One my wife alters was seeing this individual not my wife i didnt even know she was in counseling because the alter that was present always tries to ruin My wonderful ladie's life ive been through hell with her and have always managed to be there no matter how bad her alter hurt me and to have some stranger tell her to leave me all she did was have my wife catch a disease and pass it to me congratulations im going to sue you

Janet Johnson: Our treatment team was wonderful and I actually referred several people to this practice. Unfortunately the office staff and billing staff are almost impossible to get ahold off and lack follow through. Traini told me they were having difficulty billing my insurance, I spent hours on the phone with my insurance company and tried several times to have a three way call with myself, my insurance company and trani but always either got voicemail or biller was not available. My insurance case manager called Traini over a dozen times to try to resolve the issue but never received follow up from Traini. Then we are discharged without a discharge plan because they haven't received payment. I am dumbfounded because I have tried to get Traini to communicate with the correct people at the insurance company so Traini could figure out how to bill but Traini has lacked follow up, its like they don't want to be paid. The more I've dealt with this and talked to other healthcare providers the shader it seem. Also no other provider that anyone in my family has seen has had an issue with billing - this includes hospitals, labs, after hours, radiology, physician office and other mental health specialist. I am so distraught by Traini's unethical discharge I have decided to make a complaint with the ombudsman and LARA my only hope is no one else has to go through this.

Sam Lalonde: Ok so I’m giving a 3 stars and let me explain why, my counselor is amazing!! However the office manager and staff are horrible! I can list many reasons for saying this but as a current patient that has a good bond with my counselor I’m not trying to get bashed yet again by the office manager and her very unprofessional ways. In my opinion you need to have compassion and understanding when dealing with people with mental health issues and this said office manager has NONE! I’m praying someone above her sees this review being as when I asked to speak with her boss I was told “no I am the boss” well miss ma’am no I’m not stupid I know you have a boss you must answer to as well. It’s also very sad that my counselor has told me on many occasions that she has tried to make things happen by talking to the ladies in the front and it seems to go nowhere.. so please dear owner of this place hire new office staff.. even the girl Brianna I believe her name was is very rude and unprofessional.

William Thorn: Got started with a doctor to get prescriptions, will not write for refills but they get you on a medication and let you run out. I cannot reach them nor can the pharmacy attempting to do the refill for me.Find a doctor with their own office and their own phone, this isn't the first poor experience I've had but it is the last.

Holly Allen: I like that the psychiatrist here is understanding and compassionate. Does not just talk to you for 30 seconds and be done like my old one. Lets you research things before putting them in your body. Allows you to ask questions and concerns. Always makes sure my meds refills sent to pharmacy on time...good communication.I get appointments more frequently here than my old psychiatrist...they're not months apart anymore.I had concerns recently regarding the probationary period contract and I feel like the office didn't address them very well, however Kelly did once we had our appointment.

Larissa T: I have been going here for a year. My therapist Heidi is very compassionate and so helpful. I have had past therapists in my life that I never continued to see. Heidi has helped me with coping skills through struggles in my life with my past and current issues. I would highly recommend Heidi and This business overall.My daughter just started to see Kari during recent troubles with starting school and a loss of a family member. She is very kind and I didn’t think my daughter was going to talk about her feelings but slowly but surely she is opening up to Kari. I would highly recommend her as well in regards to kids. She is very understanding and helpful to my daughter in her time of need.The front desk staff is very kind and very professional as well. I don’t see us going anywhere else for talking to someone.

Sara Stamm: Kari has been sweeper sweet and amazing with my daughter Mackenzie. She has gotten her to come out of her shell more and tought her how to deal with her anxiety at school and from being away from me. She has gone from getting in trouble on a daily bases and getting bad school reports to getting bonuses and award spins in class. Mackenzie gets excited to see her and loves every session we have. Super patchent with her and also helps me out when I have emotions on things and really hears me out on my concerns with my daughter. Wonderful place.

