Haneefah El-Amin: Yesterday, I would have given a 5 star.I ordered a 5 piece Lamb Dinner on Saturday May 13. The lamb was well seasoned and cooked just right. In fact is was so good I decided instead of going out with family today Mother's Day, I would reorder what I had yesterday. What a mistake. The only seasoning I can taste on the meat is salt and I asked for medium- well not burnt! Unfortunately, I don't think I will be ordering from Taboon's anymore.Dietary restrictions: The dietary options are great when followed. Yesterday I asked for a Greek salad without tomatoes and olives but yet there were tomatoes and olives in it. Today when ordering, I informed them about and was told they would make sure it wouldn't happen today and it was was fine.

There was only 1 other table, the waitress made eye contact twice and never even said hello or that she would be with us in a minute. F C: They have the best garlic sauce around! Bread had gone downhill- usually overcooked and hard.This place moves locations pretty often- so that's odd. I thought with them moving into the old Pizza Hut they'd have a fresh start and clean it up- but they haven't. They literally painted over issues and I guess that's tolerable to them. I think they should've stayed in the plaza by Saganos- at least that building was clean and renovated. Food is still great, but the interior of the building needs work, and their waitstaff is ALWAYS different.Deboned chicken, chicken Shawarma, and smoothies are always great.

Kate Masters: After not eating at Taboon for quite some time due to a poor dining experience, my partner and I decided to give it another try after the owner encouraged us to. I will say, the owner was incredibly kind and waived the cost of our dinner tonight as a nice gesture after our last experience.We ordered the taboon combo for two, as well as extra pita and toum. Unfortunately, the experience wasn't much better than the last time. The kafta was both burnt and raw at the same time... an odd combination. The outside had blackened burnt bits and the inside of the kafta was the texture of rare/medium rare. The steak pieces were charred on the outside. I will say the chicken and grilled veggies were good!Fattoush salads were great as always, and the toum tasted amazing as well. The pitas were nearly inedible, hard as rocks, and very difficult to enjoy.All in all, I have mixed feelings. The owner, Carmel, is clearly a nice man with good intentions. He kept his word and did his best to give us a better experience. We truly appreciate his generosity, and his kindness.
David Andrews: We had a great lunch today at Taboon. If you enjoy Mediterranean food this is the best around. The restaurant is very clean and has a relaxing decor. We had Chicken Shish Kabob and Beef Schwarma, both were delicious, and the portions are huge. The tabbouli salads were excellent too, and the fresh hot bread with garlic sauce is the best.Our waiter was Frank, and he took very good care of us with excellent service and a friendly smile. The entire meal was only around $25 , treat yourself soon and ask for Frank, you wont be disappointed!

Lamarr English: I’m a huge middle eastern/ Greek food lover, so this was my first stop in the farmers market. Everything was fresh, I got the chicken shawarma with rice the first time. Very filling and flavorful. Really enjoyed the garlic sauce with it. My next visit I got the grape leaves stuffed with lamb and rice. Everything gave me Detroit Lebanon restaurant vibes. Definitely a must try if you’re at the farmers market.
Denzel Moten: The chicken was good yet dry,but the price was a bit much for what I got. It was $12.50 for a half box of dry yet seasoned chicken and very good textured rice. It was missing romaine lettuce.

And they gave order to another I'm out 23.09 they said they refunded me but did not they did not give me cash back nor did it show up on my debit card.. not worth risking covid 19..

The owners and staff are amazing which makes the service amazing. The food if off the charts delicious. My favorite of course is the Shawarma. The meat grape leaves I can never leave without an order. If your here and havent tried this place before sets your fears aside and open your mouth to wonderful!

Joseph Hardy: Out of all fast food places, Arby's is one of my favs because of the beef n cheddar. But, I got some chicken nuggets with dinner tonight and they were raw. I should've known because I watched the cook take them out of the fryer before the timer went off. The wife and I have had a sour stomach since eating them, no we didn't eat all of them but realized they were raw after eating like 2 or 3 of them. If anyone goes here and gets the nuggets, I'd recommend getting them cooked extra to avoid raw nuggets.

Atlas Slurgenburgen: I've never had such an incredible experience at any other restaurant. The staff was kind, respectful, had a good sense of humor, and were just all around really nice people. I will definitely be coming back here. The only downside I experienced was the price of the food. I paid for two meals, which added up to ~$80.00. That was mind blowing. The food, luckily, was good enough to make up for the price, and more. I definitely recommend anyone reading this go there soon.

Addison Wagner: This place is amazing! The staff are kind and helpful about figuring out what to order and what they prefer. They are very personable and made the meal feel very homey. The food was amazing and affordable; you could tell it was prepared with care. They also explained what they used in the food (spices and otherwise) and were very passionate about it. You can tell that these people care about their food and the customers, and I'd recommend this place to everyone interested.

