Atkins RV: what do users think?
Tom Smith: My wife Margaret wanted to up grade out class c motor home and she wanted to stop and shop at your location. Boy, are we happy we did. Paul showed and sold us are dream motor home in less than an hour. Paul was very thorough in all aspects of the home and walked us through any questions we had regarding operation of features we were unsure of. We met with Cathy a couple of days later, and we were on our way.It was a pleasure working with Paul and Cathy and would recommend if in need of a used motor home give them a call….Glad we did.Tom and Peggy Wittbrodt-Smith
Scott Krahn: Paul and his team made stepping up to a class A motorhome a no pressure decision. Paul understood what we were looking for and guided us in making the right decision. If you are looking for a used rv go see Paul you'll be happy you did.
Darlene Benore: Friendly service, mechanic was very informative
Art Meyer: Purchased our first motor home from them. Paul is one of the most honest people we have ever met. Treated us right and explained everything he knew about unit.Very happy.
Wendy Olsen: Paul Atkins is Not the good family man he pretends to be! he had my trailer for 15 months charged me $10,000 to get the system operating and then nothing worked properly, I sued him, but he did not pay, please don’t go to this place for anything!
Greg Lewis: Very friendly people, good place to have work done on your rv. Front office could use an update but overall Very friendly place to buy and service your rv.
Debi Ford: Didn't have what we needed but was very helpful sent us in the right direction. Thank you
Craig Coleman: Great service repairman
james truskin: Lovely people, everyone was very kind, accommodating and courteous, but despite the well-above-market price we paid for our RV (based on the quality of what we could see) they were not transparent about what they knew about the coach underneath. We are new RVers, and we asked if it was ready to drive our family across the country and they said yes. That would have been very dangerous had we done this.I needed to spend $6,000 to replace all the steering, and rear brakes, which were shot. It drives and stops a lot better now, as it should.None of the supplied keys opened the cargo holds, so I’ll need to spend additional in time to secure our belongings. When I filled up the water tank and turned on the pump, water started pouring out the water drain valve, which had disintegrated. The batteries had no strap and were just sitting on the carrier under the coach. We were sent videos of (well, most of) the systems as an instructional - due to COVID they felt that was safer than showing us a real demo. Which meant we didn’t get to see all the systems, including the water not functioning. We went off their trust that everything was good.Other electrical issues in the rear tail and indicator lighting was also not disclosed until we recognized the issues on the road.Lastly, when I had a question about where to find something on the coach, I never got a call back.So what started as a nice and warm experience with Atkins RV has turned sour as they either did not check some basic safety and systems functions on the coach, or chose to not disclose the true state of the motorhome to us. Disappointed.
Christine Vanvleet: A small business run by very nice people.
Missy Harris: Very easy to work, no high pressure sales tactics, very knowledgeable in RV's and answered all our questions regarding our RV. Loved working with them. Highly recommend!!
Marlene Stone: Great place. Nice people.
Penny Kolpin: Wonderful people ! Great deals and very considerate about answering any questions we had about the RVs for sale. They even came in on their day off to show us an RV !! If you're shopping for an RV, please shop there First !
Don Giackino: We bought our first motor home from Atkins this past April 2020. Had a wonderful experience with Paul, Cathy and the support staff. When we pointed out some repairs that were needed, they were completed without hesitation. I had done over 2 months of research trying to find what I was looking for and made a few offers to other dealers. Then I found Atkins and the RV that fit our style and budget. Their up front price was significantly lower than anyone and the RV was in great shape. I would highly recommend this dealership both for value and friendliness.
William Milligan: Bought our RV in February 2020, and am very pleased with the Motorhome we purchased. Tucker and Shane took over 4 hours going over it before we drove it home. They were very thorough in showing us how things work. Would go back again !!
kevin delay: In a letter dated February 25, 2020, we received communication from Michael J. Gildner of Simen, Figura & Parker, P.L.C., a person identifying himself as the corporate counsel for Atkins RV. In this letter, Mr. Gildner accused us of posing “many social media postings” that he told us we “know are false.” He further claimed that his client (Adkins RV) did not make any false allegations to us or “make promises about how the vehicle would operate at some point in the future.” The attorney then told us if we did not retract our social media reviews that he would do what he “must to protect my client’s reputation.”So, we are removing the original review and letting this stand as our comment. We have a complete and documented timeline of our experience. In our Facebook review, he made several comments to our post. These are in response to his post.- We did not continue to drive the unit after the serpentine belt shred. The unit could not be driven as the belt is involved in making that possible. Therefore we also did not "melt" the coil packs.- We did not ruin the catalytic converter. We have the box of dust that Camping World pulled out of the catalytic converter when they repaired the unit. It was already in that condition.- We did not sue him and lose. We filed a complaint in Michigan's AG office and they facilitated three rounds of communications, which is their process.- Mr. Atkins offered us $400 or $500 which did not even cover our towing and car rental costs, let alone residual repairs.
