Ashley Hollerback: Would give 0 stars if that was an option. Waited in the front of the building for a worker to come up, only for her to tell me that they don't ship returns there and I'd have to drive to a different location. No apology for my wait, no hello when she finally came up front. Just basically what do you want and then told me to go somewhere else. I wish I would have picked a different location in the first place, but the website said they do returns here. Never again:/. Was in store around 9:15 on 5/16/23
Kyle Lueschen: Got home early from work for signature required delivery that I NEEDED that day. Marked as “customer not home” will try again next day. Can’t get it next day. They never showed up to my home. Unbelievable, customer service over the phone was horrible. Went up to the store, lady was nice enough but didn’t do anything to help.
Jason Brown: Package containing a very dangerous item that required an Adult Signature was left on porch. Tracking showed I had signed for the delivery, despite I was over 1200 miles away from home. I wouldn't put a lot of trust behind the FedEx Drivers from this location.

Kim McKenzie: One star only because I have to. Signature required delivery, home waiting when it was supposedly delivered and signed for. Can't show me signature, no GPS in driver vehicle, but he SAYS he gave it to me, so I must be lying. Whole company is a mess. Untrained subs and no accountability top to bottom. Use UPS. Use USPS. Drive it there yourself. Anything is better than FedEx right now.
Bethany Luce: If you are shipping anything back from Walmart delivery, don't take it here. Take it to the FedEx in front of Hobby Lobby.

Shelley Koski: FedEx could not get my address location correct. Kept stating they attempted delivery when they did not, or at least they were attempting at the wrong address. Couldn't actually talk to anyone in shipping or that could get a message to the driver. Only thing is an 800 number that does Not connect to anyone local, or going on the website. Talked to Maureen in tech department, literally hung up in tears, and will Never choose FedEx again, not ever.
Alphonse Buclay: Quick service and friendly staff. When I was waiting for someone to retrieve my package, another exployee walked out looking like they were clocking out and they made sure that I was already appreciated.I was in and out within 10min.
You Suck: I tried calling a pointless robot picks up and doesn’t even understand my package number when i am reading it off the site given which is nike and i speak perfectly fine english. No point in running a business if you can’t even pick up a phone.
Adam Wulf: Whoever was working the front desk at 10:30am this morning needs to find a new job. You don't get to shout over customers and accuse shippers of not sending the package when FedEx's tracking system fails. Yell and shout over me all you want, but my customer's package was in the back right where I said it would be. It's amazing that your manager had no trouble finding it after you tried to tell my customer there was no way to find it of the tracking number was wrong (which it wasn't). Get fired.

Jeanneann Miller: Open late for people like me who can't always get places during banking hours! Super nice and helpful staff, who was also wearing penguin socks (I saw you) took time to listen and help me package up my return. Bonus for seeing the FedEx plane outside too!

Thomas Hanusik: Package was lost and there was no person on a phone to call and find out where my package was all I got was a fed ex number that was an automated machine. Finally three days later my expensive item was delivered and their tracking app still said delayed.

Lorelei DuBois: Over the course of time, I've taken lots of "shipments" here. The current counter staff is exemplary! Previously, it seemed as if the gal there was entirely inapropriatly placed . She was almost"hateful". The gal there now is totally opposite, and a real breath if fresh air . .and totally competent!
jon conyer: Received my package completely damaged clearly by the shipper as the package looked as if it was dropped or thrown around a bunch of times. After setting up the return of course being directed to Fed ex Store I was informed upon arrival my package couldn’t be accepted there. I had to take to a different location. Upon driving there not only did the person who was in charge dark haired lady who came from the back know it all. Had 0 hospitality skills when dealing with someone just trying to return something. Her words of advice were “I don’t know why people think Saginaw is so far away. Almost an hour from my house. Far away? How about I’ve just visited 2 locations with no prevail, let’s make it a third. We pay to ship things for a reason. She told me all the things she couldn’t do rather than what she could do. 0 help finding the correct place. Only interest was basically trying to teach me the logistics of fed ex’s express and ground differences. The call center was the only pleasant part of my experience.

Angela Mathes: This place was exceptionally nice. I asked the lady behind the counter if she could have someone come out and help me rebox something that I was shipping back under warranty. Reese was the name of the guy and he helped me get the liquid out and put it back into the bottle since it is a pressure washer and then helped me rebox it. When we took it inside, the lady behind the counter taped it up for me and shipped it out. Exceptional customer service!

