McLaren Flint: what do users think?
Lisa Lewis: I went in for preadmission testing. Everything was quick and everyone was friendly
Nadia Biagini: Visiting from Horseshoe Bay Texas, complaining my ears are sore and ringing. Thought it was from flying. Doctor thought it maybe related to allergies. NOPE! Still ringing, hurting especially when laying down. I like to say, the facility was clean, front desk was kind and the Doctor was pleasant. Overall, I wished my EARS would STOP RINGING and HURTING!
Jeremy Henman: Place is a dump, and everything they do takes literally FOREVER.Went to the ER for a couple of tests, and 8 hours later I still have no idea when they're going to be done. This after working an 8 hour shift before I came in, I feel like I'm in jail and they're never gonna let me out. They have a goal of 180 minutes from door to discharge, and I was here for about 3 times longer than that all for them to tell me that it was probably nothing but a muscle strain.
Brandi Carr: Fast and friendly. I went to Fenton er not flint.
Christian Stoinski: This hospital is a joke. My girlfriend came in with chest pains/low breathing. Before ANY TESTING OR OBSERVATION was done the doctor pulled her to the side and said her EKG was good when she never even had one. After we asked the receptionist to double check what that was about, she looked in her computer for my girlfriends name and she couldn’t even find it. I’ll drive 30 minutes to another hospital before we ever come here again. Been to multiple hospitals and this one has easily been the biggest unorganized sh*t show I’ve ever seen.
Amy Hagerman: Great 1st experience here.
Nancy Beecher: The Endoscopy center is amazing. The staff are friendly and helpful.Very clean, bright and plenty of seating
Mike Connelly: First off I waited FOREVER TO BE SEEN!! 2NDLY I was misdiagnosed by the attending ER Dr.3rdly , The ER room was full of vagrants sleeping all over the available chairs...That said the nurses were excellent...
Christopher Jenkins: It's not my experience there but my ex-wifes which cant review because she's dead 12 floor horrible staff. Neglect 4 hour after catheter started leaking finally did some. 15 min after yelling she going kill hershelf in a gown she signed herself out
Eunice Keely: My husband had surgery at the surgery center. It was on schedule, very competent nurses. Spoke to doctor, left with complete info and instruction review. Nurse followed up the next day on the phone. We both left feeling with less apprehension,
Sanford Bragman: I was referred by a walk in urgent care facility to the Emergency Unit in Fenton to obtain blood work. I presented to the clerk in the Emergency Unit and gave her the order prepared by the Urgent Care Facility. The Emergency Unit did not seem very busy. After about 30 minutes wait time I was escorted by a nurse to an examination room. The nurse asked why I was there. I advised him that the order from the Urgent Care Facility was given to the intake clerk. He advised that he was not given the order. I explained the reason for my visit and he said he would check with the clerk. He took my vitals and advised me to remove my shoe and socks to allow the physician providing service to examine my foot. I pointed out to the nurse that the bed in the room had soiled sheets and he left. After an hour and a half of no contact I approached an employee who was passing by my now open door room to inquire what was going on? He said he would check. He returned shortly with a copy of my medication list that I had also presented to the clerk upon check in. After about another 20 minutes of no contact, I put my shoes and socks back on and started to leave the facility. As I past the nursing station, the nurse who I had seen was sitting at the desk. He questioned where I was going. I advised that I was leaving in that I had not seen anyone in almost 2 hours since he left and was supposed to have returned to advise me if the order from the Urgent Care had been located. His comment to me as I left was, "You haven't been seen by a doctor?" "We are very busy you know". I LEFT. The worst experience I have had with a medical facility. I have had 40 years of experience working in Multi Hospital Health Care Systems. This particular facility needs a refresher education on proper communication.
