Nasir Ali: This is the most unprofessional and horrible real estate agency I have ever come across. Urgent warning to both buyers and sellers, if you want to have a professional buying or selling experience please stay away from Shane Adams and Remax select. Shane Adam is a snake oil salesman. He is extremely dishonest and will say anything to trap you as a buyer or seller. One more thing he is not a licensed broker, but he will try to impress you that he is a licensed broker. As a matter of fact, he is a very shrewd person looking to trap you in signing his contract. DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING THAT COMES OUT OF HIS MOUTH. He has hired a licensed broker name Lance Dicaire who has sold his soul to Shane and let him act like a broker. Both of these guys are a disgrace to the profession of real-estate and have been reported to North Oakland County Board of realtors and Michigan depart of licensing and regulatory affairs.

Jessica Parsons: I͏ love Judy Cox and you will too!!!Judy is the best. Judy is very knowledgeable of the market and has a ton of resources. When my buyer could not get approved for a loan from their original lender, Judy referred them to an alternate lender who ultimately gave them a loan. Judy also knows painters, exterminators and anybody else you might need to aid in the sale of your home. Judy made all of the arrangements and met with the contractors for me. Judy never left me hanging. She frequently kept in touch with updates and returned my calls, emails, and texts within the same day, often within minutes. She also went out of her way to "stay on" the buyer's lender to make sure our closing was not unnecessarily delayed. Judy is at the top of her game and went above and beyond to help me sell my home. Judy was also my realtor when I purchased a home. We had issues with our loan and Judy was able to find us a different lender. On top of all of that she is just a lovely human being who was with me every step of the way in this stressful process. She is very savvy and skilled. While she is incredibly kind, she also is not afraid to get "tough" with the entities involved in the process to make sure that things get done. I will continued to use Judy for all of my real estate needs and I highly recommend her to anybody who is trying to sell or purchase a home.

Lori Callahan (Lolee): Rented from this place going on 7 years...and I got sick from black mold under my sink and Covid, that I told them about months before when I first noticed it, and we always worried about who'd they send out becausethey were us.. Guy totally unprofessional couldn't pay rent like I always have and they sent me a eviction through the mail saying it was a certified letter(nope). By the time I got it in the mail I had 3 days to be out! Plus I caught Covid after breathing in the black mold. Was so sick with Stress it made everything from covid feel 10xs worse. I was so scared

Pretty sad when you go in and tell them everything up front, tell them about being evicted, about why you were you leave nothing out, they tell you they will help you and get you and your 3 boys in to a place but then when you go back in to find out what’s going on with it they are hateful and rude and tell you that you hid the truth. Wow well I have seen some of the places you rent and I would say you run neck and neck with Ideal homes on nasty homes!!!

Steven Snyder: Rented a place from these folks for about 1.5 years then purchased the place. They were great folks to rent from. Of course I always paid my rent. Was late a couple times and they would call but were excellent about giving me a few extra days. If you pay your rent and arent out to screw your landlord these folks are top notch!
Shadey54: I came to this place to find a new home. I told them on the phone I had a dog but Danny said to come to the office anyways and we could work things out. John was at the office and said we should drive by the places available then come back on Monday. I did so and when I showed up on Monday Danny was in and I reminded him I had a dog. He said we could work something out but John had the keys so we couldn't look in the house immediately. He asked that we wait until 2:40pm. He never called, never showed. Later he ran into my cousin and apologized to her saying he just didn't want to allow dogs and didn't want a confrontation.Rather than simply saying no, he kept leading me on and wasting my time. This kind of spineless attitude is not something you should look for in a landlord.

Jason Allen: At first everything was good. Then when I told them I was moving out because I bought a house mark said “why didn’t they call me I would have told them you couldn’t afford it”. After 8 year of living there the carpet seams started to separate and they never replaced it. They charged me for all kinds of stuff during their final walk through that was already missing or damaged that they already knew about and was supposed to fix but never did.