Melissa Emery: 5 stars isn't enough. This is genuinely the best dining experience of my life. I have celiac disease and can hardly ever eat at resturants because most don't accommodate gluten free, and if they do the risk for cross contamination is high. This place was diligent in making sure my food was allergen free. They have seperate fryers and food prep stations and all my food was flagged with gluten free indicators. Not only was the food gluten free, but it tasted better than any Lebanese food I've ever had in my life. The service was also amazing. The owner came and talked with us and the passion he has for quality food and making sure people with food allergies have a good experience was heart warming. I cannot say enough good things about this place. I'm so thankful for this restaurant.
Joseph Whalen: If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I happily would. Not only is the food absolutely incredible, but the care taken in every step of its preparation shines through in every aspect. The staff treated us like royalty, from the moment we walked in the door until we left happy and full. All of the food is authentic, delicious, and made with deliberate methods to avoid any sort of allergenic cross-contamination. I recommend this restaurant to anyone, whether you have a wheat, nut, or dairy allergy or not.

When it comes to the menu the options are numerous and unique. The prices are fair for the portions you receive. All food is made fresh to order and in a timely manner. The restaurant offers the options for pick up or sit down which is great for people on the go. I would highly recommend Teta's grill to anyone looking for authentic Lebanese cuisine.

Alex Taboada: I heard great things about this place so I figured I’d give it a try, unfortunately i was highly disappointed. I told the lady it was my first time and I was really excited - I was given soup while I waited which was a nice gesture but after saying i was excited and it was my FIRST TIME i was STILL served warmed up microwaved food. (i literally heard it in the back) there was nobody else in the restaurant during this time, at least take the 10-15mins to cook the food fresh please - you had the opportunity to have a returning customer but now I will say it was my first and last time there. Could’ve done better.
Gabe Adams: Stopped in for lunch on a Saturday. Chicken Shawarma wrap was fantastic. We also ordered some fries which were seasoned and very good. The wrap blows pita way out of the water. Will be back for more lunches thanks again

Michael Tullis: I wish I could report that the food at Shawarma & More is consistent, that it is amazing. The first time I ate their food I was excited to eat their food again. I loved most of what I ate, especially the tabbouleh and the kefta.I ordered both again today along with the rice I enjoyed my first time. I and added hummus today. The flavors struck me today as less than inspiring.I hope that Shawarma & More will find consistency and that it will reflect the high level of yumminess of my first time eating their food. If they do I’ll be excited for them, really excited.4.5 star for my first eat, 4 for my second. I hope my third try will be worthy of my excitement and endorsement.

Greg Bovee: I intentionally waited a bit before writing this to be sure I didn't overstate my opinion based upon my immediate impression. If anything, it's gotten more effusive! Almost on a whim, because they aren't real close to my home, I stopped in to try their Chicken Shawarma sandwich. Everything seemed to be cooked fresh to order, but it still didn't take very long. I can say without hesitation, that was the best Shawarma sandwich I've had in years if not ever, and I've had a lot of them! A good hearty garlic butter without being remotely bitter, excellent shawarma, perfectly grilled wrap. I loved it! While I waited, they even gave me a sample of their lentil soup & it was fantastic. I've been plotting to get there for one of their combo platters that I hope to try soon. BTW, it's a store front facility so the table area isn't anything to write home about. But the people were very friendly. I can't wait to go back!

Philip Paliani: My wife and I went in for lunch and saw all the chicken in front of the grill marinating in a large plastic garbage can in front of the grill. I understand this may be effective but the site of it is appalling.
Kimmy K: Stopped here on my way home. I hadn't been here in about 2 years. I must say that I was very disappointed. First, let me say that the staff were kind, friendly, and the restaurant and bathrooms were immaculate! However, the chicken (what I came here for) was very disappointing. It used to be so good, but it was cold and dry. I didn't see them grilling it like in the past, so they must cook it somewhere and let it set in a warmer for long periods of time. I was so disappointed. It was sinner time, so you would think that they would be cooking chicken, but they weren't. So disappointed. Doubt that I will return.

Brandi Brookman: I went through the drive thru and did not receive all of my order. Portions are small, prices are high. Food was cold and old. Staff was extremely rude as well. All around bad experience. I will not return. I assume they will be out of business soon, just like the other locations
Joseph Hardy: I ordered food through drive thru at 6:30 pm on Feb 25th. The girl that took my order had an attitude because I asked for a pint size side instead of individual size. I would of drive off and not even ordered but the wife wanted to eat YaYa's. Bad customer service, especially when they weren't even busy. To prevent a future problem she may cause, it may be in YaYa's best interest to fire her so she can work a job where she doesn't get upset doing what she was hired to do. I bet everyone that orders tonight is going to drive away wanted to give her a piece of their mind. That is all.

Twitching Dead Girl: YaYa's is the #1 spot for the BEST flame broiled chicken you'll ever have in your LIFE!I grew up near a YaYa's in Pontiac as a kid and I have the fondest memories of their chicken being the only kind I would eat. Everytime I visit Michigan I make sure to go by one of their restaurants to get a plate worth every penny & damn well worth the drive.I lived in flint for a while, and sadly this spot doesn't seem to be as well kept as some of the others.Was heartbroken when the original owners passed because you can tell the ingredients are the same, but definitely lacking in their quality (at least this location.)

Brooke Anne: I have never had such awful service and food in my life and at a yayas at that. Highly disappointed. Wouldn't refund my salad that had 3 bites taken out of it before I realized it was infact that bad, because they said half of it was gone when in reality they sold me basically a side salad for $14. Lesson learned I guess. Never again.
