David Waltzer: This place should be a model for all other Hiltons. Every element of this place is well executed. It was clean, well appointed, easy check-in, etc. But what really shined brightest was the staff. Every single person working there was kind, professional, fully present and helpful. It was just lovely. If I had any suggestions, it would be for the restaurant - which was also very nice. But they don’t know how to cook a burger to temp (medium rare = well done) So, if you really care about your burgers, go to The Torch, up the road. But the staff was also great at the restaurant. The bartender is a pro. I wish they could clone this hotel and put it in destinations I frequent. I would stay there every time.

Rochelle Li: This is was one of the nicest and comfiest hotels I've stayed in a while. The decor is chic and modern! My only regret is not being able to stay longer at this hotel during this trip!Rooms: I loved the room layout. It felt very spacious and comfortable. The beds were comfy and the lighting was nice and soft.Noteworthy details: I loved the new, modern design of the rooms. The geometric patterns and soft lighting were beautiful touches that I appreciated. The shampoo and soap also smelled really nice.

Sarah Sturtevant: Such a comfy hotel and something that has been needed in Flint for quite some time! Brianna at the front desk was very friendly. She helped me over the phone, as well as when I checked in. The rooms are spacious. The pillows are too soft- but I’m sure are something someone would desire. I am also a big one on room temp, and I was able to keep my room right where I needed it. There is a parking garage directly across the street for a nominal fee. This hotel also offers valet. My only regret is not being able to try out the hotel restaurant- The Sauce. I will definitely be back.

karie harold: The hotel was beautiful & very clean. The staff did it for me, though. The manager, front desk staff, valet parking attendant and restaurant staff were all very kind, willing and eager to help and just nice people in general. There was a small issue at check-in which could have been my fault. No one spent time trying to figure out who's fault it was, though. Instead, the front desk staff worked with management and took care of it right away. We have tons of family in Flint and visit a few times per year. This place will be top choice hotel every time we come from now on. Thank you for making sure our stay was perfect.

jake gust: I've only ever had good experiences at this hotel, but this one takes the gold: I got in late from a 4 hour drive feeling tired and road-worn... I started conversing with Adrian while he was checking me in, and suddenly had the energy to continue for the better part of an hour, about real and substantial topics -- Brilliant human being spreading the Good Word and the Light of God. Thank you, Adrian, for aiding in further restoration of my faith in humanity, in myself, and in the wonderfully mysterious ways of God Himself.A kind reminder to anyone this reaches: Even in something as seemingly mundane as checking into a hotel, there is abundant love to be found in the moment. Troy Koontz: There's a mud pit out yonder in the back don't take a Ford back there it might get in a sticky situation 😂😂😆Walkability: You can walk to the mud pit to see the Ford trucks get stuck when u need a laugh. Party store and Walmart close by as well as some fast food places

Tonia Force: This was by far the dirtiest room we've ever stayed in. We only stayed because we were there for a funeral and had to get a room at the last minute and it was cheap, as a room was not in our budget this time. The people at the desk were good though. They didn't charge us for our dog, which definitely helped. But the room was literally dirty, not just old and not maintained. The towels a nd washcloth looked used and wrinkles like all they did was folded it back up, and there was only 2 towels. The beds were the same. The sheets and pillows were visibly dirty looking and wrinkles like they had been used. I had my own blankets and pillows so we just slept on top of the bedspread. The toilet, tub and even the walls were dirty. I didn't even want to touch the light switch to turn anything on. The fridge has ice built up in the freezer, which is not a big deal except the ice was yellow And brown like food had been spilled in there and not cleaned up. This room was absolutely disgusting. I was afraid to check for bedbugs because I was stuck having to stay here so I just didn't even want to know. Very disgusting.Rooms: Absolutely disgusting and dirty. Linens were dirty and appeared to be used.Noteworthy details: Most disgusting place I've ever stayed.

Crystal Emery: The rooms are very nice and the location is great very modernized and spacious . Desk chair , microwave , fridge , microwave and decent priced . Comfy bedding .
Lonesome Warrior: The hotel was in total a warm, clean and dry place to stay. My mom and I stayed here for a month. The staff are super friendly and quick to help. The main reason I'm rating so low is the accomodations said to be included with the room. Housekeeping is only weekly and they only take linens upon that weekly cleaning. The wifi is basically non existent and the trim around the floor is taped up with duct tape. If these were handled, I would have given 3 stars
