Regena Campbell: This is my first experience this year and someone has already stolen my daughter's package (a debit card and check). It was mailed Priority First Class Signature Confirmation (money lost) with a return address. I mailed it Saturday, it was delivered and signed for Monday (technically 2 days) and "they" claim it was "thrown away" because it went to the wrong building! Really?!! Why not send it back - Return To Sender?!! What type of incompetent person (no doubt with a college level education) would throw away a Priority package? Do not the school have some type of roster with students name and location? When I called the school I totally got the 'run-around' from everyone - from building to building I was bounced. I'm just too upset right now; no one was held accountable and there is nothing to be done about it. I did contact the United States Postal Inspectors because I believe it was stolen. So I will keep my fingers crossed.

Jasmine Rul: Some of the staff is nice, others can't be bothered to help you. I enjoy the layout of the buildings and the rooms are okay. Waaaay to expensive for what you are getting. The elevators stop working a lot so be sure to leave earlier than planned. Although some think needing to swipe your Mcard at the front door, the entrance to the elevators, and in the elevators is extreme, I think it's comforting to know there is added security.
Bbox: Lived here while attending UM-Flint, had zero issues moving in and the room was exactly what I was looking for. The only gripe I had was that our dorm fridge did not work, but within a couple days we were given a new one free of charge.
Lilefoot: This place sucks in every way. It is like a prison and ridiculous overpriced. Almost everything is out of order and the staff just a big joke. It is a ripp off and I can highly recommend not to stay there !!! Even one star is way more than this place deserves!!!
Matt Portice: I lived here while attending college. My apartment/dorm was really nice. Access to the parking ramp was very convenient. The front counter staff was friendly and helpful. On-location laundry was very nice.
