks later the order was processed.

Nina Schol: My best friend and I frequent this location and sometimes I buy things, sometimes not. Usually everything is fine but today I felt very uncomfortable. I was greeted by one worker when I came in which is great. We were really just looking around and my friend was looking for a specific brand which we realized we didn’t carry. But we looked around and tested all the fragrances for about an hour. The ashy blonde lady with the glasses and tattooed arms kept popping up wherever we went asking if we needed help in a neutral attitude tone. It was almost like she thought we were shoplifting and kept following us around. It made me super uncomfortable and I couldn’t wait to leave. I think I’ll try the new Sephora at Kohls from now on since they carry most of the same stuff.

However she had a nose ring and dusty/bark blonde bob hairstyle. I walked in she looked me in my face and kept going. A few minutes later a Caucasian woman walks in and she greets her immediately. I then walk around the store looking for assistance. I had to get in line just to ask for floor assistance. I didn’t get her name either and although she helped me she gave off the vibe that she really didn’t want to. I hate to be this person however next time I’ll leave and come back when it’s more of my kind working.
