Pet Rest Gardens & Crematorium: what do users think?
Miranda Robarge: Although I never dealt with the same person twice, they were all very compassionate and professional. Unfortunately I lost 2 of my fur babies within 2 weeks of each other. It has been to say the least extremely difficult. But they made the process very easy for me and took care of my babies well. Thank you to the whole staff. It's hard to even imagine doing your job. While they were great, I hope to not see them again for a very long time.
Linda Hopper: So very kind loving. Everyone is absolutely wonderful!💖
Justin Brousseau: Welcoming, warm, supportive and loving. I swear that's what you feel when you walk into Pet Rest Gardens. You can leave knowing your furbaby is in literally the most caring hands possible.
A P (Delexies): Amazing, kind, professional. Treated us with utmost care. Thank you.
Elizabeth Edwards: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueMy sweet Grey steel lionhead susie suddenly passed. They gave my baby the proper service she deserved and needed.
Ml Tupps: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Reliability,Responsiveness,ValueI lost my very best freind and they were very comforting. They went above and beyond. They brought me peace to myself and my family. The service they provided was outstanding. They were so sympathetic. Thank you guys. I'm happy they took such good care of my Cass.
AJ TUPPS: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Reliability,Responsiveness,ValueThis facility truly cares about our special companions along with those of the family who are left behind. They didn't rush us and comforted us and shared their own experiences. Even though I couldn't speak without crying they waited patiently. Thank you for your kindness.
donyale & trisha carroll: Very nice and quick response on weekend n pandemic.ty for taking care of our pebbles.
Rachael McCoog: Critical:Professionalism,Quality,ValueHow are you going to charge 20 for me to drop my dead cat off. I had to be loaned the money just to do this. What kind of compassion do yall have.
Aimee Noye: December 23rd, 2017 we had to let our beloved Golden Retriever, Cody, be at peace. The staff was so wonderful and compassionate. The owner came to our house to pick Cody up. She was amazing and helped us through such a heartbreaking time. She made sure to have us send a few of Cody's toys with him because she said, "It's important for him." I can't say enough wonderful things about Key-Lore.
Taylor Jenéz: I had a couple problems with my initial appointment when cremating my pet. I called and talked to the owner. She refused to listen to me, talked over me, and told me I must’ve misinterpreted what the receptionist was saying to me. The service took 3 days longer than they had originally told me. When I got home and took a good look at the tin urn, it has a crack in the top that has rusted and paint missing from the bottom! If I could give this place 0 stars, I would.
Erika Limban: We lost our beloved Xavier. They showed amazing compassion and genuinely cared from the moment we walked in. We have his urn and the beautiful Rainbow Bridge with his paw print in our living room. We miss him every day. Thanks again for helping us through a most difficult time. Highly recommend!
Ariel Engram: It was unfortunet that I had to use this service at all but the people I talked to made the experience wonderful. They were extremely caring and timely in what they did. The person who does the paw prints went out of their way to do a little extra color on the paw prints for our tiny baby too. I 100% think my husband cried when we got her back because they did such a good job on everything. Thank you so much pet rest gardens.
Julia Quinn: I have to say u could tell this place really cared. From the moment we drove up they were right there. Very kind and compassionate.. All around very honest and not trying to make a buck! U could tell they loved animals and just cared so much. I could say so much more believe me. I highly recommend this place❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Jamie Kanners: They were super nice and sympathetic to my experience of losing a pet. They also had much better prices than others in the area. They offer both individual and private cremations. Though it wasn't easy, I'm glad I did it!
Mike Prichard: Very professional and caring people. Genuinely care for animals with all thier hearts. Recommend for all your pets needs...

Paws To Remember: what do users think?
Krystal Sheer: Today I said my official goodbye to my sweet baby girl Princess. She was my emotional support kitty for 15 years. I took her to Paws to Remember and they were so compassionate and understanding. They allowed us to lay her to rest at the rainbow bridge in a private little room. I will recommend this place to anyone whos little fur baby has passed on.
