Urgent warning to both buyers and sellers, if you want to have a professional buying or selling experience please stay away from Shane Adams and Remax select. Shane Adam is a snake oil salesman. He is extremely dishonest and will say anything to trap you as a buyer or seller. One more thing he is not a licensed broker, but he will try to impress you that he is a licensed broker. As a matter of fact, he is a very shrewd person looking to trap you in signing his contract. DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING THAT COMES OUT OF HIS MOUTH. He has hired a licensed broker name Lance Dicaire who has sold his soul to Shane and let him act like a broker. Both of these guys are a disgrace to the profession of real-estate and have been reported to North Oakland County Board of realtors and Michigan depart of licensing and regulatory affairs.

Danielle Brown: Called today to see about a four bedroom rental, he said he has one, asked if i had pets, told him about my FULLY REGISTERED service dog who is a german shepard, and he came off quite rude and said that it wouldnt work having a big dog in the home. Since it is illegal to discriminate against a service animal ill be contacting my lawyer today

Steven Snyder: Rented a place from these folks for about 1.5 years then purchased the place. They were great folks to rent from. Of course I always paid my rent. Was late a couple times and they would call but were excellent about giving me a few extra days. If you pay your rent and arent out to screw your landlord these folks are top notch!

Shadey54: I came to this place to find a new home. I told them on the phone I had a dog but Danny said to come to the office anyways and we could work things out. John was at the office and said we should drive by the places available then come back on Monday. I did so and when I showed up on Monday Danny was in and I reminded him I had a dog. He said we could work something out but John had the keys so we couldn't look in the house immediately. He asked that we wait until 2:40pm. He never called, never showed. Later he ran into my cousin and apologized to her saying he just didn't want to allow dogs and didn't want a confrontation.Rather than simply saying no, he kept leading me on and wasting my time. This kind of spineless attitude is not something you should look for in a landlord.
