KAY HURR: EDIT: pictures were received and I’m super grateful for them doing some digging to find them!I pre ordered my daughters pictures, I received the wrong ones in the mail (a different kid), they then told me when I called that they didn’t have my daughters pictures at all. When I asked them why they said she never got her picture taken and that, although I preordered, my daughter had to “physically walk down to take the picture”... my daughter’s teacher confirmed that my daughter indeed DID get her picture taken on picture day, they all walked down as a class to do it and remembers helping her get her order form out of her bag. they said that whoever took the picture was disorganized.... I’m now convinced that they mixed my daughters bar code up with someone else or something. pretty great since it was my daughters first year of school and supposed to be her first school pictures ever. Thanks for nothing, I would of put 0 stars if I could. Very disappointed.EDIT: they said they found the images, just a mixup with names, will update when I receive!

R S: Critical:ProfessionalismThey put the wrong child in my sons spot online ordering. I called and they said they fixed it.They emailed me that it was fixed. ITS NOT. . Cant handle the job get one at McDonalds, they mix up my order all the time at McDonald's, so you will fit right in.

C Williamson: Had school softball pictures taken in May... the card supposedly became corrupt and the images were lost. They never bothered to call to let us know. Finally got them retaken, we are now into September and we still havent received her pictures. Horrible company to work with! Very rude and unprofessional. Hope our school finds another company to use.

I go to call and ask why the envelope was empty the man who answered did apologize in a rude manner. He said the photo would be mailed and he'll send them within the next 3 days. I then ask why would it take so long to mail and I cannot accept a timeframe. I would like my child pictures soon.He was rude and said he is not in control of the mail.I would strongly suggest that you not use this company if they are hired for your school.Update......................same dayBrian called and gave me a date. Jeff Ohler: The quality of service is extremely poor. Many times we had to send my child's student pictures back to be re-taken. The pictures would have glare from his glasses, or my child wasn't smiling yet. You would think the photography would have some sense to re-take the picture at that point. But no they send them home two months later and then we have to get them re-done. Its like they have no concept on how to be professional or how to take pictures, I think a six year old with an iphone could do better.
