jennifer burrows: My first visit, and I will definately return. This location doesnt have great "curb appeal" but once you get inside you fid a nice clean store that is stocked well and very friendly staff.

Darryl Douglas: First time in the store and I’ll definitely go back. Had to pick up a giant bag of dog food for my grand dog and it’s one that not many places carry so I was happy to learn that Magoo’s has it in stock. Ended up exploring the whole store and came out with some very reasonably priced chews for Ellie Grace (7 months old Great Dane) and some toys for the cats. Everyone was helpful and pleasant to be around and they actually seemed happy to be there and to help me find some what I was looking for. If you haven’t been in one of their stores, I highly recommend checking it out, I believe you’ll be glad you did.

Angela Davis: Bearded dragons are SOLITARY animals. In the tank next to this one I even watch two bearded dragons nip at eachother. These tanks are ridiculously small when you literally have a tarantula and scorpion in critter keepers in the huge tank. Store use some of your supplies for other animals SMH. treat your reptiles better.

Google Account holder: This place is gross inside. Small salt rings for rabbits have BLACK MOLD on them and are priced at a discount. Eww! Who the heck would buy a molded salt ring for their pet. Those should be thrown out! THE STORE NEVER EVER GIVES YOU ANY CASH REFUND EVEN WITH A RECIEPT, THEY ONLY GIVE YOU STORE CREDIT. And Angel the manager/stupid-visor is a nasty, nasty person. I came in with a return and she said to me "Let me guess, you have a return." while rolling her eyes and spoke with a very rude attitude!! The only reason she has her job is because she is good friends with store manager. I have heard from others that shop this store say that Angel is very rude and should not be representing Magoos.

Dawson Terwillegar: It's okay. Not a really good place for cat stuff. There are two aisles for cats only. You can get basic stuff like cat toys, food, small cat posts. Other than that. Needs a bit more cat related stuff. It's mainly for dogs things. About eight aisles for dogs. There are other things to purchase like, bird seeds, guinea pig food, etc. They have geckos, guinea pigs, and frogs you can buy in middle of store. Employees seem very friendly and welcoming.

We discussed snakes(I love them) and geckos and rats. He was so knowledgeable in everything we talked about and I learned all kinds of things I'd never heard about snakes and geckos. I highly suggest going here if you are looking into a reptile and need some info. Trent was so helpful!

The associates are always helpful and will always have suggestions if you're not sure exactly what you're looking for.

It looked like it was in there for a while when we were finally able to tell someone it was someone that just came in and he acted very sincere about it. The other workers did not. One lady picked up the dead, one with her right hand, transferred it over to her left and then picked up the other hedgehog for most that don’t know that is not good for hedgehogs. It will spread the thing that killed the other hedgehog to that hedgehog and overall she was very rude. she has a full green head of hair just so you guys know when she came over we were standing already good distance away and she asked us to move further away to give them space we were already touching the other aisle back wall we were giving them plenty of space. I know of a other Dotties in Clio that takes very much better care of their animals. I would suggest going there not to this dotty’s and they have a bigger selection of animals. Also, the lettuce that they were giving the bearded dragons was not even the right type of lettuce that they should have. We have a bearded dragon and he is very well taken care of. He likes Romain lettuce and a lot of other bearded dragons like that too and they had the food in there what looks to be a while and you can’t do that with bearded dragons. If most of you don’t know it’s because it will give them rot stomach and they will die. They will stop eating and they will die. They will starve them selves. It was all dried up and starting to mold.

Alexus Tatro: We purchased two bags of dog food from here that come to find out were expired. I started noticing one of my dogs throwing up and having diarrhea, I didn't think much of it as she just had a litter of puppies. Then my other dogs started vomiting then my puppies started vomiting. I started thinking the only thing that was different was where I purchased my dog food at. I rummaged through my trash to find the empty dog food bags (we store our food in a container) and sure enough the food has expired almost a YEAR ago. I called the store they were not apologic or sincere and would only offer me an exchange. Please everyone if you shop here check the expiration dates on your items. Needless to say we will not be a returning customer.