Kenneth Lynch: The staff very compassionate and respectful. Both of which are important in such a time as having to part ways with your best friend or fur baby. Hands down would recommend them to my friends and family even strangers.
ralph edwards: Menette and Brendan at Paws to Remember met every expectation I had of caring for my recently deceased dog Maggie. Every step of the process of cremating Maggie was clear and provided as discussed. Most of all, their understanding and compassion in dealing with my loss was most appreciated. It made the process of losing my much loved pet, much less stressful. Thank you again for all that you did.
Shayla Desbrough: i had my dog ginger cremated here. she was very precious to me and i felt safe leaving her with them. brandon took care of me and seems very compassionate about his job. he talks to you very gently and with empathy and understanding. i really believe they put care and love into every piece they gave me when i received her remains. her ashes were in a sealed bag inside of a nice brown tin that reads ‘until we meet again at the rainbow bridge’ on the top, which i found extremely touching. there is a certificate of private cremation and an ink card of her paw print. for a small extra charge, i also received a clay circle with her paw print and name on it, which was definitely worth the extra money. this experience just felt very peaceful and gentle and caring and respectful and dignified. it was a pleasuring experience and a beautiful end to my special dog, gingers, life. i will always have these beautiful keepsakes of her now because of paws to remember. thank you so much♥️
Lawrence Bowerman: The people were very kind and thoughtful. The services are extremely caring and of the highest quality. I'd recommend Paws to everyone who wishes to commemorate their love for their pet.
Megan Mahorney: The staff took extra care to be kind and understanding.
Anna Mcdowell: Very respectful and caring.Treated my baby good and was very understanding of our grief. Definitely recommend this place.
michelle b: These folks are amazing! They are so sweet, caring, soft spoken and so very professional. They think of everything when your overwhelmed with the grief of loosing your fur baby!Thank you folks for making this sudden loss a little more less hectic for our family and treating us with such kindness. Forever grateful 🐾♥️
Cheryl Tanner: My little fur baby was handled with care & compassion. She was treated with respect & dignity.Thank you all.for helping my husband & I during a difficult time. The momentos were really well done.
Mickeymouse World: Beyond thankful!!! I was very skeptical of having a pet cremated. I just didn’t feel you got back what was yours, but I felt in my heart my future husband would handle losing his best friend better if he was coming home. I called this place. Brenden was amazing! I made arrangements for the next day. Our big guy is now home and it made the closure so much better. They were kind and caring. They even told me not to worry, they would keep our dog company until we were able to come pick him up. Worth every penny and having our big buy home is priceless. Thank you. ❤️
Jailynn: They did amazing with my hamster, my mom dropped him off since I was at school then I was able to pick him up the day after, he has his little paw prints, his little urn and a couple of other things, I missed him a lot and now it feels like he's back with me, I seemed calm picking him up but when I saw his paw prints and urn I broke down, they did amazing with him and I'm sure he had the best care :)
Christine Mariano: Very amazing people.....I dropped my Harley off Monday after 30mins of losing her. They called Tuesday to say she was ready. Very quick process. I picked her up today and to say what I got for the price was great. Thanks paws to remember
Jess Blanchard: I am so thankful for the team at Paws To Remember. They made the process so much easier for me and my passed pet. In particularly the team members Menette, Brendan, Dave, and Austin really helped me out. Thanks guys!
Cindy Partridge: A friend of mine dealt with Paws to Remember with the death of her dog…they came right to her home to pick up her dog, with such compassion, giving her all the time she needed with her fur baby before taking her! The integrity was amazing, as they treated her dog gently as if it was a human being! I would not hesitate to use them myself! ❤️
Noah Taylor: They are great very caring
Dan Stemper: Very kind place when you lose your best friend
Jake Long: Coe made this process quick and easy for us and we really appreciated that.
Candace Korpi: Great service and kind and caring people. I will recommend this place to others
Rob King: I recently lost our long time family pet and paws to remember was fantastic to work with. From the details that had to be worked out with the veterinarian to the small touches they were professional in every way.
Austin Sordyl: Highly recomend their services, staff is very professional.
Rhonda Cornell: Menette Coe is one of the kindest and most compassionate people I've ever met! Working at Paws to Remember, she is able to share those traits and bring comfort to people at a time of great sadness.

Sunset Hills Cemetery: what do users think?
