Justin Salamin: Couldn't provide a quote because they don't know their process. They said we will give you a quote after the job is done after promising a quote the day after parts were dropped off. Had no choice but to have them process them due to customer orders. Called me the day that the parts were supposed to be done to tell me they couldn't get the powder needed. I had to tell them what supplier to get it from. Tried to charge me for 4 times the material used that could be used for "future projects"(won't happen), invoice showed 50% more in quantity that I gave them on 40 parts because 4 employees counted my parts wrong and then wondered why I questioned the invoice. Had to pay a quality shop to rework 3 parts that looked like someone sprinkled sand on them. They did credit me for these 3 parts because I chose to have them reworked at another shop based on how bad the experience was. They claimed every part was inspected for quality. It was apparent no one looked at them. Overall, I am not sure how they can run a business this way but wish them luck in figuring this all out. I was looking for a shop that could do large quantities. They were nice people and I had hoped to establish a good working relationship with them but in the end was completely disappointed.

keaton carrothers: Picked my rzr cage up in the rain and quickly loaded it without realizing the laughable powder coat job that was done. Obviously all the sand from sand blast wasn’t blown off before it was sprayed because there are speckles of sand underneath the coating which just flake off. Called the owner and explained my problem and was blamed for picking off the powder when that wasn’t the case. I don’t have time to drive an hour back to their shop to have it redone. Id avoid this place at all costs. I know people who powder coat in their garages that do better work than this garbage i paid $250 for.

Timo More: Had 2 aluminum brackets coated for a 95 mustang. Coating quality depends on the preparation of your parts. Lesson learned, it your part is sand blasted before coating, scrub the part to remove all sand. Let it dry sufficiently or use a heat gun to remove moisture before coating. So my brackets had some sand coated (my bad). Otherwise, the coating was good.
