ASL For Free (Mary Luczki): I went with my mother in law to sell some of her items. She was offered only $300. What a scam! I weighed it beforehand and knew she should be getting much more. The woman tried to say it was the going rate. I took her to another place that i had done business with before, and they gave her over $3000! Don't go to Genesee Valley Gold and Silver. They rip you off by trying to offer you 10% of the true value.

I had to purchase more jewelry so my girlfriends Christmas wasn't ruined. I will never shop here again. Everyone I have told feels the same way. Gave 1 star because I can't give 0.I have to update this. They had a busted water pipe that made it unsafe to enter. When they were able to enter for just information, they called and gave me options on how to get my necklace. I don't usually jump to conclusions and couldn't have been more wrong. Thanks for going out of your way during the holidays to ensure I would get my necklace.

So with that being said I did a return because there wasn't another ring that really caught my eye. So the day I go into to return the ring I'm told that they don't have enough money in the register and that I have to wait until they send a check they the mail.. but me wanting the money quicker so that I can get my woman the ring she wants, I called up there the following day and ask if I can just come there so that they can refund the rest of my money in cash so that I don't have to wait for the check. And she said no.. knowing that I want to get my m woman another ring. It made me really upset.. c'mon Kay's you have to do better than that

Nicole G: If I could give this a zero I would! Don't buy online! I have been wanting a couple ring for many many years so my husband purchased a couples ring from Zales for Christmas. On site it said said delivered by Christmas! He ordered 1st week in December. Ring didn't show up til 4 or 5 days after Christmas! When he tried to reach someone they told him he had to do it all online. Online they have you TEXT! He got nowhere! When it arrived the boxes was broken and smashed. My 1st ring from Zales was an horrible experience. NOW 23 days after having this ring their is a stone missing now! Nothing should be wrong with this ring already! No stones should have falling out of it if it was set correctly! I'm so upset about the whole experience starting from Christmas day when it wasn't under my tree.

I honestly felt very negative that I would find anything as I went to several other jewelry stores on this day with nothing but long waits and no luck. The two ladies working were very nice and attentive, but not pressuring. In less than 20 minutes I had found a band to go with my original wedding ring and I had it purchased and on my finger ☺️ Could not be happier. My original ring also came from Zales so nothing but good service all around from my end.

Leonard Cox: They always have a sign with their hours, but are never open. Must be out of business. Closed at 4pm, when sign says open 11 to 6. I've had this issue with them several times. So if you have a ring that needs cleaning and inspection every 6 months, this is how they can void your warranty. Never shop Zales again.
