Never came to fix anything and the lady that works in the office, Sindia, is very rude, unprofessional, and just mean. It did not end up being a good experience. Which is too bad because I LOVED THIS APARTMENT.

Jenna Fur: I would give zero stars if I could! The woman who "manages" the apartment complex (if you want to call it that) is mean, nasty, rude, and unprofessional. She's an old lady and when I stopped by, she was trying to fight someone in the parking lot outside the office!!! I have never seen such conduct from a business representative anywhere, ever! After hearing what was said during the altercation, I decided not to rent there! OMG is all I can say!

CM B: I'd give this place no stars if i had the option. The office lady has a nasty attitude. I only attempted to apply to live there and had to deal with a nasty attitude from the very first call. Decided to not even go through the hassle!

Brian Slovak: I lived there for 3 years. Water pump breaks every summer. Lost heat this winter and it took them weeks to fix it. Every spring raccoons get into the attic of my building fighting and having babies keeping me and my neighbors awake. The office lady is extremely rude and angry all the time. I don't like having to call her to report a problem because of how she talks to people. She keeps telling me they are going to fix the raccoon problem but never does. This year when I called her about it again she blew up on me. She needs to be fired. On the positive side you do get free heat and water (when it works) with the cheap rent. Just hope nothing breaks.
