Dee Bee: Jennifer was very professional throughout the procedure. She appeared to love her job and was able to answer all of my many questions. She likes to toot her own horn quite a bit by putting down others in the business, which was a bit off-putting. I was happy for about 2 months until I noticed fading and patchiness in my right brow only. I reached out to Jennifer expressing my concerns and was told that a third touch up would be an additional $100. After only 2 months this should not have been the case (especially when my left brow was and still is fine) She then tells me that this was all in the fine print of the many (close to 10) pages she had me sign upon arriving to my appointment. A friend of mine who is in the skin care business looked at my brows one day and said "she missed a spot". I have a small raised surface which Jennifer diagnosed as a mole and didn't feel comfortable blading in that area. The patchiness and fading is throughout the ENTIRE brow though, not just on the mole. So to get my brows to 'match' I'm having to pencil in a lot more than I would like to.My advice to anyone considering Jennifer to do their brows. Take the time to read the pages so you don't get any surprises afterwards and be prepared to get many texts for days following your procedure, asking you to leave her a 5 star review.
