He is a wild thing and does not deal well with me not being near him and being around new people. I have even cancelled trips and plans because it's more stressful to leave him because I just worry my whole vacation, Luda gets annoyed, has separation anxiety and I swear he rolls his eyes at me.... well NOT ANYMORE!!This whole process was seamless, with the direct contact with Lyndsey and direct contact with my new bestie Luda-sitter, Lucie. Payment was easy, paperwork was thorough (which I loved) but easy, meet and greet with Lucie was amazing.. and best of all Luda fell in love with Lucie. I was updated, sent pictures and messages each day giving me the positive updates on my fur child. Both Lyndsey and Lucie touched base with me daily with a group chat and individual texts and they were not overwhelming just a quick check in to let me know how Luda was doing.Returning home, I had an awesome thank you note and little gift for myself and for Luda. I swear my house was even cleaner and more organized than when I left. Things that were used were cleaned and taken care of and best of all... Luda was happy and calm when I got back to my house and I swear he looks at the door, every time I mention Lucie's name.I CANNOT say enough awesome things about this business... I am able to travel with no stress and feel at ease that my fur child is 100% taken care of. I am so proud and excited to be part of this pet family.

Lyndsey’s company exceeded all expectations with preparation, gathering instructions/information and overall care. Jordan stayed in our home and gave us peace of mind knowing our dogs were cared for (and spoiled with cuddles). She did amazing with our 80lb pit/American bulldog and 20lb collie/lab mix. She sent pictures daily and updated us the entire time we were away. She even cared for our chickens! We would 10000% use Leave it to Lyndsey again if we go out of town. Allowing our dogs to stay in our home and in their comfort zone is the best peace of mine we could have gotten while out of town for our wedding!!

She kept me posted on how the fur babies were doing, even sent some amazing pictures (she seriously took better pictures of them then we do!). She was super thorough before the start to make sure she understood everything about their routine, behavior, special requirements etc. This made the few days before the trip so much less stressful because I had a lot of confidence that my precious little guys would be well taken care of. And they were! I think she treated them so well that Bert kind of missed her after she left and we got back home 😭 That shows how good of a job she did. She even left the place cleaner/tidier than how we left it for her 🙈 So that made coming home even sweeter! Thank you Lyndsey! You are amazing!

Heidi King: Staci watched my 2 dogs and cat for a weekend. She kept me up to date from the moment she arrived. I didn't worry about them having to be in a strange place or locked in a kennel overnight. They were able to relax in their own environment. I could tell just how happy my babies were when we arrived home. Not only did she send photo updates but she left a report card. She also emptied my dishwasher and left us a little treat. Will definitely be using again!

stephanie byrd: After having a few bad experiences at another facility with Titan, a previous dog I owned, I decided to groom him myself. I currently have 2 Keeshond dogs, Maive and Maverick. There is NO way I could groom them! I have only ever gotten them groomed here, and don’t plan on going anywhere else! Why would I? They ask me what I want for them. They follow through with the directions I give. They do it with a smile on their face. The best part is they do a beautiful job!

We love that he gets to be as active as he wants the entire time he’s there and he absolutely adores the staff! He starts frantically trying to get to the door as soon as we arrive and runs off with the workers without looking back! I especially appreciate that they have cameras to check in on the dogs when you want, and the staff has always been so excited for Spoon to arrive!

Cecilia Gallardo: Phenomenal grooming experience! I’m not sure who groomed my dog Odin but I would 100% return back to that person. He is 55 pounds, an elkhound/husky mix, and it was $75. Very reasonable to me because of their quality of work. Before he went in I was grabbing chunks of hair. Now there is like 1 or 2 hairs that come out!! haha. It’s a must you go see Happy Tails.

Camille Jones: My shih-tzu Sherwood got his second groom this morning and I can't recommend this place more. While I love my senior rescue pup, he is very anxious and grumpy. Where other groomers would have declined servicing him, the folx at Happy Tails were patient enough to allow me in their grooming space to support in keeping him calm. Amy, the owner/groomer, was so understanding and kind to Sherwood's emotional state. At no point did I sense any frustration from her nor did she compromise the quality of the groom due to Sherwood's behavior.A+++

Kayla Elizabeth Abro: If I could rate zero stars I would. My sweet 4 month old aussie-husky mix came in for a TRIM.. and came back out SHAVED!!! It is completely uneven and definitely a hack job.. idk what these people were thinking. I sent my husband in to communicate what we wanted since I could not go in because I have COVID, and they asked if he wanted them to trim her and my husband said yes.. I guess shaving down a fur breed down is their definition of a trim. She seemed very on edge and tense when we got her back. I cried when I saw what had happened. It could take years for her fur to grow back and her fur may never be the same as it once was. She had no matting whatsoever so there was no reason for a shave. I had my husband give them a call back to complain because I was beyond livid. And all they wanted to do is deflect blame. She was incredibly rude and was saying that our puppy was “bitey” and that we need to take better care of her training and that she had shaved 3 other huskies this week and they were just fine.. with how tense she was I bet they were not gentle with her or making her scared if she was biting. She is currently in training and on the path to become a service dog… she is not a bitey dog. I will NEVER bring my dog back here. You shouldn’t either, sounds like she shaves huskies for a living!!! And shame on the groomer for not taking responsibility. Before and after photos are included

Her and Bret pay close attention to each of the dogs to pair them according to their personalities & behavior, and address their needs as the day goes on. Becky has called me right away if there were any problems with Aria. They also have been very flexible with scheduling. We love Bortons and are grateful Becky & Bret have such a great daycare for Aria to play and stay!

The fees are reasonable and they have someone watching the pets 24 hours. They also Groom her before picking her up (for an additional fee). They even washed her blanket that I brought her in with.