De'Lynn Braetto: Sunset Hills Cemetery is a very nice established place to bury loved ones BUT..... I was out there a few days back trying to locate my loved ones and came across a laborer as I'm not sure what his exact title was. Trying to lower a casket in the ground. This laborer was alone with no other workers to assist him he was using a pry bar ?? This was really devastating to me and he could not get the casket to go down and he kept prying on it till it did. I know workers are in short demand but this is terrible and a site I will never forget!!!!The casket was wobbling back and forth and was beautiful I'm not sure where the funeral home people were? Then I went to the office and had the worst customer service ever!!! This cemetery used to be so professional. My family was treated awful by the staff working there and when we left they were laughing I saw them as they had their office window open? This is just awful due to the fact people have lost their loved ones and trust them to this cemetery? I'm still trying to understand all of this that happened. .It's something you read or hear about in a horrible news or horror flick.Think twice!!!
Ballyboden Hurling: is there an email address to which I can send a request to for information about a specific grave ?
Amy Reese: Very nice and large. I almost got lost in there.
Terry Miller: It's to bad they can't get the gates fixed or possibly keep a worker over to patrol for an extra hour. Some people can't be there before 5 to maintain flowers on their loved ones grave. So penalize a lot of folks instead. Just rotate it among workers. One hour a day isn't going to break you.I know it's a shame people decide to party there. Fixing the gates would solve that.
Stephanie McKenna: Absolutely beautiful cemetery. I have family that I visit and upkeep gravesites in several cemeteries, and this one is by far the best. Always kept up beautifully. I love that you offer plastic vases to put flowers out at the gravesites, and have water spouts throughout the cemetery. Thank you!
Anthony Luna: Mc breed is barried here rest in peace MC Breed
Tina Ball: Terrible customer service. Not helpful at all. I've been to this place on different occasions with my sister. They would not help her find her husband's plot. She called to let them know she would be coming and they told her someone would be able to take her to the plot. When she got there, she was told to look for the ground keepers. She did not see them so she called back to the office and Mary said they are going on a break. Sunset Hills, you have the wrong type of people working for you.
James Newkirk: Beautiful, peaceful and well kept. The only problem throughout most of the cemetery all they allow are headstone that lay flat on the ground. They do have a section the will allow monuments but you must buy 5 plots. If all you need is one plot that's too bad. If they allowed monuments I would buy a plot there because it is just so well kept and peaceful.
Sherrie Stegall Thayer: Beautiful trees & landscaping
Ashely Loree: Make sure you don't get locked in, they do not check to see if anyone is there when they lock the gates 😠
Sherry Mcintyre: Peaceful cemetery. They have such Life Like figures as you drive thru that you have to stop and take a second look.
Michael Donegan: This is a beautiful and serene cemetary. We ride bikes past this point frequently and often stop here for reflection. It is very well-maintained.
Randy Haney: Staple, beginning to be concerned with safety
SANDI: Beautiful grounds, life like figures through out the grounds. Nice place for a eternal rest.

Loving Memory: what do users think?
Tina Hargrave: I cannot express my Gratitude & Thankfulness to the Staff at Loving Memory. It is such a time of great loss and grief for me with the passing of Mr Milo Houdini who I had the privilege of having by my side for 12 years. He had just turned 13 two weeks ago. A very Special Thanks to Ron for making the long drive to pickup my Beloved Milo on a Saturday afternoon when every vet (including mine) in Michigan seemed to be closed. Forever Grateful, Tina H
Jirrette D: Julie was very accommodating and helpful when our Cloudy passed away. I highly recommend if in need of this service.
Tim Reinhardt: Wonderful experience with Loving Memory!!! Julie and crew did an amazing job in preserving our pet's memory!!! Highly recommended!!!
Joe Elmore: I was so pleased with the way my elderly Chihuahua was handled.
