Might be hard to find but the pricing, quality, pleasant service, and quick turnaround makes it your best choice.

melissa moore: I have done business with this place for years and I have to say that Mark Nelson's review is totally bogus. We have always had excellent service, better than competitive pricing (we checked several other shops), and have always received high quality work! I recently found out that one of the employees bought the place last fall and since then they have made significant other improvements. Last time I was in they gave me a tour of the shop and showed me the new digital Xerox press, upgraded printing press and paper cutter. I showed up unexpectedly a few weeks ago on a Friday just before they closed and the new owner stayed open for me and even let me sit with him to tweak a design on his computer and printed my job for me while I waited! I would highly recommend them to any business that needs design, printing or direct mail services!

mark nelson: This place in its days was a good place but now the service sucks you can never find the woman that runs it and there always late or don't get stuff done on time or done at all i would never send people there when talking to a man that works at the other place claims the lady that works there has been taking money from the owner and getting payed when not there and claimed unemployment when she still works full time in not sure if this is the type of place i would trust do the the employees

The owner, Ms. Eileen is very friendly and professional person who tries her best to give a good service for an affordable price. She goes out of her way to keep customers happy and I have been referring a lot of business to them in my friends as well.Today, when I went to pick up a print order, I was not happy with the paper quality used (it was a substandard quality compared to what I had been getting in the past). So I refused to pick up that order but since I needed the printed items today before the end of Friday evening to be able to use them tomorrow, I requested the person in-charge Adam to call the owner Ms. Eileen to see what could be done. When he said he can not call or reach the owner, as a worried customer, I insisted that he try to reach the owner somehow for me since it was very crucial for me to get the order what I had asked for. So he started shouting and yelling at me and when I said you can not talk with a high volume to a customer, he threatening me to kick me out of the place. I said you are not to owner of the property to be able to talk to me like this, and he said - I am as good as the owner. Wow....What an attitude....that too by somebody who is a low-line worker (paper-cutter to be precise). Ms. Eileen - as wonderful as you are - it's time to wake up - how much damage your employee is doing to your business and your business'es reputation. Personally, I'm done with Curtis Printing....NO MORE !

Cecily Green: While this company and I have had a few issues of communication the last few times, I was able to speak with the boss-man about the ordeal, and we were able to hit it off swell fixing any issues. If you have any problems with them, tell them and they are eager to fix anything that you have an issue with. Come in and be a person about it, and you might even leave on decent terms.I've only ever gotten business cards from them, and they have come out very fast, and great quality. There isn't a dull card in these boxes! I have knocked a star due to issues with their servers messing up communication on their end some, once that is fixed or I at least don't run into that issue anymore I'll hopefully remember to fix this! :D