Stephen Neuman: Good experience. Bought an RV from them about 1 year ago- 5000 miles later and no problems at all. Everything worked when we picked it up and still does. Friendly people, low pressure, knowledgeable and helpful. Enjoying the Monaco very much. Thanks guys.
Ervin Fulst: Purchased the Best used Motorhome that I have ever had, " had three". No complaints here! They had the coach ready to go when I arrived, New tires, oil changes, And CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN. Thanks Paul and the Atkins Family.
Nadine DeMott: Great place to get an RV. Check them out they have lots in stock.
Damn_ WhiteAss: 👍
Peggy Hodge: Nice put together motor homes

Phillips RV Center: what do users think?
Lara Mazek: I cannot recommend them enough!! They are honest, reliable, and stick to their word. We bought a used camper from them that we knew had some damage that they had repaired. We didn’t get to fully test out the camper for until about 6 months after, and we found a few issues. We called Phillips RV and I was fully expecting them to tell us we bought the camper as is and we’d be screwed. But, they didn’t hesitate to fix the problems and they went above and beyond for us. It’s so hard to find good, honest salespeople, I’ll be using them for all of our camper needs in the future.
scott mitchell: Very nice and helpful, thank you
marybeth Lawton: Amazing guys here!! I've brought my RV to 3 other places in the area for past services and issues and I can't even compare how amazing the customer service and everything is here.Rusty and his guys really know their work very well and do a stellar job. Well above and beyond every other shop I've been to. Thank you thank you thank you!!!
Randy Nitzschke: My 15 year old pop-up had a converter issue. It died. Mary ordered the part and within a few days it was in. I delivered the camper and one hour later, out with the old, and in with the new. Dave tested it in and out, left to right, and top to bottom. Everything is working as it is supposed to. Thanks to Dave and Phillips RV for great service.
Charles O'Bryan: Helpful friendly people
Bruce DeShano: Paid for my new 28' in closed trailer and Taylor and everything was in order and an easy sale.
Jordan: Phillips RV sold me an Ac unit for my enclosed racing trailer. Has not worked for me once since they installed it and I paid just over $1000 for the service. Now for him to fix the issue that I have been having from day 1 he wants to charge me 100. I will buy the part and install it myself. If you need AC DO NOT GO HERE!! They don't stand behind their product or installation. That's right from the owner himself. SHADY BUSINESS !
Bill Krupp: Awesome place
Patrick Danahy: These guys are top notch. Down to earth, fair and honest. Rusty is a skilled rv mechanic.
douglas mccallum: Get your best deal in town right there
Delbert L Scheumeman I I: Great friendly business man of is word
Brandon Huff: Pretty sure this place is closed, all items are used and run down, the office is open every time I go by. I have had absolutely no luck here.
flylipsdad: Stopped in for an odd part and they didn't have it but they could order it and they thought they might have one out in back so they are looking for it for me.
Rebecca Hilliker (ga): Excellent to work with.
Charles Desmet: Straight up place
Nicole Wortelboer: Did an awesome job on my Forest River Wildwood! Did some repairs and replaced the carpet! Highly recommend!
Sam Oswald: Friendly with good inventory of parts
Chris Campbell: Great place wonderful buying experience and great service
Jeremiah Thomason: Overpriced and hard to get into
Clinton Wallace: This local dealer and employees are one of the best. Prices are reasonable and they resolved a hitch issue that General RV botched. Thank you phillips RV.
tammie miller: Randy and Trevor are awesome. It a great place to get all your camper needs. Been going to Philips for about 22 years.

Leisure Days Travel Trailer Sales, Inc.: what do users think?
Frank A.: Small, friendly business.
