Qasim Moussa: I appreciate the cheap rates he offers. However, there's a huge problem with communication. Busy guy but doesn't take time to schedule you or give an exact date and time he'll be there. Will also ask for payment in advance which is weird. (Never making that mistake again).Calls and texts me for a $100 loan after giving him the payment in advance??!! Like fr? then decides he wont show up cz I couldnt give him the loan. Its been past a month and 2 weeks since i paid him and still hasn't called, left a voicemail or text for a refund or to actually show up.I hope you read this Gene Krocker.
