Marian R Keenan: it took dedication on our part to get with staff in Clio but once done, it was easy. we had researched quite a bit prior and settled on our choice, wrote it up and made deposit. We were told expect mid/late July for delivery but were excited when they called June 29, they came and set up the next day and we had houseful of grandkids on July 3 for birthday celebration. We paid for them it set it up. Two men came, they were organized and took the morning.Since then the grandkids are over the moon playing and climbing. From 2 year old to 8 year old, they are engaged!They hauled all their trash away and were professional setting up and answering our questions. It was a very hot day and they brought their own dining fly to work under and beverages.When they left, you would have thought the playscape had always been there!Thank YOU!

Molly Wurdack-Folt: Delivery and install was canceled and rescheduled twice. Both times I had to actually call them to find out why they hadn’t shown up for the job. Absolutely no call as a heads up. The person answering the phone was so rude and couldn’t understand why a call ahead would have been reasonable and the customer friendly thing to do.Then when the installer arrived they showed up with the wrong swing, incorrect manual, and no bolts to built the tube slide. The poor installer had to drive an hour and a half back north to get them and come back down that same day.On top of all of this they didn’t take their trash with them. I was informed they used to do that but no longer do because it costs the company too much money to take the trash to the dump. You’ve got to be kidding me. I paid $4k for a swing set and you can’t haul your own trash away?? What a joke. If my son didn’t want this swing set so badly I would have told them to take it back.I would never hire this company to install my swing set again.