Michele Brelinski: DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! My sister used this service via her veterinarian. Although she indicated that her dog should be cremated and the remains returned back to her, THIS DID NOT HAPPEN. She received a call 2 WEEKS LATER and was told that her dog was MISTAKENLY cremated with animals that were not planned to be returned to families. HOW IN THE WORLD DOES THIS HAPPEN? As a family, we are devastated and although we know there is no way to repair what occurred, ... my sister was offered a rock of remembrance and a refund (once she requested one). She was told they could give her an urn with ashes, but there is no way to know if her dogs' ashes were inside. The experience with this business was INEXCUSABLE and UNFORGIVABLE. (It is a shame that in order to post a review that it is required to give at least one star ... Loving Memory deserves 0 stars.)
Jeff Warner: They mixed other dogs’ remains with a family member’s pet’s remains!!! Disgusted with this facility and our veterinarian will no longer work with them. Do not trust your loved pets with these people…do not use this service!!!Wish I could give negative stars!!!
Morgan Crawford: Julie was so sweet and kind to us while dropping off my sweet Maggie. She passed away later at night and she was so amazing to take her and got her ashes back less than a week later with our desired color of urn. Thank you so much to the staff and Julie again. They care about the animals and it shows.
Denise King: Such kind and compassionate service. We have a beautiful urn that we cherish. Thanks so much Julie and Loving Memory Staff
Dakota Ostrander: They were so kind, & compassionate when dropping off our beloved pupper who passed yesterday morning. Being a Sunday, we weren't sure what to do. Most places were closed, & we could not leave our sweet girl in a box in the shed until Monday morning. She was more than an animal to us, we just couldn't. I left a voicemail on their machine & they got ahold of me as soon as they heard it, said they would make arrangements to have someone meet with us so we could bring her in & call us back. 20 minutes later Julie called back & gave us a time, & we were able to get our sweet girl to people who would respect her & honor her the way we wanted as a member of our family. This will be the only cremation service I ever use for my furry babies. Thank you, Loving Memory. ❤️
Jackie Kincaid: My precious little shih tzu had to be put down. When I took her remains to them they cremated her & very compassionatly gave me her cremains in a pretty pink urn.. I was very satisfied with their service.
denise196144: They took such care with my George, I would use them again!!!
Theresa Cooper: I have had my older dogs pass away this year and also one of my 18 year old cats. Loving memory is great. They allow me to wrap my babies in their special blankets and they always come back in a beautiful ceramic jar that has a ribbon for me to put their name tags on. I have met the gentleman who picked my babies up and he was so nice and so very careful with them. I wish my furbabies would never pass and I wouldn't need their services, but there isn't any place else I would trust to take them for cremation and to return to me, except Loving Memory.
Taylor S: Very kind, caring and compassionate staff. Thank you Julie and everyone else at Loving Memory; for everything 💝 10/10 highly recommend for anybody who is going through the loss of a pet.
Amber Clark: Amazing staff! Such caring human beings! We lost our pet mini pig and we didn’t know what to do! We stumbled apon Loving Memory and so glad we did! They treated us with care and compassion! Made the process a bit easier. We got our pet back in less than a week . Thank you all so much

Flint Memorial Park: what do users think?
Paula Rowe: I’m updating my review after speaking with Jason Pelton. Not quite a 5 star review as there is still room for improvement. Thank you Jason for following up and getting my mom’s marker raised and vase replaced for Mother’s Day💕please see the new picture posted today. Jason is very compassionate and understanding. Thank you!II was told today the cemetery is under new management. My mother’s marker needs to be raised and the vase replaced. I’ve contacted the cemetery by phone and visited the office twice.
Amy yost: Mike B was very polite and made sure everything was in order and takin care of. Thank you so much for helping us in our time of need. Definitely made it easier on us. I would recommend him to anyone.
Neeka Sagley: Michael Bexton he is a good person he help with are grandma service and was a very good preacher for the service than u so much it means a lot
Michael Bexton: Our family had a great experience with Mike B and we appreciate all he has done for us and is very Caring and to make sure my mom was ok with everything Proffer Family
Tonia Maitland: Don't leave anything nice on your loved ones grave because it will get stolen. This has happened so many times its sickening. I've put 2 beautiful gazing balls each spring/ summer and both were stolen. Anything we leave there, gets stolen. Wish we would have buried my baby brother somewhere else 😪 someplace with security and who cares about what goes on.
