Dowayne Barnhart: Stephanie was very friendly and pleasant for night study. Person doing my daytime study is very short and rude. It's cold in here. I'm expected to sit in a chair which is bad for my back sitting constantly because I have arthritis in my spine. Tv is mounted almost on ceiling which is hard on my neck..again arthritis in spine. Better find something and be worth this torture. Again Stephanie was awesome but I think Kelly is my daytime study person and she seems very rude with an attitude issue. I'm a ccht (Dialysis technician) and if I was that way with patients, I probably wouldn't have a job. Dealing with patients requires kindness, understanding, patience, and empathy. If you don't have that..change careers.Update...called the customer relations number I got sent on here but nobody replied. I found out that whoever entered my information into their system, put the wrong dr as my primary dr as a referring physician. I do believe I put his name in my paperwork but they put a woman dr in there. How do you mix up the names Jonathan and Laura?Update 2...its been almost 3 weeks since my sleep studies (night & day) and no results yet. I tried calling them and they don't even answer the phone. My insurance company shouldn't have even paid them if they can't do their job.
Christine G: The lack of communication is horrible. When we arrived (even though our paperwork stated 8:45pm), we were told the appointment time was 9:45pm. Then was told they had called and cancelled the appointment due to understaffing (which I am sure they were aware of the understaffing issue for a few days, but waited until the last minute to call and cancel appointment...after we left the house for the appointment). So frustrating!!!
Shelby Badal: If I could do zero stars I would. Do not waste your time, find another clinic or location to schedule your appointment with. Staff was rude at check in, couldn’t find my information at all, spent a half hour sitting in the hallway waiting for them to figure out what went wrong on their end. Refused to let me into the office, even after they seen my confirmation. Walked out and never heard from them again. Complete waste of time that I could have been spending with my family after work. Will be scheduling with a different place, certainly not this location in Flint.
Joe Harrison: Great Experience staff was awesome, bring your own pillow and blanket if you want, I did. Was able too sleep enough to figure out problem. Rooms are clean and they have TV with lots of channels. Get there as early as they let you so you can get settled in and the rest is easy.
The Potters: Totally disorganized and whoever answers the phone and schedules the appointments is incredibly rude and short. Nothing is explained by them about how anything works. They just make the appointment and expect you to figure everything out in your own. “All you have to do is sleep... it’s not hard.”... I was legit told this when I asked a few questions about how this process works, if I needed to do anything prior and if the results would be accurate since my husband and I are doing them at home and we have a 2 year old and a 2 month old who keep us up and down during the night.... save yourself the annoyance and go anywhere else.
Emily West: The staff is nice, but it takes forever to get results and billing is a nightmare.
John James: Same exact experience as the first 1 star review. Wish I would have read it before waiting 2 weeks after my test and still no response. This place seems like it has a bad track record. I am disappointed because I need to restart this process and will probably get a report to my primary doctor with someone else before they do.
Renee Rowan: Not happy at all with the experience I had here. I was sent home with at-home sleep study supplies, returned them the following morning, and was told I would get a call back the same day to notify me of my diagnosis. After waiting two days, I called the office and was told haphazardly of my diagnosis. Fast forward to 17 days later, I have met with my MD and an ENT in search of more of an explanation and the ENT was shocked that I hadn't been given a full report of my results. I called McLaran back and asked when I could expect said results and spoke with an extremely rude secretary. Amongst other questions, I asked when I could expect to have my report or a call back and was told she had no idea or further information regarding this. Very disappointed and frustrated with the poor communication and severe lack of customer service here. Would definitely recommend someone look elsewhere for a sleep study.

Austin: Just had first Emg, Staff was so amazing! They distract you during the process so you dont notice the slight pinches of needles entering muscles.Omg the dr was so funny and friendly. Im sad his time was short as he had jokes made it a easy experience. I was done in like 20 mins or less

Luann: Completely unprofessional. Came here for a stress test and the male attendant (Bruce) constantly rolled his eyes as well as disgusted sighs during the testing. They gave me a small paper shirt to put on that didn't cover anything so it was embarrassing as well. I would never recommend this place!
Nancy Hubinger: Big mistake going to this place, I went there for a problem with numbness in my shoulder and arms, and they come out with a bogus result of me having a carpal tunnel in my wrist and I have no problems at all with any of them.Waste of time money and all the pain associated with the test was a waste.I won’t recommend this place at all.
AnNa: The staff were amazing to deal. Made the process very smooth and comfortable. I had to reschedule a few times due to my work and they were very accommodating and understanding. Would highly recommend to anyone.

