William Eddy: Paid $10 to park for a wrestling tournament and parking lot was full people were double parking and snow banks were full told parking attendees and they said oh well. Lots of people had to pay to park and leave with no refund and park in subdivision across street. You shouldn't keep taking money when parking lot is completely full!

Dave Foster: The upgrades to the facility over the last few years have made it a no-brainer for my family, friends and I to become, and remain, season ticket holders. The seats (removed from the Palace of Auburn Hills prior to its demolition) are very comfortable, and the eye candy for the LED banners and scoreboard are quite nice. The bathrooms could use some love (and perhaps some warm water for hand washing) but they've done well at improving the facility exponentially in the nearly 30 years since I played there as a kid.

Gary Danielson: I have been here many times. Good place. Came in today to shoot and was told that we had to wait for a lane. Lady said it would be about 10 minutes. Sat at the table for 20 minutes waiting when a group of guys entered the store, went to the counter, paid and was given a lane. Not sure what to say. After she glanced our way momentarily,, my son and I did not say anything and simply left the store dumbfounded and disappointed.

Brian Hobson: Williams has been a staple in our area for guns, ammo, gunsmithing, and target shooting for as long as I can remember. I purchased a couple of my pistols from here and had a couple serviced here as well. If you haven't been in a couple years like myself recently, you'll be blown away at what the store has become. It's amazing, they've really put a lot of time and money into the establishment and it shows. Their pride for their local business is evident and that makes people proud to be customers!

Many of the reviews sound disappointed, but buying any weapon should be researched prior to going to a gunstore. Wise buyers research before they shop for any expensive purchase. Don't blame the salesman for a lack of your knowledge.

From buying long guns, hand guns, NFA items, doing their layaway program, ammo, optics, using their ranges, or attending the events they put on. They are one of the best gun stores in the area for what they have to offer. They've grown a lot over the past 15 years.

branden carman: This really isn't a bad store you do find decent price once in a while but for the most part there cheaper guns like Taurus etc are priced at new prices and they're used. I also seen they dropped the price on a APF APF10 10MM like 300$ just because of the pistol brace ban. I had no idea pistol brace was 300$ ... If that don't tell u something 🤣

Official Review Guru: Just your run of the mill gun shop. It’s big, lots of guns. Not many people really know anything deeper about the guns than ‘this gud gun’ just average retail store.Won’t let you shoot steel cased ammo on the range.Not great but not horrible either.

Charles M: I purchased a sight a few years ago for my muzzleloader. A slip down the mountain side dislodged part of my rear sight. I reached out to get replacement parts and received excellent and quick service. Highly recommend the sights and the customer service is great too!

Chris Cole: My wife went here to purchase a Christmas present. Her not knowing a lot about guns she was relying on Williams staff for guidance. Instead they were rude and condescending. The selection is great at Williams but they will lose multiple customers over this visit and my previous visits. I am actually bummed she even gave Williams an of our money. So here's a review for the last two times I myself have visited AND the visit she had to endure. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere you're treated like a customer should be treated. Customer service is obviously not a priority at Williams. Thoroughly disgusted in their customer service on more than one occasion.

David McEachern: The people behind the gunsmith desk were a frustrating combination of dismissive and unhelpful both times I've gone. That said, the range was very nice and that particular part of the shop is the exception.

Jim Bernethy: Took my gun in to get serviced for a cycling issue only for them to "fix" the issue. They stated they "drilled out the gas port "which they did not upon further inspection after I picked it up and ended up having the same issue. I personally drilled out the port and it works like a charm now. Btw they charged me $180 to not fix anything about it.