Shaun Davis: Very satisfying with service
charlie ross: The following is an email I sent to the supervisor in the area of my stay:Dear Ms. Claxton,I recently spent two days in room 1220, bed 1. I can't tell you how much I appreciated the care I received from the professionals and support staff on the twelfth floor. All were genuinely caring and concerned with my diagnosis and treatment and treated me with dignity and respect. You have developed a true team dynamic and it is very obvious.I would like to give a special acknowledgement to RN's Mellisa and Sheri. Also deserving mention are Dasia and Jen.Thank you for your leadership and the culture you have created.
Mrs Woodley: My friend was alive and well June 2021 he visits that hospital and does August 2021 smh
Riley Simmington: DO NOT go to Mclaren Flint. Fraudulent billing by Briana Corpt, PA for services never received! This hospital is predatory and only sees patients as an avenue for revenue. They will outsource your bill to a 3rd party company and disable you from appealing their fraudulent and predatory billing activities.I was never seen by any medical professional and received no treatment.I am still fighting a $972 medical bill over a year later. In January 2022 I visited Mclaren Hospital in Flint. The ER was a complete mess... filthy with trash everywhere and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days at least.Patients were groaning in suffering pain all around me. My insurance information was quickly gathered by an employee. I waited and waited, in excruciating pain ... 12 hours in fact, never to be seen by any nurse or doctor. I left and went elsewhere to receive treatment.A couple months later, I received a bill for $972. I was billed under Procedure: 99284, which is fraudulent. (I was never treated) Mclaren quickly sold my 'debt' to some company called Degara App, PLLC. Despite appealing the bill multiple times, debt collectors keep calling and threatening me with consequences for my credit score or a lawsuit.Avoid Mclaren Flint at all costs, they are predatory and only see patients as an avenue for cash.
lisa matthews: Nurses need to be re-educated on use of BP cuffs. It should fit snug and firm not cut off circulation or cause patient undue extreme pain which raises BP, thereby not giving an accurate reading. Pre/post op nurses get the extra star.
Martin Burnash: Great heart surgeon (Dr. Hasne). Outstanding nurses and excellent rooms
john. bivins: Professional and caring staff
monica phelps: Everyone was great! I am always nervous and the staff was very patient.
John Pewinski: If you expect to be treated in a timely manner please drive to a different state and get treated there. 16 hours in the waiting room. Staff seems to be busy, not sure if they just don’t have a big enough building. People being treated in the waiting room and just leaving after a long wait.
Cortney McCarty: My grandmother arrived last night around 11pm, via ambulance (as she cannot drive). They diagnosed her with COVID. It is now almost 3pm the following day and my grandmother is in a wheelchair in the waiting room after being told they wanted to admit her to monitor for a few days.I am not angry with the staff. But I do have a bone to pick with Mclaren system for allowing people to be so over-worked and improperly staffed that an elderly woman is left to wait 16 hours from arrival and to be left in a wheelchair unattended! She doesn't walk well, she has COVID and just stick her with all the other people, no big deal, hey?! Thank God my mother is able to spend an entire day sitting with her.Let me make this clear... if ANYTHING happens as a result of this neglect, this will not be the last you hear from me! If she has so much as a red mark from sitting in that wheelchair all day, I will drive the 7 hours from my home, to file my complaint in person. If she can be discharged, then do it. If she can be transferred, make it happen. Otherwise, find her a bed, NOW!

Michael Bargy: Terrable.... keep calling me for money.... I don't owe them money... they keep saying they had a mistake and will fix it.... then call me again months later..... they are Terrable, can't stand there calls any more. Tried to do the right thing each time. But now they have taken up too much time from me.

Hurley Medical Center: what do users think?
Vanilla Bean: Hurley use to be my favorite hospital. I'm extremely disappointed with the nurses in your peds ER. The wait times are unnecessary! Nurses and doctors sitting at their desk laughing and giggling instead of discharging patients.
