I went over details with him in the initial consult of my property situation and what my desired outcome was.I provided him a retainer to investigate the details for me. He later emails me sounding like he did not at all understand what my desire was with the property. I explained that this concerned me. He much later called me and was frankly quite rude. No customer should be treated this way by any organization.

Lisa Bundick: The most terrible experience with Craig Federlein I was taken advantage of. He will not return your calls, you can only speak to his assistant Kristie who is very rude, and treats you like your a bother. I paid $1,300 to retain his services, I was willing to pay anything to save my grandmothers home. After we weren’t able to achieve getting certain paper work signed, I was not offered any other legal advice, he ignored me until the home went up for auction. I still had a chance to try and save the home, I tried to call Federlein but I couldn’t talk to him because he was on vacation. When he returned from vacation it was too late. He and his assistant has caused so much pain to me and my family. I have struggled with so much anxiety and depression from this entire situation. All I wanted was a phone call from the lawyer I hired and some type of effort. PLEASE SPARE YOURSELF AND YOUR FAMILY of this entire law firm.

Chris Blatter: Keep getting nasty letters saying I own rent and no longer own my place. I always pay my rent on time and when I call for info they won't tell me anything
Patrick Bill: I gave him the details in the situation so they would give me a cost estimate the next week. I never heard from them. I called and talked to the secretary and she said she would have someone call me. Nothing!! I sent them an email still nothing.
C E: They’re right - Landlords ARE people, too. (Well, except for the corporations both American and international that are buying up houses all over the country, but i digress).Landlords are people who buy up real estate they don’t need, making it more scarce and more expensive for regular families, and then have those families who can now no longer afford home ownership pay their unnecessary mortgages for them (plus profit!) in the form of inflated rents - further crippling those families’ ability to save enough to buy their own home. What do we call people who don’t have an actual job and rely on the labor of others for their income? Freeloaders? Idk, I’m asking…Anyway, I like to sleep at night, so I’m on the side of regular hardworking people who are just trying to live, but that’s just my silly empathy and sense of justice talking. This law firm seems more interested in living up to stereotypes about lawyers.
