david P: I highly recommend them. They were knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. The install crew was courteous and cleaned up after themselves. I feel I got a fair price for the work involved. Considering they had to add some new duct work as well as a new furnace and AC unit.
Perry: 04-17-2023, Kay set me up to have a new toilet installed and shower gaskets replaced. Kay got all the things I wanted over the phone perfect and was pleasant as can be, especially dealing with all my specifics. Kay is a Customer Service Superstar, thanks again Kay. Just had new toilet installed and new gasket installed in my shower by Gary. Everything not only works great but looks great. Fantastic job Gary, without a mess thank you! 12-13-2021, I had a new furnace installed by Jim's crew at P&H and I couldn't be happier! The guys that installed the heating system worked like an orchestra. It took them alot less time than I thought it would. It's four days since the installation and it's still working beautifully and quietly. / (2 years ago); I had two issues on the same day. My mother's furnace was out and I had a major water leak in my bathroom. Jim at P&H sent Jeremy to my mother's and he fixed that problem and then he came too my house and fixed my plumbing issue. What a fantastic experience and a great company. A company is only as good as their people. I have never been more pleased with the service I received from a company before. Within 5 minutes of calling the company one of their owners called me back within 30 minutes and said he would have his team out to install my new system first thing in the morning. I ran across Affordable Plumbing ad and thought yeah right. I called and spoke with the nicest guy, made an appointment for the next day. He came replance my toilet and did other repairs. Tammy: He was very unprofessional I paid him $400 to fix two faucets. He told me it was so much because it was a difficult job and it only took him less than a hour for both. I called him a couple days later because I noticed leaking from my drain which he unhooked to fix the faucet and he started cursing at me and talking crazy. I hung up on him and he called me back talking crazy again plus he even texted my phone. His man is beyond unprofessional and ignorant. I would not recommend this business to anyone. He is a liar I never became loud or rude until after he started cursing at me and being disrespectful. He got $400 for fixing something and messing something else up. The money was never the problem because if it was I definitely would have just looked around for someone else to fix it. He is very miserable. Also put bad reviews on my business because his business is horrible. Please stay away from this company.
claud 955: I called them today because I was having an issue with overflowing Tubbs, which included sewage.The gentleman who answered the phone was polite, friendly & more importantly honest. He told me I did not need his services and gave me the name of a company that I did need. Which also turned out to be fantastic. In this day and age to have someone not only be professional but honest is amazing. I will be using them in the future and sharing their information with family and friends!
Lisa Juarez: I called Mike out to fix a leaking pipe under the kitchen sink. He had to cut out most of the galvanized drain pipe due to a hole from rust. He redid the PVC pipes so I don't get backflow from the dishwasher into the sinks. He did an awesome job & was very reasonably priced!

Alan Harrison: Furnace was 26yrs old it was time to replace it. Got a few quotes and Terry Allen was one of the reasonable prices for a new furnace and AC.Dennis and Brennon came out and replaced the Furnace one day so there was heat so the wife was happy and the next day the AC. They were both professional and respectable and polite. Justine Race: We had Walter come out for an estimate on the 12th and was told we would receive an email with the estimate by the next day but did not receive it at all and it is now the 19th and I have called about the estimate just about every day because my family really needs the work done for our bath and always told that Walter will contact me, I even was sent to his voicemail and left a voicemail, and now I call for the last time today and told the same thing and that he will not be in for a few days. This is just terrible service, we wanted to get work done by Terry Allen because we were referred to by family but they don't seem serious about the work they do. Would not recommend. Waste of time.
Carolyn Belk: I received very poor customer service and the plumbers were two hours behind. They were scheduled to come out between 12p and 3p. At around 2:50 pm, I called the company to see if they were en route. I spoke to two women and both were rude. One of them yelled at me and said the plumbers were still servicing someone, they will be out to my home whenever they finish up and they didn't need to speak with me because I didn't own my home. The plumbers showed up around 5 pm to install a new garbage disposal. Shortly after they left, I turned on the garbage disposal only to hear a loud grinding and clanking noise. I ran out to my driveway as they were getting into the truck and told them about the noise. They replied, “Garbage disposals are supposed to make noise” and asked if I ran water in it like I was a child. They came back in to assess the problem and realized they had done something wrong. I didn't exactly enjoy my experience with this company.