Codi Poufcas: I went to Hureys for my girlfriend she was very sick sat there for over 12 hours and I was sitting looking out the window and there were about 4 nurses outside and the staff was like where are all the nurses I said outside and one of them flashed one of the security guards and when they seen I saw that they said I had to go because I was doing to much all I was doing was talking to the others who saw it also and so my girlfriend left and she is very sick so lost because McLean is worse
Olivia Privett: I came up here because my surgeon told me to so I can get test done because I can’t keep ANYTHING down been waiting 5 hours so far they won’t let me have ice even though I’m so dehydrated. People who came in after me are being called back. This is so dumb.
Stardust08: Took my toddler son to Hurley ER today and his pediatric nurse, Gwien, treated us horribly. She was extremely unprofessional and unkind. Lacked bedside manner of any kind. Was very rude and snarky. Told me twice to keep an eye on him so he doesn’t get hurt there too.” (Had opened a cabinet when she walked in and another time was just playing) As we were leaving, I asked for a bag to put his belongings in and she went to hand it to me and would NOT let go. Pretty much had to pry it out of her hands. Then she told me to “make sure I kept his bandage tight so he didn’t suffocate.” She was also rough with my son when giving him his medicine and only talked to him when there were doctors in the room. She does not belong in an ER working with children. As for the doctors, they were wonderful with my son and treating him and the Head Nurse was kind to us.
Sheila Odom: After waiting for 18 hours sitting in a hard chair, with no food or drink no one offered anything we were told that it would be another 6 hours before the cardiologist could come see us to discuss my husband's health, soooo upset 😡
Amber Larry: First time at childrens picu. The care here has been amazing.
Taylor Cervantes: Amazing service and extremely friendly staff!! The ladies at the front desk were very kind and took care of me right away. My Nurses were amazing and actually listened to what I said !! I highly recommend Hurley Hospital!
Jessica Stewart: My dad received care yesterday evening through today at Hurley, and I want to share some highlights on his quality of care. While the wait was long, this is expected given the staffing shortages many hospitals face and the increased number of patients seeking medical care. I do not fault Hurley for the length of the wait because this is a universal problem, and everyone is doing their best under these circumstances.I first want to hightlight an absoltuely outstanding RN who cared for my dad in the emergency room, Jenna. Jenna’s bedside manner was genuine, empathetic, and caring. Jenna was able to ensure that my dad received the care he needed, while creating a safe space where my dad felt a sense of ease. Jenna also ensured I was comfortable while we waited and offered me a warm blanket and something to drink, checking in often. She even went out of her way to grab me a hot coffee since it was 4 am and the cafeteria was closed. Our stay was long in the ER until he was admitted; however, I felt confident my dad was in the best of hands during this time. Jenna, if you see this, thank you for being such a light by showing true compassion for your patients and a sense of warmth. Your nurturing approach to my dad made the most significant impact on him when he was feeling confused and unsure. Both doctors who treated my dad in the ER were professional and thorough. They ensured they gave my dad the tests and medical care he needed. Our second ER doctor talked with me about my dad's condition and any concerns. They were also wonderful.Once my dad was admitted to the hospital, we switched nurses and had Pete. Pete was kind, compassionate, and attentive to my dad. He offered his hand when my dad became emotional and gave my dad reassurance that he was in a safe space. He was friendly and made my dad feel more comfortable. Thank you, Pete! All of the nursing staff and doctors that we interacted with during his stay were really amazing.Everyone has different experiences at hospitals, and not everything will be perfect; however, I was incredibly moved and impressed by the fantastic care he received from Jenna, Pete, the ER doctors, and other nursing staff.
Krystal: Make the drive to memorial hospital in Owosso, my son and I should have, they only employ professionals who are absolutely passionate about their jobs. Can't speak for the whole hospital, there are a couple graceful toke d in the building. The police at memorial are more helpful and understanding as well. Make the drive.
Miz Mandy: Blanket was a girl from a wonderful overnights nurse in the ccc. Hope see sees this!
Amanda Reinheimer: Saved my life!