Bill Nelson: It's amazing!!!! If you go in there and treat them with respect, a smile and a good attitude....They absolutely respond in kind!!!!Not that I've ever experienced anything less from Leisure Days, but I hear people fuss and complain about trailer service, those folks need to try Leisure Days!!!Thank YOU!On October 17, 2022 my Bride purchased a new 2022 camping trailer from Leisure Days. I cannot stress enough that if you need service or supplies... or yes, even want to purchase a camping lifestyle... try the wonderful people at Leisure Days!Bill
Richard Gillett: They have excellent customer service and parts. My favorite Camper Parts Store in Clio!!!
Rob Keely: Shout out to Leisure Days Travel for giving my '97 Dutchmen Aristocrat a new lease on life! There was a lot of rot on the back end and some on the roof plus there were some other repairs I had requested and they handled them all for a fair price. This is why I believe in shopping local. Family run business with great, personal care!
Greg Jones: Dropped off our camper for repair. They are always super friendly and extreamly helpful. Even showed me a few things I'm doing wrong when hooking up to my camper.
James T III: They have been very helpful i purchased a pop up camper a few weeks ago and this place has answered all my questions and got me set up with what i need i would recommend them above the rest in the area and wouldnt waste my time going anywhere else
Victor Ex: So grateful for these folks. Had an issue with my travel trailer on the way north and even though they were busy they took a look, went and got parts, and fixed me up so my family and I could continue our trip. They jumped right on it, kept me informed of what was needed, and walked me through a breakdown of the cost. The technicians and ladies in the office were all great to work with. Even the price was reasonable. They've earned all of my business and referrals.
Keith Porter: Great people
Curt B.: Nice small family-run operation. The folks were very helpful.I thought I needed some dry slide lubricant but the owner told me don't put any on the type of slides that I have , they don't need it!Actually talked me out of buying something I didn't need and I sure do appreciate that kind of service. They did have the other part I needed and I sure do appreciate the good pricing and the family oriented service.this is a great place to take your RV needs.
john kuznicki: IT'S A GREAT PLACE AND HAS A GOOD SUPPLIE OF CAMPING STUFF
ginny severt: Excellent
Terry Springsteen: Great service. Great people all around.
Jo Ann Uhrynowski: The lady was quite busy on the phone and unable to help. Her husband tried. We left.
Sharon Estep: Friendly, helpful, sincere and courtesy will be going in again next year.
MaryAnn DuPuis: Good People
Jeremy Anderson: My family and I were traveling up north for the weekend when one of our wheel bearings completely failed. I called Leisure Days and spoke with Kim who said they would be able to help. I had the camper towed there and it was a great experience. They were able to replace both bearings and a hub that needed to be replaced as well, while waiting my daughters enjoyed popsicles and playing with the friendly dog. I really cant say how great the whole experience was. I highly recommend this dealership if you value honest caring people. I know I will be back!
Michellle Pannett: My family has bought campers here for years.
Richard Julian: Polite and honest.
Tim Gasperosky: Kim and Tony are a fantastic team at Leisure Days. Kim made the purchasing process quick and smooth. Tony went over every detail regarding the function and operation of the trailer. I left fully confident with the purchase I made and was very pleased. Skip the big local RV stores and head over to Leisure Days. They will take care of you right 👍
Debbie Prouty: My husband and I had an emergency with our truck. It wasn't easy to find someone to haul our fifth wheel to the nearest campground. I called a few rv places and they said no. A towing company was expensive. Leisure Days Travel was ready to rescue us for a reasonable rate. I appreciate them helping us so much! The guys came and hauled it and helped get us settled. Thank You! Thank You Kim, Derek and John! I hope I remembered the names correctly. You are lifesavers and amazing!!
Jennifer crim: I just had the greatest customer service at Leisure Days...Thank you so much for printing out the info I needed to find a part!

TradeWinds RV Center: what do users think?
Kristen Trout: Kris was awesome! He took his time and answered all of our questions. Never once did we feel rushed or under any pressure to buy. He was so easy to talk too. He made buying our RV so smooth and fast! I will definitely recommend anyone to go see Kris, if they are looking to buy. Great place and great staff!
Ken Trout: Kris and the staff at Tradewinds were top notch. I will definitely and have already recommend them, thanks for helping us with our RV purchase.
Jordan Ruggles: Kris was absolutely awesome and helped me and my fiancé buy our very first camper! He was super honest and we all had so much fun looking at campers and finishing the deal. It was a night and day difference from general RV down the street, I’d say avoid them and come see Kris at Tradewinds! Thank you again for the best experience😊
Bonnie Beltinck: We purchased a 21 ft. Jayco camper from Tradewinds in Clio MI. We haven't yet used it but it looks very well made and can't wait to use it. We can't say enough about the team at Tradewinds. From our Salesman to the techs. Our Salesman Kris Atwell was wonderful. He spent a lot of time trying to find what we wanted, including a Sunday phone call. He said his job was to make us happy and he succeeded 100%.