Brianna Green: I've been waiting on a birth certificate to come in the mail. They keep trying to deliver it, in the morning, during the week (when most people are at work). The package requires a signature. Twice the driver left a sticky note (officialUPS delivery note) that said I could sign the back and they'd deliver it the next day. I just got an email saying they couldn't deliver it for the 3rd time now and that it will be sent back to the sender. Why leave a note if I can't sign it and get the package. The driver checked the box, too, saying I could sign the notes. Both of them. They're probably still on my front door where I left them yesterday and this morning.
Bethany Luce: Make sure you bring your own shipping label. Sometimes, the QR Code won't work.
Brian Talarico: I was congratulated by text 3xs on becoming a new employee and given a date for orientation. Showed up for orientation, was instructed to wait as they were waiting on one more person. Took photo copies of my I.D. and social walked me and 1 other gentleman around the facility to show us where we would be working and how things operate,all in all almost 2 hours and at the end of the tour we were told we were on a waiting list behind 5 people??? I stopped job searching for a week as I was congratulated on being a new hire. Hey UPS how bout you be a little more transparent with your hiring process. I'm sure running short on staff at busy times can be an issue,that doesn't mean you prey on people's need to make a living. Absolutely pathetic

Sherry Sherry: Original 5-star review:Out of the way, but always quick.Update 1/30/2023:Company-wide, the previously reliable customer service has utterly TANKED, based on multiple recent experiences I am continuing to deal with.They've lost 2 of my Amazon packages over the past 3 weeks, with NOTHING to show for it.On this particular visit, I was seeking help with an Amazon return that I was previously promised to have a pickup/label delivered to my home, but they have yet to show up!! When I went inside this location to get help with this unfortunate dilemma, they tell me there's nothing they can do to help, unless I cancel my Amazon return and explore a new option. While standing at the UPS counter, I was frantically searching for a way to "cancel" the Amazon return and could find no return-cancellation options (and no promises from UPS that it would not result in further problems with the expected return to Amazon!).They said, in the future, I should just leave it on my porch with no label and hope that it's a UPS driver that comes for it (before it's stolen from my porch). How in the world am I supposed to process or prove a returned item that is picked up from my front porch while I'm gone to work?!This is unbelievable. I wish so badly that Amazon would not use UPS delivery services for receiving OR returning packages!! They are proving unreliable and unhelpful!!It is very disappointing to see what used to be a well respected and highly reliable company sink to these standards.
Never A Dull Moment: Fast service. I have used them to fax papers as well as do my Amazon returns. Have your QR code ready for returns, they scan it off your phone, give you a receipt & you're outta there. The store is kinda hidden under the awning in the corner so its easy to miss if you don't know its there. Just sayin.

Paula Vsetula: Three times packages have been delivered to my address that do not belong to me. Delivering to a business is supposed to require a signature, which they also did not obtain. I have tried calling the phone number to report that those packages are here instead of their intended address. You can’t speak to a real person or get through the computerized answering service.

Chase Cain: I recently applied to be seasonal helper my application status was hired so I'm thinking cool I got a job so I'm waiting for a text to get my schedule because that's how UPS communicate with people so you guess it I never received a text so I call the hub and this guy said he or this Lady who is ahead of hiring will call me in the morning and you guess it again no one called so I'm writing this review telling you guys are the worst place to work for because UPS refuses to communicate with people who actually want to work y'all need to do better it is no excuse to string people along

Wendy Wisner: When the driver didn't knock on my door for my delivery, I called the service center and James returned my call and made arrangements for me to pick up my package at the Customer Center in Flint. When I got there he brought it out to my car. That is customer service at its finest. Thank you again James.
S & B: We have a Amazon Hub at our apartment complex (big wall of lockers). UPS delivers packages there for the residents. Unfortunately, they cannot seem to direct the package to the right resident. One of my packages a neighbor brought to me, one the management retrieved for me it was directed to another resident, the other they delivered whoever got them KEPT it. Then last week they dropped my package off at an Auto Parts store on the other side of town. No other delivery company has a problem using the hub. I now won't order anything shipped by UPS.

Helley Gore: I’m very curious what the decideiny factor was to not deliver my package when he blew by my house at 1:30 ish and then marked it as “business closed” how is a residence closed. Then updates to will be delivered next business day, (today) but instead of that they pawn it off on the post office who now has it marked for tomorrow.. it’s already 5 plus days late on being delivered. Another reason why I prefer fed ex.
THOMAS CAVRIC: The guys at the service center were friendly and helpful BUT I had to drive a half hour there due to a jackazz driver who would NOT go down my rural driveway and instead left " sorry we missed you" notes on my gate posts by the road! I HATE UPS! FEDEX, USPS and Amazon will ALL go down my driveway and make deliveries.
