J W: Guy came out on a Saturday so I could show him where I needed the dirt to dumped. He didnt say a word about any potential issues. They were supposed to deliver on Monday while I was at work. I got home, no dirt, no phone call. I called and he said the driver came out but didnt feel comfortable driving on the asphalt driveway with all that weight so I needed to be home to sign the waiver. I dont know why this didnt come up when he was there on Saturday. So I tell him 8:00-9:00 the next Saturday would be fine. Driver shows up at 6:56 and Im still in bed. Its dark out so I dont know how they expected the driver to see where he was going. I showed the driver with a flashlight. At this point he hadn't said a word about the wet grass and possibly not being able to make it out to the backyard where the hole was that I needed filled in. He backed up to not even half way there and says he cant make it any further because he is sinking. He also adds that he has to dump where he is or he cant get out. I told him if he had any doubts he shouldn't have even attempted. Why would anyone want two hills of sand (40 yards) that they now have to figure out how to move, sitting in their yard? The driver put the other guy on the phone (guy who came out first and never said a word about potentially not being able to make it all the way back or the asphalt driveway being a problem). I told him the same thing. Just be honest with people and tell them so they can make the decision. Of course they had a guy they suggested who could come out and move it who also gives them business. Its just frustrating that this could have been avoided had they both been honest with me. But then they don't get paid... The only reason why I am giving 2 starts is because both guys were nice. Horrible communication. Guy on the phone even said this happens often....so why not be honest with your customers?

Robert Hunt: Service and prices have been good in the past. Disappointed in my last load of crushed stone (21AA). Not a lot of stone in it and I ended up with a muddy mess for a party I was having.
