Shelley Jones: My sales rep Curtis Rines was extremely nice and helpful throughout the process. What I wasn’t happy with was the process of the roof tear down, dry in and re-roof. I could see on my camera the crew they sent out tromping through my flower bed and sitting and laying down which I understand people need a break. The part I was most unhappy about was the repair of the rotted fascia and sub fascia, there was also a miscommunication about who would do what about the attached gutter and metal strip on some of it. My 66 year old husband wound up doing most of it and when he stripped the gutter he found that the nails they had put into the dry in material were not even attached to anything. Just hitting air. I got in contact with my sales rep and after many contacts with a repair person and his supervisor, someone finally came out and discovered more of this on the back of the house. And it had already been inspected!After that I was extremely nervous about the rest of my roof and we still haven’t had the final inspection. Not real impressed with how unprofessional this company is...Update: 5-25-2022 The "owner" came to my house after my first post and said that I'd have the new roof the following week if weather permitted....well it's now been almost 6 weeks since his visit and I'm back to leaving messages that don't get returned even when asking for my down payment back. Someone answered the phone 1 time in all the calls I've made stating I'd have a return call the same day which never happened. Really getting tired of watching my roof leak everytime it rains and getting no where with this company. Would just hire someone else for the job but can't without my $2000 they are holding onto.. I understand that people don't want to work, as it was explained to me a couple of weeks ago....the solution would be take care of the contracts already in place with materials supposedly already cut and ready to install instead of helping others with new ones. Shouldn't take a year to take care of a "2 day job." May have to take legal action to get my money back.Final update: 7-7-2022 After my last post I continued to leave messages. No return phone calls from anyone as usual, but finally had someone answer. On June 14th I was told my refund would be sent out that day or the following which was not accurate. June 29th was informed that an accountant had to look at things but it would be sent out in the same time frame as before. FINALLY received my full deposit today. Not too bad if you have 10 months and 1 day to waste on a company to fix major repairs and leaving you hanging. Thanks guys for doing a great job of wasting my time and helping a single mom with kids get absolutely no where with a roof that needs to desperately be replaced!!!!

Kiara: These people took $6k plus from my grandmother, Georgia Walker, who is 88 years old, in March of 2022. While she can make her own decisions, she is too trusting and understanding of companies, and these people have been taking advantage of that. I've called multiple times, and so has my mother, and they have been unresponsive. Today, 5/20/2022, I got them on the phone to ask about my grandmother's order, and they said the Winslow's would be here in another 3 weeks. Molly, the business owner's daughter assisting me, was cut off by some man in the background who said they weren't canceling the order. They have taken my grandmother's money and are talking about 3/4 months before they do the installation. That is unacceptable and is unreasonable to think someone can go that long with broken windows in a home. They cited supply chain issues when mentioning that they would not cancel the order. Yet, other complaints indicated that in 2021 they expected to get materials quicker. It is poor business practice and disrespectful to say that we had a set date where we could cancel our order yet could not get anyone on the phone. You cannot hold a customer to a set date and then allow yourself however long you decide to complete an order while holding on to someone's money. While they didn't have a set date to complete the services, 3/4 months is undoubtedly unreasonable to sit with broken windows and goes far beyond the scope of an estimated time frame. They are in breach of their contract, set date or not.They have been dismissive and refuse to hold themselves accountable for their lack of services.

J. Cooper: Made a appointment for window estimate, . They called me back and we confirmed a time and date. Well time and date came and, nobody snowed up. I waited 1hr 30 minutes past our appointment time and called. Left a message and never got any response from them.very unprofessional on there part, I wont be do business with them.just stating the facts..I value my.money more than this. So they called me 3 days after the appointment an said they had some family emergencies to deal with and ask to reschedule , so I politely give them a second chance rescheduled the appointment for a later time and date.. Guess what they never showed a second time I'm only telling you about my experience with them I will not do business with this company you can make your own decision but I'm telling you it's very unprofessional on their part and I guess they don't need the business when they don't show up for appointmts they have called and confirmed. This is not my only residence and I am young enough to have multiple houses until the end of my life and I guarantee you this company will never see any of my business.