kimberly hascall: Well it all started with my primary care in May 2019 asking for a referral and being told sleep people will contact me. Which didn't happen by theb end of July I had an appointment. Sleep study over to sessions a month later in August . Results goto a different facility . Doctor goes on vacation for a week and now we are at end of September I was told 4 weeks ago that they will have doctor signs she is only there on Wednesday and it will take a couple of weeks from there for the DME to contact me. I talk to a person this morning who pulls my file and says it's all ready to be sent over today to Benson's at 10 am when they open. I goto Bensons to follow up and the doctor still hasn't signed off and nothing was sent over. The nice lady at Benson's is trying to help me and get the script sent over . if they send it by tomorrow Thursday I may have my equiptment possibly. Since the sleep study I have destroyed a car sleeping is getting worse . I keep a journal and know what is going on with me. I am having heart trouble and this is making it worse . No ONE CARES

Sherry Markle: Ot would be nice if the sign for parking weren't hidden behind the address sign. It's difficult to navigate the entire complex. Everyone at the facility was amazing and helpful though. It takes months to get an appointment so give yourself lots of time.

Mercedes Shemes: The staff members at CHS are all around great. They are extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Technicians make sure patients are comfortable during testing and are very good at what they do. The front office staff make scheduling appointments easy and are helpful in explaining the procedures that are being scheduled and the need for them. I would recommend CHS to anyone needing diagnostic testing done (CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Stress tests), and anyone experiencing sleep related issues (sleep apnea, etc). The staff here will make sure you are taken care of.

Steven King: Came here for my son. Lady that attached his wires had no compassion for the anxiety or any pain she caused him. The pull out chair they have causes horrible back pain and your not allowed to go to your vehicle to get pain meds to help with said pain. And although the sleep lab technicians know if your child stops breathing while they sleep the techs just say the doctor reads it. Idgaff! I didn't ask for a doctors report, i asked as a concerned parent what info the techs could give me

Jennifer (Jhoch22): Never called to let me know results nor that I have a third party selling me a CPAP machine and charged me full price for a sleep study I did myself at home. Cost over $1500 for me to do all the work. Sounds about right anymore.
Randy Schisler: I have been going to Chest and Sleep for over 3 years. Dr. Moughtabieh is a phenomenal doctor. The staff is awesome and has always taken care of me.
Trent Logan: I've been seeing Dr Yousef in this office for at least 8 years and I'm very happy with him and all the staff. He's very involved and caring doctor. I once got dropped at their old address, and one of the staff offered to come and pick me up to bring me to the new address. Very personable kind staff as well. I'll be going here as long as they're open.

Catherine Althoff: My elderly mother had an appointment here today and was treated very poorly, all because she was not wearing a mask, due to asthma which makes it very hard to breath. Everyone she encountered from beginning to end was very argumentative with her and made her feel so bad, aT one point, she was in tears. Shame on these people for humiliating her the way they did. Would not recommend this place!
Juli Forsyth: I had a very good experience at this clinic. I saw Dr. Ghatol, and his advice, so far, has helped me. My favorite part was the technician/medical assistant that did the pre-testing though. Her name is Sherice (spelling?) and she is fabulous - you can really tell that she LOVES her job, and she's very good at it. It's refreshing to see someone in the medical field who is so upbeat and friendly. Rather than just telling you how to breathe for the pre-testing, she shows you - with much expression :) Thank you for making my experience a good one!

Mark Lavalle: I have been suffering from sleep apnea for several years. I have gone through many different masks and machines. Lately it has been getting worse so I asked my doctor to approve a sleep study so I could possibly get a new machine. Turns out it was much more severe than I had thought. After two sleep studies at this sleep lab it was determined that I need to be on a bipap and not a cpap and my pressure needs to be set at the higest point. My sleep tech Philip was incredible. He had me try several masks to get the right fit. He also explained the process and put my fears to rest. By the second study, I felt like we were old friends and the proceedure was perfect thanks to his skill and knowledge. I recommend Genesys Sleep Lab. They most likely added some years onto my life.