NOTW: 4-8-2023 drove to see my loved one's grave today and was utterly disgusted at the headstones sinking into the ground not sitting level not to mention the HUGE potholes in the roads yet MANY fresh graves. Raking in the money $$$$$$$$$ yet ZERO respect for the dead or the loved one's still alive. Was truly sad to see how horrible the conditions have become where my loved ones are laid to rest :( . Where are the markers now ? Very sad ordeal , very sad
S M: BAD business! We went to the Flint Memorial Park to the garden of prayer, Row Q, crypt 4 to verify the grave site where my mom would be buried to find her whole vase was out of the head stone. We looked up and down the rows for the missing vase, everywhere, but couldn't find it anywhere. Where did it go? No one had been buried yet or ever used it. Why would we before she died? So Flint Memorial Park decided they would not replace it, saying it is rules and regulations. Instead, they said you have to pay to replace it- $430 for a cheaper plastic vase or $740.99 for the bronze vase that was originally purchased that no one saw or ever used. So in the end, it is like getting a burger, but you open the wrapper and notice the hamburger patty is missing. So, you explain the situation, and then they say okay it will be $3 for the patty. This is ridiculous! So on top of all the emotional strain of my mom's sudden death, we have to deal with this stress and grief. Like my mom's grandson says, thumbs down!
Shirley Jarrett: It really saddens me to say that I have been trying to contact management since July 2022 because I sons headmarker was spelled INCORRECTLY. I have tried numerous times to get a call back, I leave my name, phone number, marker position, and reason for my call but still no answer. Granted my son died in October 2020, paid off in April 2021 and the marker was installed but spelling was incorrect. It takes 6-8 weeks give it take for correction in this matter. Please don’t say because of the pandemic, please don’t leave an message because you will get no response. My entire family is buried at this facility, my mom even bought 2 extra plots for my brother and myself. I asked her to stop payment and look elsewhere because customer serve here IS RIDICULOUSLY SLOW AND UNPROFESSIONAL. The anniversary of my sons passing is this month, October and we set up a gathering for family and friends to visit but that won’t happen because it’s embarrassing that his marker is spelled incorrectly. I WILL NEVER EVER USE OR SUGGEST ANYONE TO USE Flint Memorial EVER. Please do not reply back with the same messages that are in the previous review. I need a phone call and an end date as to when the correction, in which your facility messed up, will be rectified. It’s been almost 4 months and still NORESOLUTION. I visited the gravesiteyesterday rand NOthing has CHANGEd. Ijust wanna know when the resolution willtake place? I was also told it would beexpedited of course it hasn’t .By the way please don’t tell me it’s Fall/Winter and it’s too late because the ground is too hard to place marker.
Brittney Davis: I can think of so many negative words to describe my experience with Flint Memorial, but I will leave it at frustrated and disappointed. My mother passed away in November of 2021, buried in December. We are coming up to the year anniversary and not a single person at the office can tell us where her headstone is. We paid THOUSANDS of dollars for her to be buried there and have completely received the run around. We’ve heard the Covid excuse, the marble and designs we ordered had to come from another country, they have no contact with the delivery company.. etc.The communication is so poor and I couldn’t be more disappointed in what should have been a smooth and easy process while we deal with our grief.
JACKIE Ruiz: Thank you Jason for your professionalism and timeliness in getting out my sister/daughter and brother/ sons shepard hook so we could see it while i was in town. Jackie & Joan
Corey Daup: Beware!!!! This place is a FRAUD!!!! They take people’s money and tell them that they dont get anything 9 months after it was paid. I didn’t cost this place a penny, pre paid over $900 on a vault and opening and closing of said vault. Had a balance of $600 roughly, they send me a letter, after zero communication, stating they closed my account, are selling my vault, and refuse to give me a refund!! Bad business practices and even ruder people!!!Edit: To the owner who replied. I tried contacting you people, I was met with rudeness and zero compassion, they claim to provide the “best customer service” and they “care about their customers/visitors”, which is not true. I no longer want to do any business with your company, and request a COMPLETE AND FULL REFUND!!! There is nothing to discuss beyond this. You already sent me this letter, stating where your company stands, so I will pursue how I need to.