44 GROWS: Unprofessional turned down a mental patient and they have the history of the person and kicked her out the rules not for blk people and a law suit coming for them to watch the news
Tracy Allis: Currently here with my dad. Started really great in ER Dr Webber then sent us to group 2 team admitted and nothing at all. Probably UTI / bladder and No treatment at all? What are we waiting for to die? Restricted fluids and what would you think happens. Kidney disease. We got him sitting up nurses did nothing other than a hot tea for us and then basic BP and blood oxygen. No diagnosis other than “we are collaborating”. Hahaha no no no diagnosis or treatment. Believe me I will pursue action if this ends up what I think they are doing. We are not allowing a healthy guy with new stents to be left with infection for days without treatment. Seriously. Then put him in a room with infectious disease person they are having to amputate a leg due to not being able to fix infection. This hospital and McLaren need investigated.
Issa Abuaita: It’s only 2 child patients waiting for 7 hours and they come out and tell no rooms available, there is only one nurse in all of the ER section and 10 janitors, your child runs out of breath and they don’t care all they tell you we short on nurses or we don’t have rooms. If you interrupt their nap they become terrible with attitude and basically almost tell you they don’t care abt your child. Never go there again!!!!!!
Brianna Young: There is no other place in Michigan I would have my babies! I had a high risk pregnancy and an emergency induction with my baby being in nicu for two weeks. My child is healthy and growing thanks to the wonderful staff.
Sarah Fosnow: My son was in a terrible car wreck in Flint right before Christmas. He was pretty banged up, including a broken jaw. We mostly had good care, but something needs done about Dr. Ronald Stewart DDS. I have personally left him a negative review. He is the rudest doctor I have ever met and we had issues with him in hospital and outside of hospital when it came to after care. His office is disgusting and he shouldn't be putting his hands in anyone's mouth in that environment. I have much to say and would like to talk to someone at the hospital about this very unprofessional professional.
Jaliyah Harris: I love this hospital
Ashton Ziola: So much filth been here for 4 hours and all they told me was I need musinex very un perfesional
Nicole Solis: I wish I could give it less than one star, I've never had a good experience here.
Chuck Glo: This rating is for the emergency department only wouldn’t recommend coming here if it’s life or death been in this waiting room for ages just waiting for a room the front desk staff are rude when you come to ask simple questions seats an tables are filthy barely wanna sit anywhere because it’s used Urine cups left behind at these seats an nobody has came to retrieve them yet I came here because I been dealing with a sharp pain in my throat that led to me coughing up blood so I’m just tryna make sure I’m alright before I go on with my day but so far this has been a lackluster experience
Maria Ralston: I'm currently sitting in their hallway in a wheelchair in critical limb ischemia with got going black and I haven't even seen a Dr a nurse NOTHIN and we were already told I need surgery asap but don't matter here I guess. No controlling of the pain no doing nothing at all. Don't come here it's completely ridiculous and now I understand why they are only a 2.9 ⭐ GO TO DIFFERENT ER AS THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE !!!!!!!!

McLaren Flint Community Medical Center: what do users think?
Arianna Gilbert: Worst place to ever be seen they are a job and don’t take health issues seriously and the doctor didn’t even know how to read an ekg results thank goodness for my new doctor that did an ekg and can read it now I can finally go to the heart doctor and get my health back in order I wouldn’t ask my worst enemy to go to this doctor there horrible and should be closed
Deona Stewart: I Love Dr Suma Thomas when I say I love her I do... She is the BEST Doctor ever... I miss her tremendously and wanna know where's she's at now... I don't wanna NEW doctor I want Dr.Suma Thomas back.
James Harper: Dr.thomas is a good doctor, office is terrible. What kind of doctor office has all automated and can't talk to a real person?
Kim T-Hill: I have never been seen at this place before and already I'm looking for another office. I have tried calling on different days at different times and no one ever answers the phone! Originally, I was excited when I saw my former Dr. was here because at her old office it was the exact same problem. Unfortunately, I guess we won't be reuniting because I can't schedule an appointment.
