Patricia Williams: I was having low back pain on my right side that radiated down my leg. From the very first day after being evaluated, I was given stretching exercises to do at home. Doing the exercises at Horizon and at home along with machine workouts my back pain was eliminated. The staff, doctors, and therapists were very attentive and cared about my well being. Darien Coolin: In October of 2022 my back was giving me problems due to arthritis, when I came to get checked out at Horizon Dr. Adam's was very detailed and help me understand what was causing the problems in my back. They put together a regiment for me that helped get me back together in a matter of months the team at Horizon got me back to 100%. The team here is very knowledgeable and they all are very kind. I would recommend Horizon 1000% for your physical therapy needs!!!

Jolaina Walling: Physical therapy can be exhausting sometimes, and when you have a condition that hurts it’s the last thing you want to do. Dr. Adams and Dr. Patrice are genuinely concerned and want to see great results for their patients while not pushing them too much to where they don’t want to return. Consistent care is the key. I have never been to a physical therapist who worked with me like Dr. Patrice. My lymphedema was affecting everyday living. MLD and compression and exercise has helped greatly. I highly recommend Horizon Physical Therapy and will be returning when I can!

They explain each excercise and they also explain the value of each excercise so we can understand why they recomended the routine. The spaceious gym allows for a relaxing and non judgmental area. Staff work hard to elevate your goals to increase a positive outcome . I am 6'1 and well over 500 to 600 lbs , a while back i lost mobility in my legs after being hospitalized. I met Stephen Obrien and hw came to the hospital to convince me 4 years ago to let him help me .No matter the challnge Stephen and his staff are ready to do what ever It takes to help you improve your quality. He saved my life 4 years ago and he's helping me again today.

Steve C: I have had physical therapy numerous times due to athletic injuries. These have entailed approximately 8 to 10 therapists. My last was a dominant shoulder rotator cuff surgery. I stumbled upon Michigan Physical Therapy Associates for completion of my sessions after 2 months of therapy in the South after surgery. Sumit Gupta therapist is " the most intelligent and the best therapist" ever. It was painful breaking up scar tissue but totally successful. Back to playing tennis. There is no question- any future injuries will involve Sumit Gupta for therapy.
tim beckham: Big thanks to Dr Gupta and his assistants. I have seen Dr Gupta twice now for a partial tear in my rotator cuff and this last time for tennis elbow. He did an awesome job fixing my shoulder and got me on the right track for my tennis elbow. I have been to 5 different physical therapy clinics in Genesee County and Michigan Physical Therapy Associates is by far and away the best and only clinic I will ever go to for treatment. Dr Gupta is very kind, compassionate and a caring Dr with many many years of experience. Highly recommended!!

The Physical Therapist Sumit Gupta is the best physical therapist that I have ever had. He took time to talk to me even before I made a decision to choose him. Upon meeting Hema, all my anxiety was eased as her compassion and experience was evident at the first interview. All of the staff is knowledgeable and shares all details of the therapy with you. Di'one Freeman: Meredith is an awesome therapists. Her specialty in lymphedema is unmatched. She is very caring and listens to her clients. I appreciated all the attentiveness she gave to my areas of need. We had great success in reducing the swelling and ranges of motion. Give her a try, you won't regret it.
Lisa Cherry: I came here for OT after surgery went well, unless I needed to make a call in to the front desk for appointment questions.But my complaint is trying to get in touch with someone on the phone to set an appointment for PT. Put on an automated hold just to get disconnected after a few minutes, requesting a phone call back while waiting on hold NO call back.
Preston Brassil: After hurting my back a while back I decided I needed to go to physical therapy to help with the pain and day-to-day discomfort. The staff here were fantastic, informative, and were extremely helpful. I have never had a better experience treating my back and recommend that everyone give this place a go.

mary richard: Staff has really helped me and continues to do so in aftermath of severe car accident. I am 75-year-old that sustained bruises, neck, upper and lower back pain, chest on fire as I have two stents on main artery in my heart, trauma 2 whole body. Car was totaled by insurance. Staff are courteous and knowledgeable and caring. I am improving and feel I will continue to do so under this Agency's care and directions.
Nia Carpenter: I see so many different Dr's in here an been goin their for an few years now an I absolutely love it their, some of the receptionists there aren't always the kindest, but the staff an Dr's are, I highly recommend them, especially for long term stuff, they are all around nice great people, The ones I see there are Dr Rampersaud, Dr Sarmast, Dr Sullivant,PT crew I see are Angelo, Joshua, Scott, Megan & Andrea. My son now see's Dr Gimyale all of them r great an fantastic at their jobs an the most important r great wit my son, I also wanna bring up Chyann the front desk receptionist she is beyond awesome an sweet as well, she always greets every person that walks in there an directs them to where they need to b if they dnt knw. All in all for the most part great place as well as staff 💯
Pat Stewart: The staff is outstanding. I have had Physical Therapy for the same issue at another facility and did not progress as hoped. It was the same exercises every visit. At Insight Therapy Dept. I am doing occupational therapy and when I almost have gotten to the point the exercise is extremely easy I am given a different or a variation of an exercise to increase the strength and function of my arm and shoulder. Each exercise chanllenges me and allows my strength to improve. The courtesty, understanding, empathy and creativeness of the staff from the front desk to the therapists is outstanding. They all work as a team to help patients from my observations.

The exercises during each visit have been helpful and I have been given many at home exercises to do as well. I highly recommend Insight Comprehensive Therapy

I was also having Physical therapy with Megan Teachworth. Having Meagan Teachworth was a huge mistake, she broke the HIPPA law. My privacy!!! Please BEAWARE WHO YOU HAVE and WHAT YOU SAY. She will use upper management to her advantage, which lead up to the wrong doing.She also spoke to me about her other patients. What they were going through. No one should do that to anyone.This is wrong on all accounts.She will take advantage of your kindness. TRUST me, I had been there for 2 years. Now looking back, all of it was leading up to this wrongful act.She contacted other people to discuss my personal information without PERMISSION.
