The Dive Shop: what do users think?
Robert Huta: They helped me out tremendously as I desperately needed a “save a dive trip” items for my gear… I was traveling by them on my way to the airport. Through a series of calls and messages while driving towards them they organized what I needed and had them ready for me for a fast pick up. They were fantastic to work with. They “get” customer service. Will work with them again in the future!
Jennifer Henderson: Super friendly amd helpful staff!
Amanda Cohoon: Great service, big selection. If they don't have it they will order it for you.
Andy Cook: The best dive shop around! This shop is top notch on every level. They carry a large assortment of equipment in all different price ranges for all your diving needs. They’ve been in business for longer than I’ve been alive. I was certified at another location but I have no doubt they have very good training and produce great divers. Kevin the owner is awesome and will help and answer any questions you have. He even turned me away from buying things from him I didn’t need! They have a large air bank and always fill tanks without delay.
Bob Love: Amazing team! Can’t say enough about the Dive shop.
bigdougdog: I was looking for a place to take my stress and rescue class and found this shop as well as it's class offerings on the SSI App. Something that really appeals to me in my life. The class was good, they were very accommodating, and had a pool right on site.
Sheri Anderson: It was our first time trying scuba, my family of four really, really enjoyed it! Kim the instructor was very knowledgeable, patient and congenial.I really think I'm going to do it again - it was so much fun🙂
Justin Turnbull: Best place in town
Jacob King: Unfortunately they can't hydro test paintball tanks anymore but Kevin is super knowledgeable and a very nice guy. He cares a lot about his business and his customers. I would definitely recommend him to anyone!
Keith M: Just got certified at the Dive Shop. Everything from the class to the open water exam was perfect. The instructors were very very helpful and knowledgeable. Great facility and a awesome selection of scuba gear.
Nate T: had to edit my review. not happy at all won't be back.i dropped my paintball tank to be rehydrod they cut my tank cover (about 25$) off and had it for almost 2 months give or take i called multiple times about itfinally told them i need my tank and i picked it up and they didn't even send it out the owner went on vacation and left a bunch of tanks just sitting with no explanation.so editing my reviewmy tank never went to a facility and my cover was gone when i came to get it and was there when i left iti was told by an employee the owner went on vacation 2 days after i dropped my tank off and it wasn't in December that I dropped it off. it was at the beginning of spring and I needed my tank back to play but didn't have it.i actually had to just show up to get it so i could take it somewhere else
Nicholas: I went scuba diving here! The instructor was a very nice guy. He was very attentive and helpful despite me knowing nothing about scuba diving. I’d go again!
Angry Mechanic: As always the dive shop took care of all of my needs and questions. My family has been going to them for years and years now. I'll continue to go back.
Jason Fish: I was certified here and LOVED it. Such great people, great teachers and mentors. They have a great shop where you can get anything and everything you want and need without being pushed into expensive stuff for no reason. So happy this is where I started and will continue my dive journey :)
Sean Etson: Great people
Gay Lewis: Best shop and staff ever!!
Robert Morrill: Lucky to have a dive shop like this in genesee county. Great prices, great staff. They truly care about the customer and then sport of scuba. They will not sell you junk
Dorene Wilson: Great place to go to learn how to snorkel and scuba dive. The customer service is 5 star.
Ron Lockhart: There's no place I would trust more with my equipment which equals my life
Drew Nauseda: Great service, I just had a tank recertified and have 2 more getting certified. Looking forward to the underwater pumpkin carving contest at Otter Lake coming up!
Jay Smith (RelaxEnjoyBeKind): [please "like" if this is helpful]Quality: staff, facility and gear. Lots of experience and passion for doing the sport safely.Pool on premise, technical training, filling station (precisely maintained to ensure clean fills), exotic gasses, etc. Scuba travel planning for abroad and local. This 30 something year old dive shop shows its age from the curb, but inside you will feel the benefit of all those years of expertise and customer goodwill.
