Jennifer Horenziak: I have a CPAP, reordering supplies has been difficult since I've had the machine here. The last made me take a large size mask which she said was a little big, when I lay down it is too big to fit my face. My Dr gave me a medium and ever since then I seem not to be able to get more supplies. They don't return calls or emails either.
Heidi Keesling: Three different people told me three different things. First they kept tried to bill me for a bed when my mom was on hospice. Then they didn't bill hospice for a hospital bed for two years. Last year one lady told me I could keep the bed if I signed a form saying I just received it so they could bill insurance. Nope.When my mom died they had miscommunication again and took bed. Done with these people.
Ken Koffkey: Is it typical, to wait a month for a cpap machine and supplies? If it is, I'll change my rating. Binson did not process Serene Sleep Center's request for my cpap. I called a week later to start the process. The lady who took my call was helpful. Nine days later I received a phone call saying paperwork had to be resubmitted. Nine days later, I call to get an update. I was told that it is still being processed.. I have not been told what the hold up is.

Sherry Jones: Was lied to that if I purched machine that I would be refunded when insurance coverage was paid. Now claiming the never got the prescription. If that was the case how would I have been able to purchase the machine? At this point I believe insurance paid as well as I paid out of pocket for my dad to have his machine!Company and Brandon was aware that the money I paid for my dad to have his nebulizer machine was taken out of my husband's funeral funds
Alayna Renee: My son just got out of the nicu and needed oxygen. Aaron came over to hook it up. He was phenomenal. He was so kind and even went out of his way to help us with my sons car seat. He was very patient and understanding. He showed us step by step how to hook everything up and what to do. Binson’s definitely needs more employees like Aaron! You can tell he truly loves his job and helping others! Thanks again Aaron!

The wait was about 4 minutes, and the entire visit was under 20 minutes.I highly recommend Binson's Medical Equipment and Supplies on Miller Rd. in Flint, MI.
S Hill: After leaving countless messages it literallytook someone an entire month to call me about a CPAP machine! I finally have the machine, but I’m having complications with it. I contacted the lady twice in one week leaving a message both times about my issues and she still has not returned my call! I will say the young lady was very helpful, courteous and. knowledgeable at my appointment. However , when you’re having complications and no one returns your phone calls to help resolve your issue it can be rather frustrating. I gave 1 star based on lack of communication.Update: Upon reading my review I received an email and phone call and I now have an appointment. I changed my rating to five stars to reflect the urgent response to my Google review.
Stephen Morse: Once you get through the paperwork requirements by Medicare hold on. After that the associates have great service and commitment to make your visit smooth and rewarding very helpful and smooth shoes promised in 15 working days .
Daniel Bedford: Not positive about their names, but I think it was Michelle that did my paperwork, and Dan that fitted my sling. Both were super cordial, professional, and very friendly!!!They got me in and out in less than an hour. Great employees, great experience!!!!!
jim gaffney: this place blows. 2 months after Dr. sent paper work, still no contact. call them, sit on hold and get transferred to stay on hold. 15 minutes later they simply hang up you. several calls and 3 months, still no sign of a CPAP machine. This place is full of nothing but CLOWNS. WHAT A JOKE.
Ms. S. O'dell: When I went here for myself, I was helped relatively quickly. This time I went for someone else who needed crutches picked up. The woman at the front desk said she would help me, pulled up the name and informed me that "you don't know how many times, I've been told that," as if I care how many times -- when I said that I had already spoken to them this morning and the rx was confirmed & insurance checked, so it was good to go. She then told me "they" often get it wrong if I was talking to "Centerline," which turns out to be their corporate office.She claimed to not see the rx for crutches, then got up and went to help the new guy with his issue. She closed out the window he had open and brought it back up. It was now working correctly, but instead of letting him continue inputting the info, she stayed there doing it for him and leaving me waiting. Finally, she comes back to me and someone comes in and tries to sign in but there are no pens. She launches into a speech about all the pens being taken by customers again and gets up -- leaving me waiting -- to track down pens. There were 4 or 5 pens taken from the sign in counter by another worker and sitting on his desk.She brought them back to the main counter and then continued with me. Now she finds the rx and goes to grab a pair of crutches. They are open.She goes back to the computer and is now struggling to find the diagnosis. It was on the rx the whole time: post-surgery.Finally, I just take the damned things and go.I will not CHOOSE to go here again.