Joshandtanya Johnson: Love my doctor ..But i have been on hold for 29 minutes now and no one will answer to see what my test results are .THIS IS RIDICULOUS!! BEEN CALLING FOR A WEEK NOW AND STILL HAVEN'T GOT THROUGH
Erin Watson: The low rating if for no one answering the phone. My doctor is great but the people at the front desk NEVER answer the phone. I can't make appointments or find out test results. I'm over it! Looking for a new doctors office.
Shay Lynn: No one ever answers the phone you can call for days and no one will answer. I’d look elsewhere for a doctors office as I will be too.
Cadenza: My doctor is great, this review is in no way a reflection of her. This review is simply about trying to get a hold of ANYONE in the office lately. I have been trying to call about an urgent matter for the past 2 days since it happened and not a single person has answered the phones. I've sat on hold waiting to be answered for upwards of a half hour. And this is not the only time this has happened. One of the last times I complained about this they said their phones were not great. And it continues to happen and nothing changes with their phones. I'm about to drive up there just to get some freaking help.
Anthony DeMain: Horrible customer service. The desk called and repeatedly rescheduled and canceled appointments due to “the doctors daughter being sick.” Highly unprofessional and horrible service.
Amanda Kenney: I am 24 weeks pregnant and I started out a 166.7 pounds now I am 264 I gained nearly 100 pounds I have been complaining about it every sense I went past 200 I am so uncomfortable and it's harder to get around instead of helping me and doing test to find out why I have gained so much they fudged my weight numbers and said I have been this weight for 2 years. I would advise anyone that wants a good ob doctor not to look for it at this facility
bobotat123: I have nothing but good things to say about this place..Appointments are easy to get, I can talk to someone right away instead of getting an automated system where I have to go through a 5 minute menu only to have to wait in line to speak to an actual person. I have never had to wait for an appointment I've scheduled..staff is very friendly and helpful. And Dr. Naismith is fantastic, very knowledgeable and personable, and if you have questions after your appointment will get back with you within a few hours.
Callum Carr: I was pretty disappointed with my care here, so much so that I am now driving to Ann Arbor to go to the University of Michigan for care. The office staff at McLaren are very nice but there were a lot of problems. My OB left the country for good and no one informed me. This threw my care for a loop. I wasn't able to get any of the necessary medication refilled. I'm struggling with Hyperemesis and with Depression. My previous OB had no problem prescribing me meds to help with this but as soon as he left the practice it was like pulling teeth. I ended up missing MORE work because I couldn't stop vomiting and went through withdrawal over my depression medication. I called and emailed to get scripts filled and never got a response from the office - no email back, no phone calls. I also don't think I ever spent more than 15 minutes with a doctor at any time. They are clearly over worked and the care is just not what it should be at all. I was faced with the decision to continue care 10 mins from my home or go somewhere that I felt safer. So I'll be driving an hour away for care from now on. I know this will complicate my pregnancy and all the logistics related to it but I have to go with my instinct and I just don't trust this office. When I emailed them to express my concerns and tell them I was thinking of transferring care they never responded. They were just done with me at that point apparently. Very disappointed. This is my first pregnancy and I need to feel safe and supported.
Shooler One: I came to this location/practice specifically and ONLY for Dr. Frye. In the beginning of November (7 month pregnant) I was informed I had to do my visit with the available midwife because the doctor was on vacation. They scheduled me back early mid Dec. After having to reschedule because of my riding having the flu, they inform me that Dr. Frye is NO LONGER THERE.Since I've had a c section in the past, and considered a "high risk" the midwife (only other person I've ever seen in the building besides the nurse and Dr. Frye) cannot deliver me, and the soonest I am available to even meet one of the other doctors is when I have less than 3 weeks left to go.They have not done anything to adequately prepare for this extra load on the remaining doctors (was told they see 55 patients a day now instead of normal 35), and do not seem to be prioritizing which patients can get in to see doctor (since I should be seeing a doctor EVERY 2 WEEKS at this point, instead of over a month to a month and a half).I would definitely reconsider another practice, if you wanted Frye, and I am not even sure if I can get into anywhere else at this point in my pregnancy and time of year, insurance-wise. So I feel strong armed at this point to be stuck in a situation, I did not want.
