Kam: The communication is awful. Promised a delivery date and no answer on emails to confirm so I texted. Then was told Friday by 5pm and I’d receive a call while in route. At 4:56pm I texted to see what was up. She’d have someone check on it. Then if it wasn’t on today’s truck it would be first thing am. Finally at almost 6 the guy should up.On Wednesday afternoon it still hadn’t been picked up.I understand the shortage going around but communicate! Don’t leave your customers hanging. Then make them feel like they are bothering you because on Tuesday it still hadn’t been picked up!!!

Stacey Ford: I called to have a flushable Porta John and a regular port-a-john for my mom's celebration of life. They pulled the money out of my account that day. No problem. Well the week of the party they called and said they over booked the flushable. I worked with them about the situation. They cut the price and was going to have them replaced with 4 porta johns. 2 with lights 2 without and a hand washing station. The day before they called and said my card was declined (yes I knew I didn't have money in that account) I asked why are you running my card again and they said it was declined the first time. No it wasn't I have my bank statement. She asked me to forward her the statement. I never heard anything back from them. Not even I'm sorry.... They come to deliver them and it's only 2 John's and the hand washing station. I called to figure this all out and they where rude and lied. First she said she talked with the girl I talked to about the over booking then turns around and says she was in the same room and over heard the conversation. When they went to leave after dropping them off the driver didn't listen about where to drive and he ran over the horseshoe stake. I will never use this company again.
