James Mellen: PSI did an excellent job working on my Massimo T Boss 750.I had multiple warranty issues that my original dealer could not address. This dealer came through in spades even when I didn’t buy my 750 from them. (I sure wish I had.)At any rate, they are very conscientious and professional.I drove two hours each way to get their great service. My 750 runs great for the first time since I took delivery over 8 months ago (from another dealer). I really appreciate all they have done. I can assure you that you can buy a machine from PSI and they will take care of you after the sale unlike my original dealer. Power Sports International very much deserves my five (5) star review. I had a issue with the clutch that was not due to wear and tear and they had it fixed and back to me in a couple days. I bought the extended warranty through them and has already paid itself back. I will definitely be going back!

Chad Hardacre: Not only will you pay thousands more than what they are from the actual manufacturer, you will get something they bought at auction that had problems and they won’t do anything to fix those problems! Definitely go somewhere else unless you like to be scammed. Lesson learned on my part! Stay away!

The only issue I have is that it takes a long time to get parts, otherwise, I would leave 5 stars for a review. Are they the cheapest, no, but they will deal and they are quick to service you.

David Gauthier: I have recently been looking at 2 dirt bikes one for my daughter and wife. Vehicle City's may have all the major brands but their sales staff is not educated on their product. I came to the store with minimal research and found out quickly that they could not answer my questions and that i actually knew more than they did.Then it came time to discus price they were over a $150 more on a $1500 motorcycle than my other quote i told this to Tommy and he went back and forth with his boss but would not budge on price. Their best response was your already here why not buy from us. I then left and took my business C&C in brighton.A few weeks later i was looking at another slightly larger bike. I was in the area stopped by talked to another sales man and found the same lack of knowledge. Got a Price that seemed high and told him i would be taking their price and comparing it with other dealers and was told that i would likely not find a better deal and that their setup cost and other fees were less than many others. He then said well if you do find a better price we could probably beat it. At which point i told him about my previous experience and said i didn't believe anything he just told me.I then went to Lapeer Honda at this point and found they staff to be knowledgeable and with their first price quote $450 cheaper than Vehicle city.I will not be going back to Vehicle City for any major purchases

Kevin Johnson: I purchased a (new) Kawasaki Voyager in June 2012, Sales Depart. was great!. The bike now has 24,000 miles on it, always serviced here with NO issues, Service Dept. and Service Mgr. Scott do a GREAT job!

Senior Chief: I have delt with this dealerships parts dept 4 different times over the past year and I will not go back ever. Dont be fooled even if you call ahead and ASK them to check the shelf to make sure they have the part and they state they do, when you show up after driving 100 miles the part wont be there and they want you to order it. One time after I called and then showed up I stood at the counter for 20 min alone before someone showed up and instead of asking if I need help they just fumbled around like they were doing something, then a persone walked in off the street and stood next to me and they had the gall to ask him if he needed help. Dont even think about asking for information about parts on line because they will not answer your message. There parts dept needs an overhall before I ever return. I will drive 100 miles out of my way to a dealer that takes care of the customers next time.