Tacrisha Triplett: I had the most horrific experiments with this clinic and Dr.Annapurna after give me major surgery on a Bartholin cyst she did not give me any anabiotic's in case of infection and very mild medication for swelling and pain I will never attend this womans clinic again I ending up in the er where I was given several anabiotic's and strong pain medication to deal with the horrible enlargement of my vaginal area
Cody Green: Dr. Rostam and Nikki are both AMAZING. After only seeing them one time as a new patient- I called with an urgent issue and they were beyond helpful and actually called another office to get my blood work back faster......told me to go to ER where Dr. Rostam then called and got me the treatment that I needed.Couldn't imagine a better office.
Andrew Sontag: They have awesome staff, services and security.
Brian Hemgesberg: Great hospital. Everyone is super friendly.

Ascension Genesys Hospital: what do users think?
Nadine Forsythe: My experience from the ED department to being admitted was overall knowledgeable, compassion and kept me in my treatment of care. Doctors, nurses and all personnel were top notch.
Cynthia Niles: Everyone so kind thank you!
Janine VanSickle: My mother is 91 and took the ambulance to the hospital. The put her in the waiting area for 3hr and did two tests and sent her back for the total of the 3 hr. When they took her back to an EM room it was dirty a gown on the floor and dirty linens on floor. When mom had an accident they changed he sheets and put the dirty ones on the tray table next to her drink and sandwich. The bathroom had urine and blood on the floor when my mom had to go potty. They told me she would be moved to observation room at 9pm and I could go home…Nope she was is the EM bed all night no food the next day so 91years old just shoved aside all night with no regards to her wellness. I’m so disgusted in this place
Deborah Studards: Most of my caregivers were professional and caring. I really have no complaints. My issue is that staff should be reminded of the signage in each room that abusive behavior would not be tolerated. If a visitor is abusive, they should be removed.
Steven Miscisin: I went in to the E.R. in an ambulance at Genesys for a two night stay. They got me in for emergency surgery, shortly after arriving from a freak accident that resulted in me breaking my ankle bone directly in half. Most of the staff showed a lot care and concern about me as a patient. There were a couple of exceptions, of course, but it was obvious that most staff members care a lot about their patients on both a professional, and personal level.Overall, the Doctors, Nurses, and entire staff at Genesys do a wonderful job. I was very grateful to be so well taken care of, especially in such an unexpected situation.
Tracy Love: Terrible unprofessional company. They claim to be urgently hiring but they are liars. I have applied over and over. I am more than qualified and they first said I wasn't qualified. Then they told me to choose a time slot for a phone interview. After I did, they sent an email stating that they would no longer recruit me for that position. So, they must not be hiring, just trying to get a tax write off for not being fully staffed. Lots of us professionals are catching on to these company's schemes. Don't waste your time applying.
vicky burr: Very happy with care. Staff is great.
Debbie Smith: I had a surgery at Ascension and my experience was very good. From check in to check out I had no issues. I would recommend this hospital to anyone
Steven Bruton: Back on March 29, 2023 I fell and my titanium hip popped out. I now know what a 10 on the pain scale feels like. It took over an hour for an ambulance to pick me up and drive the few miles to Genesys emergency ($1500). While the emergency ortho docs assured me they could pop the hip back in and I’d walk out of the hospital in a few hours. That definitely wasn’t the case. In the process, they damaged my sciatic nerve and I now have severe peripheral neuropathy and complete foot drop. I am back in North Carolina and live from from recliner chair to recliner chair with the aide of a walker. The pain is 24/7 and the best answer I’m getting from anyone is I may never walk or drive again. Thanks for nothing Genesys!