Jim Lanave: My wife and I really like Tradewinds. They were very good to us and we love our camper. Tara is great.
Dann Vessell: It's difficult to deal with service.
Robert Fair: Everyone we talked to at TradeWinds RV about purchasing our new Jayco travel trailer was very friendly, and knowledgeable. We were under no pressure to make a purchase. We have encouraged people looking an RV to put TradeWinds on their shopping list.
Roy Renner: I like it better than General RV
Let's Go Glamping: They are the best RV dealership I have ever dealt with. Down to earth and honest.
Jason Curtis: Terrible service. Bought a brand new 2022 RV just before labor day weekend 2022. Picked it up the day we were leaving to camp. A service guy was attempting to fix the molding on the outside of the RV which he said he could fix once we bring it back to get the floor fixed. When we asked about what was wrong with the floor, we found out that there was a rip in it that no one had mentioned to us (till the service guy did right before we drove off with the RV) but the flooring was on order. We took the RV camping and continued to notice numerous things wrong with it. The radio didn’t work, trim was broke, all the caulking in the bathroom was hanging off within a day, fire extinguisher mount fell off, cupboard clips broke, etc. We have a three page invoice of 22 things that needed to be fixed. The sales people acted like they bent over backwards for us by getting the trailer in for service even though it was supposed to be brand new with nothing wrong. Still waiting on a few final fixes going into 2023 and now they are saying they can’t even get it in for certain things until June 5th of 2023. The lady I talked to in service was so rude. She wouldn’t tell me an estimation of how long they would have the RV or how long it would take to get the corrections made. Even though we have an appointment, they can’t say if they can get it done within a couple hours or a couple weeks because “everyone else has appointments too”. Absolutely terrible service where they make you out to be the bad guy. They wouldn’t even winterize the RV for free to make up for all our inconvenience even though it was only $120 service. They have no sense of keeping their customers happy or making it right with the paying customers. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Sherry Potter: Kris is a very good sales person. Would deal with him always. Very trust worthy. Adding to this. My husband and I loved the video Mike sent us for orientation on how our camper works, and where everything is. We picked it up onv1/6. Husband checked it back over, and everything is fine. Kris is really great at sales. He was walking out the door before we were out of our truck. While we were hooking up the trailer to our truck, he grab another customer out in the parking lot. While every other sales person stayed inside building.. He is a go getter and knows what he is talking about. Thanks Kris, Ron & Sherry Potter will always deal with you in the future, and recommend you to others.
Karissa Johnson: My husband and I have started looking for travel trailers and were still unsure of what features were most important to us. We've been to a few different places and this by far was the best experience. We worked with Mike, who was knowledgeable, kind, and patient. He really allowed us to look around to figure out what we wanted. I highly recommend Trade Winds RV Center for anyone looking to buy!
Robert B (rb): We very much enjoyed the low-pressure sales experience we had with everyone we dealt with. They were also very friendly and knowledgeable.
Samantha H: Posting on behalf of my mother Lynn S. "Thank you to the Tradewinds staff for their kindness and attention to detail on the purchase of my first travel trailer. Great people and great experience"
Darris Delgado: My family has been loyal customers for years
Warloxide: Amber was definately a big help, she made sure customer service was the top priority. Amazing customer service skills
Bill Nelson: The sales person was jovial. He did his best to show us what he wanted... And even though he did a good job quietly up selling, we ended up purchasing from a different dealership.
Dayna Schmidt: Casey was very helpful and he is a great salesmen. Had a great time there.
John Herek: We had a slide topper awning issue and we were heading out of town. The service department went above and beyond to get it repaired and get us on the road on time. These guys are the best!Every Rig that comes in is in a hurry, these folks do a great job setting the expectations and keeping us updated on the progress.Even though these folks have to deal with some customers that a less than desirable and rude, they still remain professional and courteous.
shaun hogan: Top notch service and sales… definitely will be buying another camper for Alan! And the service department is top notch service! Thanks Tom! And all Associates.