Todd Piggott: Writing this on behalf of my fiance and her family. Her grandfather passed away almost a year ago. Staff at Flint Memorial told them certain things would be done prior to family arriving for the burial, this was not the case. This caused her family more stress and grief during a very sensitive time. Now a year later Flint Memorial still hasn't engraved the head stone with her Grandfathers name and dates. Over the past year the family has called and even went up there several times talking to several staff members and keep getting the same excuses and no results.
Don Weismiller: My mother passed back in March and still the headstone still not put in place at grave after six month emailed Jason twice did not respond and the issue was not resolve Carolyn was a great help she put a work order in to be put at top of work order and it still wasn't done Don't recommend this cemetery until they start caring about there clients and the deceased
Kim Bowen: DO NOT ORDER A SHEPHERDS HOOK!! I ordered a shepherds hook on payments and after paying off last statement I have never got a shepherds hook and it has been almost a year now! But I have got a huge run around! UPDATE AFTER MY REVIEW I GOT A CALL FROM SOMEONE WHO SAID THEY WAS PUTTING IN MY ORDER FOR MY HOOK AND AFTER A FEW MONTHS IT CAME. I CHANGED MY STAR RATING BUT ONLY TO 3STARS BECAUSE FIGHTING TO GET PRODUCTS PEOPLE PAID FOR SEEMS TO BE AN ONGOING PROBLEM. HOPEFULLY FLINT MEMORIAL PARK WILL WORK ON THAT.
Brian Grubb: I wanted to give a huge thank you to Jason and his staff. They are awesome to work with and shown such care and compassion not only towards us but also our lost loved ones. Since the pandemic I know things have been really hard, but they have definitely proven to me and my family that they’re working hard to get things back to the way they were before. I highly recommend them.Thank you so much 🙏SincerelyBrian & Judy
Joseph Donajkowski: Unfortunately after multiple complaints ti the main office, there hasn't been anything done to correct this. This is extremely sad, I really hope they can do something soon.I miss the comfort I used to feel coming to see my dza dza. It's gotta be poor work ethic from the lawn company causing the damages.
Beckie Skinner: Our son and grandparents are buried at FlintMemorial. We wanted to have our sons plaque lifted up and resurfaced to look like new. We had an appt. with Jason and he was very professional and listened to what our goal was. He suggested a granite block instead of cement so it wouldn't sink so fast in the future. He was never pushy but always courteous of our needs. We think Flint Memorial is a beautiful, well kept park for our loved ones to rest in peace.
Shirley Coulter: I purchased a shepherds hook for my husband a year ago and it's still instilled. There no excuse why it hasn't been done they have had it month now. No happy at all
C ETHERLY: Flint Memorial Park is extremely unprofessional and unorganized. My mother purchased a plot at FMP over 20 years ago under the impression that her burial would be not be a stressful event for the family. Working with Flint Memorial Park has been the most STRESSFUL event since my mother's transition. In October 2021, the time of planning, I was told by Thelma that my mother's headstone was located on the cemetery grounds in the garage. Additionally, my family was told that the headstone would be placed down by May 2022 at the latest. Fast forward, Sunday, May 09, 2022, my family and I visited my mother's gravesite and the headstone had not been placed down. I spoke with Thelma the same day and she promised yet again that the headstone would be down by July 2022. Fast forward, August 07, 2022, my family and I visited the gravesite and still, no headstone. Ironically, nearby headstones that indicated a transition date 5 months after have been placed down without reservations, but, mother's headstone is still pending. Phone calls are dodged and timelines are not kept. THIS IS AN INSULT TO THE DECEASED AND THE FAMILY. I DO NOT RECOMMEND FLINT MEMORIAL PARK.
Samantha O'Reilly: Laurie has been the best and the most amazing to work with. My uncle passed away in December and we had his 2nd rights in May. My Grandmother had to make all of the arrangements at 88 years old and Laurie has always been so understanding and helpful with everything! We are very grateful to her! Also, when his marker arrived we went out and it was crooked, we let Laurie know and that day she had the worker named Guy fix it right away. He made it just how my Grandmother wanted it and moved it into the spot she wanted which made her very happy! Hoping with new management things stay this way!
Don Cox II: Always clean, quiet atmosphere. VERY peaceful place.