I called Terry Allen to have a tec. go out and check the thermostat because it was difficult to for my agent to operate. Tec. was on time and very helpful and showed my agent how to adjust it. Then checked out the heater. He found the heater burners were clogged with a lot of dust, hairs and debris. He did a super job on the cleaning. He was very professional and only charged me for the cleaning on the heater and waved the trip fee. How great is that! Mike F.: When I called to have the stems replaced on my tub faucet, so they knew it was a pluming call. The service guy showed up and had no pluming parts on his truck. He was at my house for a total of 10 minutes, said he had to run back to the shop to see if they had the parts.He was gone for about an hour, when he got back he said it would be $446.00 to replace the stems and handles( you can get a whole new faucet for $100) . When I told him no thank you I was charged a $90 service call. My question would be what service did I pay for. The guy was there less then 10 minutes, . So I paid for him to drive back to his shop when they knew it was a pluming call, and not have any pluming parts on the truck and then to give me a ridiculous price. I DO NOT RECOMEND EVER USING THIS COMPANEY !!!

Jason Rathburn: Found myself a company who stands by their word.. times are increasingly odd for finding reputable people who actually want business, yet will perform the services requested at a reasonable rate. We bought this home in August, I originally called up the company who installed the furnace to do a few projects in my list that I wanted to change.. they came out and quoted me, scheduled it, then texted me the night before and claims all his employees got C0vid and had to reschedule.. that’s fine, I get it, we’re in weird times.. reschedules a second time, then a no show for the 3rd. I still haven’t heard from him to this day! I had another local company come out and quote, rates were even above the first, then Jason came out, took a look on a Friday night, had the quote by Monday as promised, with a rate much better than the first two, and he showed up when he said he would. All in all, great service, Jason’s very professional, cleaned up after, and the rates are perfect.. would highly recommend. I’m having a pool installed with a heater this spring and he can definitely bank on that job, on running a gas line to the heater, as well as other projects I’ve got in mind. He’s earned a customer for life and many future recommendations coming his way. Thanks again!

Today he hooked up my brand new gas stove from beginning to end and As soon as my counters are in he will be installing my cast iron farm sink Faussett and hook ups. Deborah Petriken: I called Kopec Plumbing as Tom had serviced my residence and neighbors for many years and was excellent. He is no longer serving this area, his son Jason is. DO NOT HIRE JASON!! He worked at most 45 minutes. I was charged $50 for a 1/2hour trip because he did not have a part. He had to make another trip which I was not charged for because he threw the screws away for the part. He was on time but was slow, unorganized and was in the home as stated maybe 45 minutes, charged for 1-1/2 hour plus his 1/2 hour tip- $200!! Big ripoff!! Plus parts charged $291. Tim Barrie: They gave me a very competitive price for installing a sewer drain. It was quite a bit of work, they had to drill through a basement wall and run a sewer line through two rooms. Cut into the main sewer and hook it all up.They did a great job, got on with it quickly, knew what they were doing and cleaned up after themselves.I have had several contractors out to do different types of projects over the last year. So far these were the best.

Guy Winohradsky: UNBELIEVEABLE! Our church in Holly had a drain obstruction. Not complete, but after a while slow flush etc. So, we called a recommended drain cleaner to snake the line to the street. They ran 100ft of snake and it did not clear the line. We told them that about 15 years ago the same thing happened, and one 100ft snake did not clean it, but when they went and got another 100ft the 200ft cleared the line. They told us that there was supposed to be a cleanout every 70 ft and that we would have to have one installed, recommended a service that would install one for $5000, left without fixing anything and charged us full price.So, I called Root-A-Way, and told them we need 200ft of snake put in our line. They said the cost was $350, and they could do it the next morning. Two men and two trucks showed up right on time and ran the 200ft of snake, but it still did not clean the line. They said it would have to be jetted, which they would do for $400. But since they did not clear the blockage, ONLY CHARGED US A $100 SERVICE CALL FEE, not the full $350. About an hour later a big truck and two men arrived, and ran over 250 ft of jet hose down the line, but still did not solve the problem, at which time the conclusion was it was really the Village part of the system that was at fault. Even though they stayed quite a while to talk to the village person, they still only charged us a $250 service charge because they did not fix it. The village finally concluded that the problem was in their part of the line, and it is now fixed.The bottom line is Root-A-Way did everything and more to justify charging the full amount both times, but only charged us the service charge because they were unable to clear the line, even though it was not their fault.Service:Sewer cleaning
Kody Clark: Had this company come out to unclog my pipe. The technician a professional could not remove my toilet to auger the pipe so went to the clean out cap to attempt it but could not get the cap off so he broke it off and replaced it. Told my wife it was all good. Not once did my wife hear the auger turn on. Once I got home from work the issue was not solved. Upon investigation there was a blockage before main sewer line I cut my pvc pipe and unclothed and replaced the pipe because this company has unprofessional experienced "Technicians". 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎.
