Jennifer Slusher: I placed an order online for three jackets. I received an email with tracking information with an estimated shipping date of 2 1/2 weeks. It has now been 3 weeks and no updates. I have sent multiple emails with no responses. I even sent a message through messenger on FB page, still no response. I called number listed and all it does is ring then a beep like voicemail but no message. They had great reviews which is why I placed my order but now looks like I am out this special order that was a gift.UPDATE: I received a call regarding my concerns. Cassie was very helpful and pleasant when discussing my concerns. I believe due to weather delays as well as modern technology that caused a lot of issues. I was assured that my order would go out today.
