Gail Crump: So there's a dog on my block and the ENTIRE block doesn't get mail. They didn't inform us in any manner that our mail would be held hostage. The neighbors have banned together, spoken to the dogs dad. So NOW the dog has not been outside. Still no mail. The carrier has the right not to delivery UNTIL they feel the threat is gone...well he's been handled...can I have my MAIL? The lady at the post office wouldn't hand me mail because so many ppl receives mail here...she wouldn't even hand me mine she said I didn't have any... I have informed delivery that delivers to my email EVERYDAY what's going to be in my box. I've looked at my mail scanned to my email for 2 weeks but she said I didn't have any back there....smh

jb: I like to call their phone number and be transferred to the next available operator and then listen to the ringing until it hangs up on me. I can do it several times in a row without fear of anyone picking up. It's great!

Attempted to collect the package at the office and the lady at the desk didn’t want to work either apparently. I was told it was on the truck but never received it. Nancy Burkhardt: I have complained constantly, our mailman refuses to deliver mail to us because he is afraid that our 50 pound dog will come through a 10 inch by 2 inch mail slot. He created this by taunting and teasing her. He claims that she came through our screen door, we don't have one in our house. He walked by our house all summer, sometimes delivering, other times putting it between our 2 front doors. He even left our passports out for all of the neighbors to steal. We were gone for 6 months and our neighbor observed him walking past our house consistently.

Rebecca LeMay: The female manager is extremely rude and condescending. I’ve been to the office 3 times to pick up packages, thinking the issue was resolved when leaving. I go in on the 4th time, first time dealing with her, she says I signed something that she couldn’t find and produces some tattered old piece of paper that says do not deliver with my address on it. A piece of paper that 5 other employees had no idea about. She wouldn’t let me speak and when I did, she said I was interrupting her. She ends up saying she’s done and walking away, leaving me no way to resolve the issue. Also, would not give me my packages that I know are there due to tracking. I can’t believe that she is still there, seeing all the reviews concerning her unprofessionalism and extreme disregard for the CUSTOMERS that are entering her facility.

Nathan Faris: Literally the worst automated phone system I've ever heard. 1 minute and 46 seconds before you can choose any options besides switching languages; which just puts you back into this hell but in Spanish. Another 2:30 explaining the sub options, before I can select any of them! Some of the options you have to push a number; others you have to speak what you want and cross your fingers it doesn't think you're saying "package." I'm a native American English speaker and have a standard Midwestern-Michigan accent. Somehow this system thinks words like "operator" and "help" and "damn it" sound like the word "package." I truly do not understand how this system is so bad. The USPS's delivery is great, but not being able to get a person on the phone is unacceptable.

Nebula Vanhorn-Chapman: I expect a package Ive been told is being held at this post office to be redelivered to my new address that I have changed at the post office on Linden Rd. It's been more then enough days to know if the package will be rerouted. Calling the phone number on the orange delivery notice doesn't get me as far as it should. I am disabled and have no way to go to the main post office to get my package.

Rene R: I patronized this post office to return a package to China on July 17,2021. The package was shipped to me from California. But they insisted that I return it to a Chinese address. The package never made it to its destination. Today when I checked the USPS tracker, it had been sitting in Customs in China since August 11th (see photo). The package never made it to the final destination in China as far as I know. I guess the USPS CANNOT ensure that a package is delivered. To write a complaint about this is almost impossible. There is no online complaint submission. I take that as a hint that USPS is getting so many complaints right now that they have just decided to make it hard for anyone to share the problems or to ignore them.

I'm a very patient and understanding person, but the white guy with glasses and curly hair has some of the WORST customer service I've ever experienced. Every time I'm there, he's rude. regina lattimore: The carrier won't deliver my mail if my door is open, even though the screen door is closed and locked. She is afraid of our dog, who is grey with age, toothless, and blind. She doesn't bark or even move towards the door. In fact, she barely moves at all. If you are so afraid of dogs, you may want to consider a different occupation. With the cost of electricity double in the summer, we keep our door open to let in the light. This is totally reasonable. My dog is allowed to be in my house! If she had ever been loose, or busted through the door, or lunged at the door, or in any other way made an aggressive move I could understand. But as it is, the carrier is either plain old lazy or super ridiculous. In either case, she needs to seek new employment. Two thumbs down. I wish I could give them zero stars.

Lets don't forget deliveries as late as 7:30 pm. We have bent over backwards to make thier job easier including a four foot by 2 foot package box. Also very rude and disrespectful even at the Pasadena office. EMPLOYEES RULE customers loose.

About Business: My mail carrier for Sunridge apartments is horrible. She stays on her phone constantly and clearly doesn't pay attention to what she's doing. She delivers mail to the wrong apartments, stuffs our boxes with things that don't even belong to us, and damages our mail. I wish I could rate zero stars.

Dominique Williams: Deborah at the Flint Cody station is a very rude and nasty person. Will mock disabled people over the phone for not having the accessibility pick up packages. Will lie about when a manager is available, Will lie about being unable to schedule a redelivery. I suggest filing a report through USPS about her behavior, as I have. Needs to be fired, have had too many issues with this nasty cow in the last few months. Everyone else that works there is nice and does their job. She doesn't unless there's other people there.

J: Apparently my specific mail carrier can not read numbers. The people in store have always been friendly. However I have had multiple packages delivered to wrong houses. Luckily the neighbors previously brought those ones to me. As I am typing this, I have yet another package that says it was delivered to me. And it is nowhere to be found. I’ve been home all day. It isn’t here. So now I get to wait for somebody else to hopefully decide they don’t want free stuff. Great!

Melva Viltz: The only complaint is that there should be some type of handicap accommodations. A small bench for disabled to wait 15 minutes for their turn would immensely improve their services and the lives of the disabled.

Lance Swett: Had a package supposedly delivered 32 days ago and never received it went in about a week after they said it was delivered and talked to them about it they found it as misdelivered and sent it out for redelivery and it was misdelivered again and went back to ask about it and they said they would have a manager call me it has been almost a week since then and no call.

Then after using Amazon Prime, (free two day shipping) another item took three weeks to come, the day before yesterday I received a text saying my packages were delivered to my mailbox. It was not there. I called the national line, waited for an hour, and they told me they would do an investigation. This morning I received a call from a rude person informing me that on their system it says it was delivered. Like I didn't already see that information.
