Ashley Wirsing: I was really disappointed with my experience at Annie's. I took my 2 year old cat to be shave due to mats forming in her fur that were uncomfortable for her. I dropped her off at 8am before I went into work and was planning on picking her up on mu lunch break. Ivy was not there long before the women texted me to let me know she could not get Ivy to cooperate any longer. After arriving to pick up my cat she looked pretty awful and patchy. The lady told me I could bring her back Monday. Monday after Ivy being there about an hour, she texted me to come get my cat, knowing I needed to do this as my lunch break. She barely did anymore shaving on her. All she had done was completely waste my time and gas for this second day, to barely do anything else. She notified me that Ivy needs to be groomed at a vet office so she can be sedated. I'm not sure why she waited until the second time to let me know this, but she completely wasted my time and gas. I also notified her that this was really out of my way to be doing, but she proceeded to have me come back a second day, making me think she was going to finish the job. She still charged me the same price, which I find to be pretty ridiculous considering she did not complete the job. Obviously I was upset, by this point and I felt that the women (I assume to be Annie) was coming off very disrespectful towards me. I paid her and left with my cat, but we will certainly not be back.

Julie Storey: This is my first and last time using Annie’s. I was excited to take them and waited 3 weeks because someone recommended them. I dropped them off, with them not wanting to go back to the crates they put them in. I thought they just didn’t like being around all the unfamiliar dogs. While waiting For the call to pick them up, the right entered my mind multiple times that maybe I should call to check on them. I decided against it, thinking I did not want to bother them while they work. Then, I get a call from a worker, whose voice was pretty intense when she told me they were about 30 minutes from being done. Then she said “And you’re gonna need to be here in 30 minutes because your dogs have had multiple accidents. We have had to wash them multiple times and we need to prevent this from happening again.” I asked her what kind of accidents did they have? She replied “pooping and peeing, multiple times.” I then asked, “both of them?” She replied “yes!”This is very suspicious to me as my dogs are 7 years old, very sweet, Wheatons and have been groomed for their entire lives. I have never once had a groomer tell me this happened. They are not ill any way and do not do this at home.When I told them I was upset and that it’s never happened before, the owner keep arguing with me. I told her only reason I can imagine is they were afraid of something. She Ridley said “does this look like a scared dog to you?” I said “yes, actually” she then laughed and said she didn’t see it. Oh, and btw, she increased the price she quoted by$20. I had planned on tipping well but after all that, I just gave her the original quoted price. She also, at one point said, “do I look like some kind of bad person to you?” SMH very manipulative personality. Both of my babies couldn’t wait to get out of there.

gina k: They did a awesome job on my fur baby. It was her very 1st cut too. Employees were very nice. I get its a groomers, but they could really take a minute to clean, & dust. Alot of huge loud barking dogs scared me & my tiny puppy though.
Mary Bukosky: The grooming was nice, not Tonya like requested. I guess that happens often. But real issue is the shampoo guy nearly blinded my dog’s eye by getting shampoo in his eye. I had to take him to the emergency. He ended up with eye ulcer and could go blind! And I’m not the only one who has had this problem. Thankfully the owner paid my emergency bill. I hope they take more care with other dogs now as that bill was high.

Tonya is the only reason I came here, she did a great job, but it's not worth the trouble of eye infection and having to sterile wash my dogs eyes for days because someone else washed them being rude and careless.Do not let anyone but Tonya touch your dogs here if your brave enough to still let your loved one come here.

After bringing my cat home from just a touch - up grooming I noticed bleeding from her rectum area (likely due to a cut from trimming), that of which I was not made aware of at pick up. Additionally, the business itself smelled very strongly of cigarettes both new and old - the aroma was quite potent. Overall, I am left feeling uncertain about the quality and cleanliness of the business.