Cheryl Cattane: The care was good. I appreciated everyone who came in to my room to care for me.
Sandy Halloway: Felt there was lots of bias when treating Steve re: previous diagnosis...not much time talking and listening to the patient.
ray bauer: I've been here twice now and both times everyone was really amazing. I'm new to this area and a few weeks ago when I got an infection in my finger I googled the hospital closer to my house and it was really bad. This place had the better reviews. I'm glad I came both times. Really kind. Fast and super helpful. For being new around here I sure am feeling welcomed. It's really clean and people are truly helpful. Thank you. I'll be coming here for any of my emergency needs
amanda mills: Great care, nurse Monica, John, & Shannon on 4th floor ortho were great! They were so kind & patient!!
James Hyer: Truly medical professionals and they were great
kathy kolongowski: Nurses and doctors are great. They told my husband and I what to expectAt every step of operation and while he was in room recovering. OR waiting room had a program on the wall TV that showed exactly where my husband was in the operation process. ie: prep, start of procedure, end of procedure and in recovery. So I was always connected and not anxious. Hubbie had great care which in turn made me feel that all was going to be okay. And guess what? It was!!!
Matt Sleva: The Doctors the nurses and everyone else on the Cardiac floor were incredible the treatment and care was heartfelt and genuine the nonstop attention I received made me feel like I was at home being taken care of by family I would recommend Asencion Genesys to everyone. God Bless
Mike & Julie Kastler: All of the medical staff were so kind, knowledgeable and professional. All staff explained what they were doing and why! They truly were compassionate. This is our hospital of choice!
Sally List: PT was great and staff superior, nurses (some) not all on floors 2 3 4 some just didn’t care, others went beyond.
Wendy Hohenstein: This place has went down hill bad. Will not be going back
Filomena Salinas: Emergency room was much more caring then the observation.
Jeanyne Johnson: It would have been a 5 for the exceptional care received by the Drs. and nurses. They were compassionate and caring. The ER process to get seen, blood drawn, vitals is non existent. My husband had to be transported by ambulance. They put him in a wheel chair and left him in the waiting room room for almost 5 hours while he went into septic shock. The manager of that department needs to be held accountable for the terrible care. Totally unacceptable.

McLaren MRI- Flint: what do users think?
Rebecca Gunn: Came early to be sure everything was in order took forever to get back then I had to stand in a hospital gown for 45 min .......still waiting freezing actually waiting for this test that I have to have.....go anywhere but here. I also have back problems and can't sit for long but they don't like me staying and walking they are rude not friendly at all .if I didn't need the MRI I would leave
Gerald Downie: This place is a joke go anywhere but here 1 hrs 30mins still waiting
CJ Todd: It seems like management does not have a clue? I get a message calling me about a MRI an appointment already scheduled and they want you to call back, and you call back and they act like they don't even know what you're talking about. They can start fixing this issue by for one If you leave a message leave your name of who the heck you are leaving the message! Terrible customer service
A. Human Being: Always professional. Facility very clean and safe- there's a police substation with a canine unit on site.
alta cryderman: They were very nice
Michelle Parker: They are weak on mask enforcement. Other than that, I recommend.
Michael Bargy: Tried charging me a crazy amount of money when the docter was too busy. Said they will let it go was an issue there. Now keeps calling me expecting payments. Just terrably frustrating dealing with them
marcia standish: My trip to get a MRI was excellent. Little did I know that I would find myself to be claustrophobic. The technician was very supportive and let me know that there was another machine that could help. I had to wait till another patient finished, but that gave me time to take some medication to calm me, and about 20 minutes later I was able to get my test done. They even allowed my husband to come in and be with me. The results were faxed quickly to my surgeons, and we picked up a copy of the DVD to take with us. As there will be follow up MRI's after my surgery I am more than relieved to have them do them again.
