Katie Coombs: Great sales. I stopped in for a door Buster for Presidents’ Day. When I went to check out however, the checkout was slow and the cashier seemed untrained. My total should have been $54 dollars and it was rung up for $74. When I pointed out the error and asked about the sale, he told me I was correct about the sale and the price was wrong. Evidently the computer rang it up wrong. But, after staring at the computer for a second, he again asked me for $74. I then asked him to remove the item in question off my bill. I was disappointed and hope my future experiences are better.

The staff is limited, it can be hard to find someone, but the associates at this store have always been friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Of the Joann stores in the area this is my favorite.

Tommi Gibbons: I've spent decades shopping at this store, spent thousands of dollars, and I had two family members work here. Never have I ever had any problems until my last visit. I was harassed by a sales associate for no reason. I felt so uncomfortable for just simply existing in that store, wanting to buy cute Christmas decorations. I ended up putting it all back and leaving.
Robert Vallier: To be fair, I wasn't there for material, and lots of things were 50 to 70% off. However, items were marked up so high, that the mark down just brought the price into a normal realm

Cheryl Jarvi: Wonderful gallery of art and custom framing. We bought a James Connor collage print of Grand Blanc... it's beautiful. He has collage prints of various local, and not-so-local, cities along with paintings, prints, photographs, and sculptures.
Palova Mosley: I've had my parents wedding photo redone, and several other artistic projects done by Travis. He does such quality art work. He took time and was patient to show me different options. I will continue, to patronize James Conner Gallery for all of my framing reprinting that I may need. I'm thankful that I found this company. Travis is the best!!!! Thank you I appreciate you.
Kelly Donlan: Friendly, knowledgeable, and polite. He was very easy to talk with about what I needed (the frame,etc.) and what options I had for the print my late father bought for me. Compared to other places I checked out I thought the prices were amazing. The frame I got is absolutely gorgeous. He was true to his word when he said he would have it completed as well. I would go back to this place in a heartbeat and would definitely recommend to others as well.
Andrew Rygiel: James Connor Gallery is truly a great art framing store. I highly recommend working with Travis as he has a great eye for detail. I brought in a few pieces I needed frames for but without a vision of what type and color of frame. We were able to work together smoothly to get a perfect finalized frame for each piece of art. Their pricing is a steal for the quality of work they produce. Additionally, Travis went above and beyond to ship my framed artwork to my home on the east coast. I encourage everyone to check out James Conner Gallery!!

Ivan: Describing this as a "gallery" is extremely misleading. It's more an art shop devoted to the works of its owner, James Conner, than an art gallery. It's pricey and the selection is not very diverse. Plus, the previous five star review is written by a family member. Not cool.