Sandy Sergent: We were greeted by Karen, a very friendly lady, who introduced us to our salesman, Kris. Kris helped us find exactly what we wanted and went over the info without being pushy. but we wanted to shop around a little. 2 days later, we came back with an inspector and once again, Kris was nothing but informative and friendly, no sales pitch. We put a deposit down and will be taking delivery on it in a few days. Rather you are shopping for new or used I highly suggest you stop in and see this guy. and Kris, if you see this, thank you for helping us find a way to fit our new dream camper into our not so dreamy budget, and for helping me out with my insane trust issues... You went above and beyond!

Marvin Henry: These guys are awesome kept me updated throughout my whole repair process, they removed a water damaged section of flooring and laid new floors sealed up leak areas and laid new linoleum tile throughout the camper they even replaced my 2 toilets and recliners at no cost I definitely will be recommending All Around RV to everyone I know with campers. I can't wait to test out the sturdiness of the repaired flooring and the rest of the updates! I will give another review after the Summer

Steven Cater: Attempted to contact via phone and web page. They did not return contact.
Bryan Smoger: Took my camper in for a “roof reseal” and they charged me $450 to recaulk over the existing caulk and when I questioned it they said a complete roof reseal is $2500. This place is a joke take your business else where. They don’t even deserve the one star I had to give them.
chris dickinson: NO WAY !!!!!! Nice enough people. Came out B4 anyone else could or would. Shabbily fixed some of the problems. Then could not get fridge right. Then the lying started. Then I got my rig and left.... NEVER TO DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE EVER AGAIN!Services:Battery,Electrical

Keith Vanpelt: Critical:PunctualityCalled and setup appointment and didn't show. Tried to call the next day and got the answer machine.
Rose Dydyczyn: She told us be out to take a look at our slide 26th of June never showed. We called again and she said she would be out on the 29th . Still no show.We saw her down the road so husband asked her again . She said as soon as she finished she would be there. She did show up BUT she showed up across the street from us. Worked on the camper charged her $315 for her job and left . Not even a “I don’t do slides”, I can’t get to you” . Anything but to just leave without a word. The worst customer service I have ever experienced!!!!She just picks and chooses the jobs that are fast money makers for her. Whether she is good or not I would NEVER recommend her at all.I would have understood if she just would have said I don’t feel comfortable doing that job but to leave you hanging????
andre theberge: He never return my calls , times
Swamp_Fox _Jake: Called twice and asked if I could get someone to come look at my camper and was told “Yes possibly this afternoon, if not tomorrow.” ..... that was 2 weeks ago now, so just don’t even waste your time with these people.
Tim W: A little difficult to get ahold of because she is so busy. She drove out to the campground I was staying at (on a Sunday) and replaced a cable for my living room slide. Very professional, hard working and extremely fair priced. She bailed us out of a difficult situation. Thank you very much Rachel
Fred Folts: Had an appointment for Tuesday, no show, no call. Finally got a hold of a person said I was scheduled for Tuesday, took it I had the wrong date. Tuesday showed up, I called was told they would see me that day working on a plumbing project, again no show, no call. Now looking to find someone to check trailer when we are supposed to be pulling out Saturday.

Ken Hand: Great people!!! Karin and Steve were amazing to me!
Margaret Ondrajka: No pressure buying, high prices
Mark Dixon: Not nice people at all, she bluntly told me they dont want my business because I didnt buy from them. I lived in lapeer for over 20 years and forest river has stopped making the RV i wanted so i had to go out of state to get one in stock i worked with forest river directly to find it. Not my fault I couldn't by local. They told me they dont want someone else warranty. This is a manufactures warranty and they are a forest river dealer. This whole industry needs to change and these type of dealers need to be run out. I will tell everybody in lapeer county to go somewhere with better customer service. Update to owners response. what your saying is not true since Forest river told me to take it to you for warranty work. I took it to A&s in Auburn hills, all my issues were taken care of quickly. 1 year later I'm looking at buying a bigger one I just bought a bigger truck and looking at 38 ft 5th wheels. guess who will get my business A&S that's who. the woman on the phone at your business was very rude not a nice person at all.
Karen Goodrich: We have purchased from them before, always a great experience!
Kim Parker: Purchased a pop up from this establishment and called to get advice, parts, or education and was told they do not work on pop ups and no direction or help after. Out to make a buck only and does not care about helping on a product on they sell. High dissatisfied. Go to Circkle K it's down the road and they help everyone.
Allan Perry: Just looking around for now but the staff was friendly and helpful.
Douglas Ward: They were closed to early