Jacob Sabin: We got excellent service when we went in. We went Monday and she was very willing to work with us and take her at 6pm. Our cat is not the easiest to deal with and I know it took awhile, but she did great. I personally feel we got excellent service. She was willing to work with us. I see some reviews complaining about a smell, but to me, it smells like a place which has dogs and cats in it all day (and I don't mean that in a bad way, I personally don't think it smelt bad/any different than what you would expect). Reasonable rates too.
Shannon Jackson: Bubbles & Bows is the only place I have ever taken my Chihuahua Lolly Doll!! Tonya has been cutting her nails since she was a puppy and she's going to be five in September! Tonya is the only person Lolly will let cut her nails! The prices are great but what matters most is the connection my dog has with Tonya and Carla! The staff at Bubbles & Bows are friendly and love all animals! My dogs ears perk right up when I tell her let's go see Tonya!❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

Gina Jordan: I would not say that they did a poor job on my pet because she has always lookedgood; but they are soooooo unreliable, more times than not the groomer has cancelled at the last minute and again today she did it again. We have waited like every else to get in to see them even though they wrote on their page that they would be seeing the animals that had appt the week of shut down first. Not true! When I got upset about cancelling she said find someone new. I will thanks for the service but as a business owner myself my work ethic forces me to go to work even if I am tired or ill.

She did an amazing job! I have a 14 year old Pomeranian and Rachel has been taking care of her for over a year now and in 14 years has been the only person who has been able to listen to directions and does such a perfect job on Bella! She gets me in usually the day I get ahold of her and she treats Bella as if she is her own, as I see her do with any other furry friends that come in while I am there! Thankful to have found her!!

Duhh1ts_ Issa: Today was the first day I decided to take my baby to get his haircut by a new groomer and I was more nervous than Louie (my dog) I dropped him off and waved goodbye to him, I was told it would be about 1-2 hours and it was getting closer to 3 hours and I was getting more nervous because Louie is my whole world so I called and I was told that Louie was okay and he was just waiting to get trimmed not even 2 seconds pass by I get a text and a picture saying Louie is fine and he was smiling and everything! When I tell you Louie is the most nervous dog, he doesn’t even like to see his shadow type of nervous but he seemed so calm and relaxed! I went and picked him up and I couldn’t be more surprised, I had dropped off a dirty mop and got a brand new dog! Totally unrecognizable!!! Definitely recommend this place and will continue to come back! Prices are good and service is even better!!

Nicole Underwood: My dog loves coming here for a bath and clipping. Well, “loves” might be an exaggeration, but she doesn’t fight it! I certainly love how squeaky clean and trimmed up she is after Andrea gets done with her. Andrea is attentive and caring, and has given great advice to me over the years regarding the health and happiness of my dog. Price is very reasonable.
Reut Hadad: Andrea is AMAZING! She's literally the only groomer to ever be able to clip my boy's nails. Both my boys are a little anxious around strangers ( which is usually an excuse for other groomers to tell me "we couldn't clip their nails"). I feel like Andrea really took the time to calm them and get them comfortable and so now they love coming to visit her and sit nicely while she works. I absolutely recommend her services!

Ty Vandesteene: Probably the dinkiest little unprofessional shop I've seen. Spouts of lies and was extremely nasty to my wife. We turned around and took them to a professional groomer for half the price and had no issues either. I think she's upset that she had to groom dogs with short hair. Oh well. We'll take our business elsewhere.
Ericka Beam: Absolutely the best place ever for dog grooming. Andrea really cares about her clients and does a fantastic job! I can definitely say that my Maltese mix comes home happy from here which is not the experience she has had with other groomers.
Terry Williams: The haircut was not a miniature schnauzer cut,way too short but he was knotted up pretty bad so I understand that, she cut one toenail too short and was bleeding and failed to tell me that ,I am not happy I would not recommend this grooming site,plus the price was way out of line.

Shane Lichtenberg: I love taking my Dog here! I understand some people may not enjoy the time it takes to Clean and cut a dogs hair, but our dog Tyrion looks and feels amazing every time he goes. I have attempted to do this myself and I have never been close to replicating the way he looks now. I also appreciate the extra effort they put in of giving him a fresh bandanna so he looks extra handsome!Everyone is also very polite and they remember Tyrion every time I make an appointment and bring him in.
