Tracy Cuthpert: I contacted The Health Department on Wednesday 9/30/2020 to inform them that my mother contracted COVID-19 and Pneumonia while she was a patient at Regency Rehab/Nursing Home in Grand Blanc. No one bothered to call us back until today 10/7/2020 which was a Contact Tracer, stating that we had to quarantine! The Contact Tracer had no clue that she caught this from the Staff at Regency Rehab/Nursing Home of Grand Blanc and that she hasn't had contact with her family in over a month. Please do your due diligence and close down Regency Rehab/Nursing Home, before all of the patients are Infected and DIE!!! I received and email from Regency Rehab/Nursing Home stating that they had 13 new cases in a 3 day period. This is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!

Homer foofoo: Waited 3 months for appointment. They have changed me 6 times in the past so I wanted to confirm everything. They cancelled me again. They then set it for tuesday at 11:00. I confirmed THEIR new change by text and by phone the day before. I came at 10:45 and she said they never make appointments at 11:00. I don't know who spoke to you, even though I called their correct number. Now you have to go to the end of the line, she says. They said do you want to rescedule? I said yes. They said we can't even look at next week, the calender is not up yet.

She frowned impatiently the whole time, she yanked her sleeve up unnecessarily roughly, and jabbed the needle in to the bone. Absolutely horrifying for both of us. Sierra at The Children's Office is so gentle. She's the only one doing my childrens' shots going forward.