Miranda Kay: As someone who has been to many practices for mental health services, they are by far the top of the tiers here. Readily available appointments. They are understanding (within reason, of course) with human error when you’ve missed your appointment. None of the staff has ever treated me as a burden when I call for any reason. So accepting, cordial, and accommodating. As well as the providers I work with are exceptional. I can not recommend them enough. I don’t feel like another dollar sign to the facility, I feel seen and heard as a person. I’m so grateful to have found them.

S R (ExtraCheeze): Signed up in February, they finally reached out in April to get me scheduled. They set me up with a lady who only had a month left working there. She told me i would be continuing with another therapist when she left, instead they closed my account and didn't offer me anything. I had 3 appointments, i was supposed to have, like, 10. So nothing was accomplished except wasting my time and gas. I was so hopeful to get things figured out, what a huge disappointment

I absolutely adored my first therapist and although I was sad to see her go, I was happy for her that she was switching careers to something that she wanted to do more. One of the problems she helped me work through was staying stagnant with life because I’m just comfortable. Honestly, as sad to see her go as I was.. it was also empowering. Michelle you are missed!In that same breathe, I had no problem switching to another therapist that has also been a blessing in my life. I am now working with Delandra. She shows me nothing but respect, makes sure my voice is heard and has helped me advocate for myself and she’s teaching me how to be proud of the accomplishments I’ve made and accepting of the “failures” I have also been through. She is very flexible with her schedule and has went above and beyond to fit me in when needed.Last but not least, I absolutely wanted to thank my psychiatrist Kelly who works hand in hand with my therapist to prescribe the correct medication needed. She has been fantastic to work with and she actually shows that she cares about her patients and she’s not just a doctor trying to push meds on someone. She lets me advocate for myself and even asks my opinion on her plans for me. I’m very thankful for her and I’m excited to do the Genesight testing to get this down to a science. I understand that psychiatry like many things is trial and error as well, but she is making me more comfortable with this entire process. It’s been a long journey so far, and we’re not done but I just wanted to give these wonderful ladies a shout out. From the minute the phone is answered from the wonderful receptionist to the second I’m called back/doing virtual visits - I’m 100% comfortable and that means so much to me.I tell everyone I know to come here and find someone for them. With the amount of wonderful people here to help I’m sure you’re bound to find someone!

My 1st appt was canceled by my therapist because he said he was sick. Fine rescheduled for next week. Appointment went great I clicked with my therapist, I left Appointment feeling hopeful. My next appointment was canceled because he said he was in the hospital. I completely understood. Months later I have never heard from this placeI left emails and left voice mails. I don't know if my therapist is alive or not but a courtesy call from the clinic would have been professional. Now I have to start my therapy from scratch withA new place.

I called today to confirm my appointment and apparently they confirmed the “wrong” Kristen. My appointment is actually tomorrow. Which wouldn’t be a big deal, if I didn’t pay a sitter, take time off work and confirm the appointment. Super frustrated as this was my last attempt at getting the help I need.

Jennifer P: In the fall of 2021, it was easy to schedule an appointment for my child. The first student social worker we worked with for ADHD testing was great. Then we were told we had to work with a different social worker for the 2nd appointment. She was also great to work with, but we did nothing in the appointment. I asked when the results of the testing would be available and was not given a time line. For the 3rd appointment, we were supposed to see the 2nd social worker again but I was called a few days before and told we had to reschedule and see a 3rd social worker. I couldn't plan that out at the moment and asked her to call me back on Monday so we could figure it out. I never received a call and when I tried to reach out to the office a number of weeks later, my calls and emails were not returned. We are working with a different office now, which has requested the records from Learning Dreams. It has been two weeks with multiple faxes and they have not responded or released the records. Continuity of care is important for all people, but rapport building takes time with kids, so switching workers is not ideal. We should not have been matched with a social worker unless that person would be available to work with my child for the foreseeable future. The front office woman was often rude and for a place that says they are LGBTQ accepting, they need to train every staff member on how to be so including what pronouns are and how to use them.

Danielle Nettleton: To much drama. Why do they call me often with someone else's appointment information?I don't know much about the drama just that they could not keep therapists steadily. When in began one had just left and then my therapist left suddenly. If you like consistency do not go here.
