Merrie Johnson: I had a very painful ingrown toenail yesterday could hardly walk. I called and they got me in one hour later looked at my toe did X-ray and evaluated me and removed my ingrown toenail’s all yesterday. They told me to go home and relax stay off my toe. I did exactly what they said. It is now the next morning only14 hours later my toe feels amazing. It is tender but not pain like it was before. I’m so glad I had this done. I won’t ever go to any other Doctor. This Doctor is awesome. The best. My nurse was amazing. I’m getting the other toe done also. My husband went here to do the same procedure. My son is doing this procedure there also. Thank you all who helped me yesterday.

Joe Delaney: Awesome Dr.’s and Staff. Got me in VERY quickly, and the wait time for all 4 of my visits was minimal. They had to do some quick, minor surgery on my first visit, and Dr. Jeffrey Noroyan was the best (as was ALL the Staff) that day. He was able to get me back on my feet, and I was able to walk my daughter down the aisle at her wedding just 5 days later. I would recommend this office and the Doctors to anyone who have foot problems. If more Doctors and their offices were like Associated Foot Clinic, I’d be more likely to seek their services!

Desiree Jolley: I had an in grown toenail fixed last week. The numbing shots were so painful but the nurse who came in was very kind and encouraging. It relaxed me and then Dr. Singer took care of my toe. I just absolutely loved how caring his nurse was. ❤️❤️❤️ I’m glad they could get that taken care of for me the same appointment I complained of toe pain.

Krista Anne: Gave a 1 star because no option to give negative stars. This place is horrible! My granddaughter seen Dr Riser, was told she needed custom made insoles but they can't do molds of her feet until make sure insurance will pay for it. It's been over a month, I have called them 4 times and they kept saying they haven't heard from insurance. I call today, they put me on hold then come back and say it takes 5 -6 weeks for the insoles to come in. I said she hasn't even had the molds done they say oh I didn't know that we can make that appointment now. My reply No Thanks, I will go elsewhere. They don't communicate with you, they don't know what is going on. I recommend you don't waste your time with them! All this time and my little 4 year old granddaughter is still suffering in pain. These people do not care!
Heather Kichner: The doctor was fine but not very proactive. I had asked that they trim down a toenail I couldn't handle, the doctor said she would have someone take care of it but never sent someone in. Staff was hard-nosed about paying my entire hhundreds--of-dollars bill for that day immediately, so going there is cost prohibitive even with insurance. We use a HSA, and we pay many medical bills each month, so paying a large sum ask at once hurts our family finances. That should be made clear before scheduling. I have always paid a prompor and had the rest billed. I would've gone somewhere else had I known.

Christina Vaughn: I wish I could give zero. Husband went for a consult and was offered to have a procedure done by the doctor he said yes however no one informed him of the cost that he would face since it is the beginning of the year and deductibles have started over. We spoke with the office manager about this who proceeded to tell us that since his deductible wasn’t met he had to pay 20% up front before billing his insurance because she knows that he will have to pay and I’m completely fine with paying after insurance insurance has been billed. We made a payment of $150 upfront. So I checked my insurance app today and found that they completely denied the claim to the doctor because they failed to obtain a prior authorization for the procedure plus they billed insurance $365 but wanted us to pay $385. Now none of the money we paid nor this claim will be applied toward the deductible. So sad that an office with a manager who told us she has worked in several places as a manager would miss a vital part of the billing process but I guess if you treat everyone as self pay patient then why would anyone question this type of billing practice. Just a warning to those that there are people out there that are only thinking of themselves instead of their patients especially during these times when the cost of everything is going up. So Sad!!!!
C. Dehm: I wished I would of went here first after a racquetball injury. These guys are great! They take the time to thoroughly examine your injury and make sure you understand the healing and treatment process for your success. They were prompt with my appointment, Professional, Knowledgeable and I was very pleased. Highly recommend!

John Niven: I had a fracture metatarsal which prevented me from running. Dr. Macsuga performed surgery, small plate in foot. Had surgery mid February, was out back running May time frame. Ran two marathons, one in late Aug, other mid Sept, both Boston qualifiers so extremely happy with Dr. Macsuga. Very pleasant and she explains the medical issues so you can understand her. I would ighly recommend her for any foot issues.

Leslie Hinojosa: I went to Dr. Martin for a second opinion on my bunion issues. I learned so much more from him, than from the first podiatrist I visited. Dr. Martin was extremely personable, and very professional, along with great listening skills. More importantly, he was very thorough with his examination, diagnosis and treatment. AND he wasn't so quick to slice and dice me like the first podiatrist! When I do need the surgery, I will definitely trust him with my complicated condition.
Corinna G: I’ve gone to Dr Martin for a while now. Every appt I have felt like he has listened to me and helped me. My pain level has gone from a10 to maybe a 3 on an off day. I do recommend him. In regards to the two bad marks, the office is clean and decent looking. And as for scheduling, that isn’t an office manager thing. They do that because of cancelations and likely whomever actually owns the office requires that they make x amount in profit per month. Billers send out bills. Insurance companies fight them. So payments are sporadic depending on which insurance company is involved. As for medical records, the fee involves time involved transferring them and is regulated. It depends on which group the dr works for and their policies. It likely has nothing to do with Dr Martin or his office manager.
Ryan Thompson: Took my son to Dr. Martin after getting a great referral. Awful experience. Office and rooms are dirty and tables have tears. My son conditioned to have issues. We are now going to another dr in Ann Arbor. Dr. Martins office wants over $50 for copies of our records to take to new dr. Staff is rude. Do not go here. Find someone else.

mike reed: Great doctor! A doctor who used to work at home depot during medical school. He gets it. Really down to earth, compassionate, treats you like a person and doesn't rush you thru the visit. Wish most doctors were just like him!

Ash Man: Dr. Taylor is the most amazing foot surgeon I have ever meet and I highly recommend him to anyone. Prior to be referred to his office I had spent a year with issues with my right foot and had kept being pushed from doctor to doctor. When I went to him I felt very confident with him doing surgery on my foot. I ended up needed the flat foot surgery on my right foot and let me tell you he explains everything very clear and knows what he is doing. He is very confident in his work and I am so thankful I had found someone who knows what they are doing. I was very comfortable with him from the first day I had seen him!!!

Mitzi Carman: He was great but he passed away from covid
Chelsea Gunn: Dr. Daniels was all you could ask for in a doctor. He was my podiatrist from 2013 til he passed in 2020. He was so compassionate and told it like it was. Dr. D always joked with me about how much I would apologize for having hairy legs and he would ask if I needed a curling iron. Haha! His MA Mike is, to this day, my absolute favorite. Dr. Daniels is sorely missed. I still get to see Mike and when I do we reminisce about dear Dr. Daniels.
