All Sew: what do users think?
Luann Best: They had my serger for 2 months before even looking at it
Lori Tomlinson: Wow! Best service ever. Very kind. Very prompt. Would recommend to everyone that sews.
Tootsie Pops: Went to collect my machine today having been told that it should be ready in 10 days. Called on day 11 and was told that I did not count correctly. Five business days = two weeks. Waited the two weeks and two days -nothing. Picked up the unprepared machine today. They wanted to charge me a $35 bench fee for sitting on the shelf waiting for repairs. I thought that was ridiculous. Then they showed me some parts that they "ordered". they were in a ripped bag labeled with a brand that was not my machine. No thank you. Looking for another repair place now. Funny thing is that the repair needed is something they "fixed" a few months ago. While that repair worked, they misaligned the needle which would not move to a center position. Had to take the "repaired machine" back. I give up!
Pam Weisenburger: They were not interested in helping me find a belt for a vintage machine. I felt as tho since I wasn't interested in a big ticket item, new machine, they didn't want to deal with me.
Christina Olechiw: Dropped off my machine for a tune up on January 15, 2021. Called several times to check the status. Was told part is on order. Then I was told it hasn't been serviced yet. What's the truth? Ended up picking up my machine. No apology from the staff. I suggest taking pictures of your sewing machine prior to dropping off. My handle seems dirty, greasy and I see a deep scratch on the top that I don't recall being there before.
Diana Wright: Purchased a serger and have taken a class at this shop . Others have told me the owner is rude, but I had shopped there several times and never had that experience...until my last visit. The sad part of my experience is that I left thinking, “he actually thinks the tone and manner he used was okay”. Well not with me! Lucky for me I just discovered the Ann Arbor Sewing Center. They have all that is offered there and more, and I get to see my grandchildren who live in Ann Arbor as a bonus.I really wanted to support a local business but customer service is obviously not a priority in this shop.
Janet Turner: My Sewing Machine was purchased here. Not Only did I receive just a purchase, but I got a unlimited supply of helpful and Friendly Staff. They are always willing to help guide me if I have a problem or a question with my machine. Thank You to the Staff at All Sew for going above and beyond just the sale.
Aubree Deollas: Terrible won’t refund me just received it 2 days ago & it’s already hot . Beware of them Customer service is bad they can’t explain why it’s happen saying it’s my fault when it’s never been used
Caleb Poirier: Alfred, the new owner, stopped what he was doing to examine my smaller, older Singer sewing machine. He threaded it and then sewed with it to prove that it worked just fine before I mailed it to my sister (it was my mom’s and she just passed away and wanted my sister to have the machine). I tried to pay him for his labor but he said just pass along a good word. done.
David Dow: So far so good.
Carl Pierce: Great local sewing shop.
Jane Doe: I took a sewing machine in here to be looked at for a friend of mine. I know nothing about sewing and Al took me through the whole process, showed me everything, fixed the machine in 10 minutes, and I was out the door!! He was awesome!! I highly recommend this place!!
Diana Williams: Best place to buy a sewing machine in the state. Al is encyclopedic in his knowledge of machines, and his ability to match you with the right one.
Jill Eischer: Always helpful ,& friendly. Great choice of machines& supplies!
Brad Harnick: We got ripped off. Took our Jenome in for repair. We were put off for a long time before repairman even looked at it. We were charged over $170 after they finally got to it. We went on scheduled vacation for 3 weeks. Got home and machine had the same problem. We were told we just went over 60 day warranty. Sorry. Save your money
Marlene Wilcox: My bobbin set was not working properly, they took a look explained to me what was wrong, showed me tricks for threading and explained what to watch for, with no charge. I was in & out in less than 10 minutes. I will definitely go back if I need to.
barbara dircks: Ive been going here for about 13 years for machines, service on machines, and classes. They are the very best! Employees are great and friendly! Never a problem with anything i buy here! Love this place!
Sharolynn Sweeney: I took my cover pro machine in for repair, and took a a entire bag of stretch fabric in also to make sure it sews on stretch fabrics. I was told it would be a 2 week repair and it turned out to be a month. I was ok with the late delivery time on the machine as long as it was repaired properly, It wasn't! The repair person tested the machine out on cotton material, when the machine is designed for stretch materials only, and all of the stretch material in the box I took in was missing. The machine is still running the same as when I took it in, puckering fabric, skipping stitches, and breaking thread after I paid $135 for repairs and it took 2 weeks longer than I was told it would. I asked the female clerk why it had cotton fabric tested on it, and where was the entire box of fabric I brought in with the machine, because I wanted to test the machine before I left there store. The woman had no idea, and no answers, and was no help at all. I will NEVER do business with this store again!! I know they have a short warranty on repairs, but I was so disgusted by how long they had the machine the first time, the fact they never tested the machine out on the correct fabrics, the clerk who didn't have any answers, and that they lost all the fabrics I took in. I never bothered to contact them again because I didn't want to waste any more time when it should have been fixed right the first time! The repairman was never available to talk to, and the clerk had no answers and was no help at all. If I could give a ZERO star I would!! A UNHAPPY EX-CUSTOMER
Aaron Smythe: We bought a new sewing machine and brought another machine to be repaired . Very nice very helpful.
Alfred Scherret: Great place for help and quality machines
Cheryl GGagnon: Very knowledgeable and friendly. LOVE their classes.

Rebecca Stratton: I visit here every time I'm in the area. This is a very creative energy shop. So many kits, notions and fabrics. Linda and her staff are very helpful and know how to help you with your projects.
Wendy Majeske: Linda is a delightful person and very helpful. Nice selections of fabrics, patterns, Moda fabrics especially. They carry Robert Kaufman Mammoth flannel which I adore. It’s nice to have a “local” quilt shop when so many have had to close due to lower patronage and on-line sales. There is no replacement for “in person” quilt shops. They also offer edge to edge long arm quilting services.
William Ball: Wife's favorite quilt and fabric shop
Jeff Foor: Very friendly
Aly Walker: Amazing store!
Marcia Clark: I shop here often. Linda has a great selection of fabric. She and her staff are always cheerful and helpful!
cathy bies: My sister and I visited today and found they carry a very nice selection of 1800’s reproduction fabrics. We ended up buying three kits, some fat quarters and flannel yardage. We drove over an hour to get there but the friendly and helpful ladies who work there made it worthwhile. Will definitely will be stopping in again.
Kathy Avery: Friendly, good selection of fabric.
mary ann Kalka: Has everything u need

Karen's Quilting: what do users think?
Linda Hudy: Watch when you take a quilt to this place somebody I know made a beautiful flamingo quilt for her granddaughter and the guy lost it or accidentally gave it to somebody else that actually claimed it. Shame on them for taking a quilt they never made I never paid for it to be quilted. How rude
Jennie Spencer: I like this place.
